Beautiful and convenient location. Great instructions. Very nice floor plan layout with almost everything someone would need (can only think of additional shampoo and conditioner but they are well stocked with beach gear, laundry detergent, coffee, etc.). Wonderful views. Better than a luxury hotel but right next to them for when you want to go out and eat.

A Perfect Stay in Wailea

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay! The beds were so comfortable, the location was fantastic, and the host was incredibly responsive. We especially loved watching the sunset from the lanai every evening and having direct access to the Wailea Beach Path for our morning walks. The pool was amazing, too! We would happily stay here again! Not having to strip beds, do laundry, run dishwasher and empty trash before we left was a super bonus.

Great Maui Vacation

Beautiful condo with beautiful views. Very short walk to the beach. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen. Parking was close by. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in this immaculate unit - well located in the complex, great outlook off the front patio, stocked with everything we needed, great communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

Great Condo for family

My family and I stayed here for a week, girls ages 10 and 12). The condo is very nice and as described, the view is great for sunsets. Convenient location to pool. They have everything you need to go set up down on the beach as well. I would definitely repeat.

Zen on Maui

This condo is perfectly furnished with a much preferred minimalist approach which I prefer. The kitchen ,bathrooms and bedrooms are all well appointed with nice quality accessories. Love the place, and then there's the view !

Maui

We loved our stay in Maui, the condo was well equipped and immaculate. There were no requirements that needed to be done before leaving - just told to enjoy our stay until the last minute. This was greatly appreciated when you are trying to get out and get to the airport. Unfortunately we were there during the heartbreaking Maui wildfires. We were there for the joyous occasion of our daughter’s wedding however seeing the pain the wonderful people of Maui were enduring broke our hearts. They are a strong, kind, loving people and we hope to get back there again when they are back on their feet. We would certainly stay in this same location. Maui Strong!

The attention to detail was clear: beach chairs, cooler, snorkel gear, and even a fully equipped kitchen that made enjoying meals on the lanai a highlight of each day.The location was unbeatable—just steps from the beach with breathtaking ocean views right from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of waves and watching the sunset over the water in the evenings was magical. We loved being close to great restaurants, local markets, and easy drives to explore both Lahaina and Wailea.What truly set this rental apart was the comfort and care. The bed was incredibly cozy, the living space was bright and airy, and the AC and ceiling fans kept everything perfectly cool. The owners clearly go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, and their thoughtful touches made all the difference.This condo turned our Maui trip into an unforgettable experience. Wailea Elia perfect location

Great 10 days or so at Wailea Elua #1506. Complex was private and spread out enough to never leave us feeling like we were vacationing with hundreds of our closest friends. Situated on a long seaside path and a nice strip of beaches so morning walks were easy and fun. Condo was centrally located in complex near upper pool. Had a garage stocked with all needed beach supplies and was a convenient place to store our snorkeling gear. Overhead clearance into garage was low so mammoth rental SUV had to park in a regular space instead. Condo itself was generously sized and well stocked. A/C is always a plus, particularly for an ocean-facing/west facing condo since it can get HOT in the afternoon. Light-blocking curtains helped with that, too. Washer and dryer made life and packing easier; top-load washer made mid-week washing of provided beach towels a little challenging but that’s a small thing. Giant TV in living room great for early AM women’s World Cup soccer games. Thoroughly appreciate the ability to leave on last day without usual miserable scramble to strip beds, etc. that has come with other VRBO’s we’ve stayed in. Only niggle with condo was wall-to-wall carpet that was showing some wear. Carpet is hard for a beach locale to do well, even when all shoes are left outside the door. That being said, at least two of us were asleep on the living room floor every evening after long days recreating outside so there was an up side to having carpet. The rental company was easy to work with and communicated info in a timely fashion.

The location is great. Unfortunately, during the first three days of our stay there was an incessant beeping coming from the hot water heater. The alarm beeping went off at random intervals, including during the night. Four times over the course of three days a maintenance person/plumber entered the unit to attempt to figure out what was causing the alarm. On the second day a plumber was in unit while we were out. The property management team told us they would call once the plumber diagnosed/fixed the problem. We left for the day and never heard from property management. Then at 8:00 PM that night the alarm once again went off. We had to call the after hours number for the property manager. Someone came to the unit and was able to disable the alarm. A plumber then returned to our unit the next morning. Other than having to be subjected to the annoying beeping noise at random intervals and dealing with the stress of wondering what was wrong with the water heater and if it may blow up at any moment, a disappointing aspect is how we were treated by property management during this time. There was one member of the property management team in particular that we spoke to on the phone who seemed almost annoyed that I called twice in a day to get an update on what was happening. And secondly, the property management didn’t offer anything to us other than a “Sorry for the inconvenience” response. 5600 for 5 nights and three days of an alarm beeping. Sorry for the inconvenience?!

This is a beautiful, carefully maintained Wailea residence, and we sincerely regret that this unexpected sensor failure affected your experience. When the issue was reported, our team responded immediately, coordinated maintenance, arranged for a licensed plumbing company, and continued to assist each time the alarm returned. Because the issue appeared to be resolved after each visit, we understand how frustrating it was when it recurred. Our team also responded in the evening to silence the alarm, and the plumbing company returned again the following morning. We are also sorry that any communication felt less caring than it should have. While every call was answered and immediate arrangements were made, the guest experience includes both timely action and thoughtful communication. We have addressed that feedback internally. After your stay, we also followed up with a personal apology and offered a credit as a gesture of goodwill. We sincerely regret the disruption and appreciate the opportunity to continue improving. Amazing stay

Second trip to Hawaii. We did the resort thing the first time but wanted to do a condo this time. We love Wailea and the condo was absolutely perfect. Very clean, high end, perfect views for the sunset. Great pools beach was perfect. Loved taking the path to dinners and just taking a walk. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

Everything we hoped for

Lovely location with a beautiful view. Easy walk to the beach. Good quality beach equipment. Manager responded quickly to questions before and during stay. The unit is roomy and nicely furnished as you see in the photos. Highly recommend.

Paradise

This condo is perfect. The view allowed us to see whales playing, waves crashing and a perfect sunset every evening, all from the generous lanai. You can even watch the sunrise from the deck off the kitchen. The condo was spacious with fresh, comfortable furnishings, a well appointed kitchen, clean, contemporary bathrooms and bedrooms, and everything you need for the beach (snorkels, chairs, umbrellas, a pull along cooler). We will definitely be back.
