La nostra casa unifamiliare degli anni '50, rinnovata e piena di sole, in un quartiere tranquillo e bellissimo ha tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno lungo o breve. Questo non è il tuo vecchio noleggio normale. La nostra casa è piena di opere d'arte originali e oggetti decorativi, nonché di molti antichi oggetti d'antiquariato europei che si fondono con tutti i comfort contemporanei. Posizione favolosa, a pochi minuti da più università, ospedali, siti storici e dal centro di Winston-Salem. Nelle vicinanze si trovano numerosi ristoranti, negozi e parchi ricreativi. L'aeroporto Triad piemontese di Greensboro e l'High Point Furniture Market sono raggiungibili in 35 minuti. *** ALLERGY ALERT *** La casa viene pulita professionalmente ma cani e gatti soggiornano qui di tanto in tanto.

Leigh was an incredible host and communicator from start to finish. The property itself was top notch and exactly as described. Everything was clean and organized and furnished in great taste.The yard itself was terrific and our dog absolutely loved it. Additionally the dog got out once (our fault), and was rescued by a very kind (and attractive) next door neighbor!I would highly recommend Leigh’s property to anyone looking for a tasteful and comfortable and safe place to stay while visiting Winston Salem.

This is an absolutely charming, welcoming home, perfectly outfitted with everything guests need, with a beautiful, fenced back yard, overlooked by a wonderful sunroom and deck. Leigh is a gracious hostess and we had a lovely time! Hope to stay again.

Comfortable and Quiet

We enjoyed staying and relaxing in this beautifully furnished house. The owners have provided many thoughtful details throughout and were great with communications. The house is located in a very quiet, attractive and convenient neighborhood.

Great Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this lovely home. We brought our dog who loved playing in the fenced in yard. The location was convenient for us as we did some wine tours and had great meals at Midway cafe and 1703. We will definitely be returning !

Perfect for our needs

This was the perfect listing for our needs. Location, communication and the actual property were spot-on. Very cozy and homey interior. It’s obvious the owner takes great pride in her property and guests will enjoy their stay.

Another Wonderful Stay

My family and I had another wonderful stay at this comfortable and well-appointed home. Everything was perfect from arriving to departing, with the exception that our time there went by too quickly. This is our second time staying, and I hope a third visit will be in our future. We couldn't ask for anything more; it was perfect!

We were in Winston Salem for our son’s birthday. We stayed at Leigh’s house which was about 5 mins away in an awesome neighborhood! Leigh was great to communicate with and the house was clean and very well maintained. We would love to stay again for sure! Thanks Leigh

Hi. I am a US Army veteran, mom and a grandmother, avid gardener, world traveler and animal lover, married for 38 years to a retired Army officer. We enjoyed living in the Washington DC area for many years before settling down in Fort Worth Texas. I love collecting antiques and have a small antiques shop in Ft Worth. We travel with VRBO when we can and love to have the extra space and comfort of a home versus a hotel.

We purchased this adorable home to be near our first grandchild without having to upset the balance in their home. We have struggled to find short term rentals that have enough comfortable space and that will accept our 2 German Shepherds and 2 kitties. We wanted to share our pet friendly home with other folks who travel with fur babies.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We love this house for so many reasons-it's ranch style allows for anyone to easily manage without steps or carpeting ( great for a walker), it's large, beautiful, fully fenced backyard with giant trees is fabulous for the dogs. We love to have coffee in the bright and spacious sun room where you can open the glass doors to feed and watch the birds, squirrels and chipmunks. There is a nice little den/office for quiet work or reading. The house is so close to everything! Within 2 miles in any direction you can find wonderful restaurants, great local parks, shopping for clothing, antiques, or food. There is a very active downtown scene with many breweries and an arts area. With a short drive you can also visit several wineries.
