Questo spazio studio è fuori dai sentieri battuti, ma a soli 5 minuti. al vivace villaggio di Margaretville. Per gli appassionati di sci e snowboard, dista solo 20 minuti dalle montagne di Belleayre e Plattekill. Costruito nel 2015, questo ca. Lo studio 500-sf è affascinante e privato. Viste stagionali del bacino idrico, negozi nelle vicinanze di piccole città a Margaretville, Andes, Bovina Center, Roxbury e Delhi.

Lo studio è l'ideale per una coppia e comprende una cucina modificata con un piccolo frigorifero, forno a microonde, tostapane, forno a convezione tostapane, caffettiera. Bel bagno con doccia.

Letto a una piazza e mezza. I pavimenti in sughero aggiungono il calore dello spazio. Le luci dimmerabili migliorano l'atmosfera accogliente.

A pochi passi dalla tua porta, centinaia di acri di terra e sentieri escursionistici statali sono in attesa di essere esplorati. Tramonti spettacolari dalla posizione all'ultimo piano dello studio.

C'è una strada privata di mezzo miglio verso la destinazione e la trazione integrale è ALTAMENTE raccomandata per le visite invernali. Vale la pena il viaggio, però!

Lovely country setting

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend here. We wanted a quiet country getaway and we got all that we wanted and more! With all the windows wide open it was like camping with the comfort of indoors! So peaceful!

Beautiful location, great hospitality

The location is gorgeous and serene. The rental is clean, comfortable, and cozy. The hosts are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They even came to our rescue when our car broke down! I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Looking forward to another visit in the future!

Perfect Catskills Getaway

Often guesthouses are shoved in the back of a property, seemingly as an afterthought, without a view and shabbily furnished. Not here! The 360 degrees views are stunning, the unit modern with a touch of farmhouse charm and perfect for a long-weekend getaway in the Catskills. Don’t miss it.

Excellent!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Brian is a fabulously gracious host. He even left us chocolate:). The property looks just like the photos, which helped us to have confidence that the place would be as described. For us, desperately in need of a quiet rest, the place was terrific. The bed is very comfortable, spacious bathroom, nice kitchenette and a beautiful flower garden. I’m sure that I’ve forgotten something, but you will not be disappointed. This one is a gem.

My wife. Carmel, and I purchased a fixer-upper in 2003 and moved in after four years of part-time renovation work. We had previously lived in nearby Arkville for 18 years, but wanted to "head for the hills" after our daughter graduated high school. We built a Craftsman-style garage in 2016 for use as a guest space and rental unit.

I have spent my entire life in the Catskills and can't think of a better place to live. My wife relocated here more than 30 years ago and fell in love with mountain life (and me, of course). I own a marketing company, Locust Grove Enterprises, and my wife is the Business Development Manager at Frost Valley YMCA - one of the Y's largest camp and conference centers,.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We love entertaining and since we built our garage/studio, we have more guests than ever. It's really a "sweet spot" up here on the mountain. When the leaves are off, you can catch the sun glinting off the Pepacton Reservoir. Or, take a hike up or down the winding road that leads to our property and simply enjoy the quiet and the legendary lure of the Catskills. We have made great friendships up here - it's a really special spot and Studio 502, as we have dubbed it, is a perfect place to use as a home base - for a few days or longer. FOR WINTER VISITS, WE REQUIRE THAT YOU BRING AN ALL-WHEEL-DRIVE VEHICLE. Our property is off the beaten path and winter driving can be a challenge. Please bring and all-wheel-drive during winter visits...we'd like your stay to be as pleasant as possible.
