Questa è una casa nuova di zecca. A pochi minuti a piedi dal lago Michigan. Puoi ascoltare le onde mentre ti rilassi con la famiglia e gli amici sulla veranda coperta. I bambini possono andare in bicicletta nella tranquilla strada senza uscita, mentre il resto della famiglia gioca un brutto guanto nel grande cortile. La doccia esterna è l'ideale per il risciacquo dopo quelle lunghe giornate in spiaggia.

Le planimetrie aperte ti consentono di mescolare e intrattenere i tuoi cari. Con un sacco di impostazione per tutti. Un bellissimo camino a gas centra lo spazio abitativo. Il soggiorno ha una smart TV da 65 "(anche se sono sicuro che trascorrerai la maggior parte dei giorni all'aperto o in spiaggia.) La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario per preparare quei meravigliosi pasti che tutti adorano.

Una camera da letto matrimoniale si trova al piano di sotto appena fuori dalla cucina. Il bagno al livello principale ha una grande cabina doccia. Le scale in peluche portano al secondo livello. Una lussuosa suite matrimoniale include una smart tv da 50 ", un ampio bagno con vasca da bagno, doppio lavabo, ampia cabina doccia e cabina armadio. Due camere da letto matrimoniali e la quinta camera da letto includono una doppia con letto a castello e una doppia con letto a castello. Il terzo bagno presenta un doppio lavabo al quarzo e una grande cabina doccia. La lavanderia si trova al piano superiore con lavatrice e asciugatrice di grande capacità.

This was the third time we stayed at this property, and we hope to make it an annual event! The house is perfect for our needs, and the beach is a very short walk from the house. Our only issue was that the wireless signal was weak and unreliable. I highly recommend this property!

Great place to stay with family!

This is our favorite house we’ve stayed in South Haven! We loved the neighborhood, quick walk to the beach, proximity to downtown, north beach, and amenities. The hosts were very kind, easy to communicate with throughout our stay, and provided a lot of beach and home neccessities! Thanks for an amazing vacation!

The house is nicely furnished and equipped. The location perfectly suited our needs - close to the lake, and a nice long walk to downtown. This was our second stay at this property, and my kids and grandkids love it! We hope to be back next year!

Beautiful home away from home for your family or friends to spend time together. Nice size bedrooms and living room/kitchen area. Plenty of games and activities available on the premises and walking distance to the beach was an added plus. Perfect vacation spot!

The house was perfect for our three-generation family vacation. Very clean, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of room for everyone, quiet neighborhood, and the shortcut out of the neighborhood to the beach was a game-changer! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

This place has something for everyone! Piles of space inside, and the outdoor space is perfect for fires, bike rides, and walks to the beach!! Cant wait to return!

Highly recommend

We’ve stayed here multiple times and we can’t say enough! The owners are quick to respond, professional and they go above and beyond! The house itself is perfect for big families and an easy walk to the beach. We loved our stay and Jasmine and her husband are wonderful!

Great Family South Haven Home

Our family has a wonderful time in this very new home. Plenty of space for us 8 adults to spread out. We appreciated the many bikes and wrap around porch. A short walk to the beach. Everything you need in a vacation getaway!

Great Family Time

We had plenty of room - loved the open concept on the main floor. It would be a great location for summer! It was nice to d a small "late" celebration for Christmas and have some great family time prior to our niece's wedding!

First Family Vacation

A pleasant drive to Michigan for our first family vacation, the best place to set up for a beach day is North beach, $10 for the day. Concessions and kayak rentals make it a great place for families. South Haven is a beautiful town reminiscent of the seashore. Shopping and places to eat as well.The house was comfortable and spacious.

Large, well-stocked home close to the lake

The property was clean, large, and extremely well-stocked. Excellent location. We had a slight hiccup with check-in (the code we were given for the lock was incorrect), but the host responded promptly to my message with the correct code. South Haven is a lovely town and this home was a great base to enjoy it from.

