"Sundaes at the Park" è un evento che si svolge ogni domenica nel vicino North Side Park e offre musica dal vivo, coppe all'aperto e uno straordinario spettacolo di fuochi d'artificio. Questo evento porta a rivivere quei ricordi d'infanzia di fuochi d'artificio con la tua famiglia e ti aiuterà a crearne di nuovi!

Amerai stare in questa unità estremamente ben tenuta con i suoi numerosi aggiornamenti. L'unità dispone di una bella cucina con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in granito ed è pronta per tutte le vostre creazioni culinarie. La sala da pranzo ha un nuovo tavolo da cucina e sgabelli. La zona soggiorno ha un nuovo divano con nuovi caffè e racconti laterali. C'è un bellissimo tappeto berbero in tutto e nuovi pavimenti in cucina e bagni. Sistemazioni per dormire includono un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello doppio / doppio. C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice in questa unità con connessione internet wireless gratuita.

Situato in posizione strategica a North Side Park, è un luogo ideale per le famiglie che partecipano a eventi lì. Sarai anche vicino a molti ottimi ristoranti / bar, mini golf, go cart, scivoli d'acqua, film e naturalmente i fuochi d'artificio. L'edificio si trova a circa 2 isolati da una delle più ampie spiagge di Ocean City e offre molto spazio per distendersi. Perfect beach stay

This place is beautiful, clean, beachy, and has all you need. The view is incredible and the property was so convenient and enjoyable to swim and take walks. The location within walking distance to the park, places to eat, golf, and even the beach gave us all we could want in our beach weekend. We will be back for sure!

Beach trip

We had a great time, the condo is walking distance to Wawa, golf, and restaurants! So much to do in a short radius around the condo. The beds and couch were comfortable. The kitchen items were better then most of the other places were have stayed. The walk to the beach was easy and sitting on the balcony at sunset was beautiful.

There was plenty of seating for everyone. I have never stayed bayside, always Oceanside, but this was honestly great. I was very very happy with this. It was not inconvenient to walk to the beach and everything was very close that we needed. Also...I will only book with benchmark in the future as all of my stays in ocmd have been amazing through them. Very organized. Clear expections. Amazing and CLEAN rentals which is extremely important to us.

Great Location

Condo was very clean and comfortable, the location was great. Short walking distance to the beach and access to all restaurants and the main strip. A little confusion at check in, but it was resolved and everything was smooth sailing from there.

Great location and condo

Very nice condo. Decorated very tastefully. Loved location. Near everything but not in busiest sections especially since we hit the location during bike week. Nice upscale neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Serene beachy condo

Everything about this beach themed condo was fabulous. Stayed for New Years eve, couldn't be a better place to view fireworks. Just watched from the balcony. Very well maintained,so clean and equipped with everything you'll need.

Great spot for all ages!

Great pool “private” for a few buildings rather than a whole property, great view of canal, short walk to beach and other necessary stops (ice cream, shopping, restaurants)! The fireworks on Sunday night were an added perk that made my 3 year olds week!!

North Ocean City

Very nice place, enjoyed the pool, beach and Park. Restaurants, stores are close and convenient. Be aware 3 flights of stairs with no elevators. You may need to buy/bring- Toilet paper, garbage bags, napkins, soap and dish soap.

Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location 2 bed 2 bath Condo on a little waterway in the far north of Ocean City Maryland with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Place was a little farther than we realized for the Oceans Calling festival (which is not the fault of the owner) but bus access does get you close enough that it’s walking distance to a stop. Definitely would stay here again!!!

It’s always been very clean, comfortable, and has a great location near Northside Park. It is very conveniently located near many good restaurants and shopping. It is just a short walk to the beach, and the pool is very close by as well. The unit is nicely decorated, and this year we noticed many upgrades, I.e. bathroom, kitchen appliances, and deck furniture. Overall, it’s an A+.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stay at a VRBO every vacation. It is always wonderful to have the comforts of home while you are away! This property was clean, the kitchen and family area were updated. The bathrooms were not, but they were clean. My disappointment with this property is, even though they state in the very last line of the description that linens/towels are provided for a fee, I feel this is something that should be included. I have never stayed at a rental where there were no sheets and towels and beach towels provided. There was only two rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels in the kitchen. There was not even a box of tissues. You were not provided a kitchen towel nor a clean sponge to wash some dishes if you preferred. There was a small amount of kitchen supplies. I was disappointed in this part of my stay here. I have never stayed at a places where you were not provided a good amount of kitchen supplies, kitchen sponge, towels, etc. Bedroom sheets, towels, hand soap, etc. When I arrived, which was later than 4, which they knew, I called David because the toilet in the master bathroom had a high pitched noise that did not stop. I also called inquiring about the closet in the master bedroom which was locked. The other bedroom had a chest of drawers in it and the hall closet had a a vacuum and some supplies. There were no hangars provided to hang your clothing. So I called to ask for assistance with the toilet and the closets, but I never received a return call. Luckily after the first 24 hours the toilet noise stopped and only had a high pitched noise for a short time after you flushed it. They say there is no room for beach chairs, but there is a closet on the balcony and a large balcony to put them on. That was another disappointment, no beach towels/chairs. The area of this property is beautiful. I preferred being north and it was just a short walk to the beach. There is a beautiful park just a short walk away.
