This is a wonderful basement studio. It is within walking distance to downtown CdA as well as local restaurants. Hosts were great offering good local suggestions. Would definitely stay there again.

Host very kind and considerate. Unique and artistic decorations. Low ceilings a bit challenging for someone that is taller. Overall had a very nice stay.

Great space for me and my husband while visiting for a wedding, was perfect! Walking distance to lake, shops and restaurants. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Very friendly owners, highly recommend!

Very cute property! Quiet. And the bed was incredible!! This is now my go to when i go to Coeur d Alene!! They thought of everything a guest might need! It was awesome!

This was our first stay at a VRBO and we are so happy we chose this place for our stay. Unfortunately for us the weather did not cooperate for us to do much walking but it was a quick drive into CDA. The hosts were very easy to communicate with helping us learn the ropes of this new adventure. Parking was off street and the property is gated.

Cute little basement apartment! Very walkable and easy to get to town! You can hear the people above walk around, and either the dryer or dishwasher early AM. It is a basement apartment, so that goes with the territory.

Our stay was very nice. It is VERY close to everything and quite comfortable for the two of us. Checkin was easy and they thought of all the little extras you might need! I would recommend it and stay here again if back in Coeur D Alene

Perfect Location

Perfect location for visiting Coeur d’Alene! Short walk to the center of town with excellent hosts. If I am ever in the area again, I will definitely stay here again.