Excellent location & property

The house was a great home away from home for our family of 6 adults and 6 kids. Within walking distance of a small private beach and a 5-10 min drive to the public beaches. The bikes, games and toys that were provided were an added bonus to a gorgeous & clean house. Would definitely recommend!

Gorgeous house with lots of thoughtful amenities

We had a great stay! The house was clean, beautiful, and a short walk from a small public access beach. Just a few minute's drive to North and South Beaches. Lots of conveniences provided like beach chairs, bikes, firewood and roasting sticks for the fire pit, even bug spray! My kids and nieces enjoyed the toys, bikes, and basketball hoop in the driveway. We would definitely stay again!

Father’s Day Weekend

We had a wonderful family weekend in this beautiful home! The home was clean, and full of amenities. Everything we needed! The hosts were accessible and very helpful. We loved the neighborhood, being in the court and having easy beach access! Overall we had a great trip and hope to visit this beautiful home and South Haven again!

This home was a 12 out of 10! Beautiful, spacious, and the layout was perfect for family gatherings. Great location! Fully appointed kitchen, with another refrigerator. Wi-Fi access was great, check-in was a breeze! The extras were beach chairs and towels, games, bicycles with helmets, lawn games, that my family took full advantage of all. Beach access was a 5 minute walk. We all loved it!

Great home for a large group, very close to beach

We stayed here over the Labor Day week, crowded in south Haven but our neighborhood was very quiet. Just a few minutes drive to town. Very short walk to the beach….we were able to hear the waves when on the patio. Very well equipped kitchen. The mattress in the primary bedroom as were the other bedrooms, overall very comfortable. No complaints or negative comments. Great location, very clean and would stay there again,

Amazing in Every Way!

Everything was first class about this place. Very clean and damage free, inside and out. Fully stocked with everything you need including toys for the kids, beach chairs, bicycles, helmets, etc. An unreal fire pit with plenty of wood and starters. BBQ was clean with all the tools. Great outdoor seating with table, chairs, umbrellas. This place was unreal and we cannot wait to book again.

The best family vacation!

This house was one of the best rentals we have stayed in to date. We booked both this home and the one directly next door (with a heated pool) through the same property manager. Both properties were well stocked, beautiful, comfortable, close to the beach, etc! We couldn't have asked for a better stay. These houses had everything that a family could need on vacation - bikes, helmets, ping pong tables, strollers, beach chairs, video games, beach towels x 100, sand toys, even paw patrol toys for our youngest. We really enjoyed our stay. The walk to the beach/steps down to the beach were very manageable for our group of kids ages 2-9. Hope to come again!

We had a good vacation with plenty of room for everyone to have some space while being “together”. The walk to the private beach is quick and great for seeing the sunset or to spend sometime in the sand without packing it all up to head to the main south haven beaches. Lots of stairs at the private beach though which was not a problem for most of us but will be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Kitchen was well appointed. Ping pong table and other board games were welcome for down time by the kids. Plenty of towel for the beach available. Quiet neighborhood. Only concern was the bunk beds in the kids room. Though adequate and comfortable obviously made for younger children. The space between the top and bottom bunk was very small, our seven and nine year olds could not sit up in the bottom bunk. Bunk comfortable overall. Be aware for older kids though. Great stay . Appreciate it.

Very accommodating, allowed early check in, had everything you needed- beach items, toys, bikes, soap, laundry. Ready for a family to vacation without having to bring everything yourself. Nice furnishings and easy to communicate with. Overall very nice stay.

One of our favs in the area

My family and I have been coming to the South Haven/Saugatuck area for Columbus weekend for 9 years now and have stayed at probably 6-7 different houses. This was easily one of our favorites. It is a beautiful house (new construction) in a prime location (5 minute walk to South Haven Beach) and the owners couldn't be nicer. We will be staying there again for sure!
