Questa casa si trova in una posizione fantastica, puoi vedere l'oceano dalla terrazza sul tetto. A due isolati dalla spiaggia, molo del piacere e ristoranti e bar. Dall'altra parte della strada c'è un parco cittadino tutto gratis per chiunque, anche per gli ospiti. Campi da tennis, parco per cani, parco per skateboard, parco giochi, altalene, splash pad per bambini, palestra gratuita con tapis roulant, montascale ... praticamente tutto quello che una palestra per cui paghereste. Basket al coperto e racchetta da tennis tutti gratuiti e proprio dall'altra parte della strada.

Great location & owner
The location was perfect for my family. We had children ranging in age from 4 to 17 and all of them loved the park across the street and how close the beach was. We also all loved the proximity to the boardwalk. The owner/property manager, John, was super responsive to texts and worked hard all day when we checked in to clean the hot tub and prepare it for us after the last group. (Sadly, we did not use it since we had so much fun at the beach, park, and boardwalk all the time.) The property itself has a good deal of wear and tear on it, and families should be aware of it. Things that may be of concern are larger holes that appear to have been punched into the wall by some object near the bunk beds. Two of the larger bed frames were broken in the past and are not being held together well, and the backyard is not in the safest condition. If you can look past those things, your family will surely have a good time here!

Galveston Getaway
Was perfect location. Property owner was great and easy to get a hold of. Pet friendly fenced in back yard, parking off street and on, never had an issue. The hot tub was just an added bonus, especially since its January. Lots of great restaurants walkable from your front door. Right across the street from a really nice dog park. We would definitely rent from again.

Amazing Location
Absolutely loved the location of our rental. Park and Recreation Center was right across the street. The Sea Wall Beach was 1-1/2 blocks from the front door. Tons of restaurants to choose from. Our favorite time of each day was sitting together in the kitchen around the ginormous table eating supper, playing games, singing songs, and just laughing at stories. We were able to make even more amazing memories that we can share.

Overpriced for the area and condition of the home
Stayed for 4 nights for a wedding. Floor was filthy and generally dirty overall. Some beds are new and super firm and some beds are lumpy and older. One bedroom with a king bed, two bedrooms with double beds . Fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds with one double bathrooms are tiny. Kitchen lacks Basics like oven mitts etc.. back patio is smaller and disarrayed. some sketchy areas right around the neighborhood. Rooftop patio was good but small. Probably would not stay again as there are several other choices.

Rally Fun
Property was close to attractions and easy for Uber drivers to find. Had everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. A couple of minor things happened, but John was prompt and very responsive in taking care of them. Hope to stay here again!

The location was nice. Close to the pier. Dog poop was all over the back yard. Gross!! Some of the sheets were stained. Fine for what we needed it for.

Great house for family vacations
Was a great vacation house. Just a block from the beach. You can see the gulf from the raised patio deck. House was clean and comfortable. Walking distance from pleasure peer and beach. Walmart and Kroger within 2 miles. Well stocked. Would stay here again if returning to Galveston island.

Perfect home to vacation to, very clean and comfortable beds!! No complaints here!
We had a blast at Casaseaspell! Restaurants within walking distance, beach one block away, dog park right across the street, the park also has tennis courts, skateboarding pit, pavilion and a fitness center. The home is well equipped with everything we needed and very clean! This was our second stay and will be back!

Great location and responsiveness from property manager.
A few hiccups in our stay but the property manager rectified them quickly. Wonderful central location. Plenty of room to spread out with four young adults plus my mother and myself.

Spring Break Trip/First Time to Galveston
We really enjoyed how comfortable the house was. There was plenty of room, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels for us all. It was clean- not dirty at all.... except for a pair of underwear my daughter found under her bed and bottle caps and cigar wrapper outside in the back. John was.VERY attentive and even called to make sure we got in the property ok. No other host has ever done this. The location was PERFECT for our family. Our son played basketball outside at the recreation center, and we could walk to restaurants and the beach. The neighborhood was safe and quiet with the exception of one neighbor (this could happen anywhere) who was on a phone call outside yelling profanities for about 10 minutes. One of the best things about the house was the rooftop deck. We spent every morning up there drinking coffee and reading. Also, the fenced in yard was great for our dog, definitely a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!

Felt like home
Best beach vacation my family and I have ever had! We loved how close everything was and the house was perfect! Had everything we needed, it was clean and the beds were so comfortable! We loved it so much we ended up booking an extra night! Definitely will be choosing this home again for our next beach trip.

Great house and location
Everything was cleaned and well-maintained, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, owner was very responsive. Easy 5 min walk to the beach and convenient to a traffic light to cross the Seawall. Quick walk to Pleasure Pier and beautiful park and playground right across the neighborhood street. Awesome place for kids.

Enjoyed our stay
Over all the week was great. The house had plenty of room for all 13 of us. We did not feel like we were crowded. If you are planning on using the fold out couch you may want to bring pillows and sheets. Was unable to find any but there were plenty of blankets. Other than that we all enjoyed our stay and loved that everything we wanted to do was with in walking distance. We also loved the roof top deck. So peaceful up there. We would definitely stay here again. The owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had.

Enjoyed everything! Perfect for beach, restaurants.
This trip was a family affair to celebrate a new addition to our family. A long wait for adoption of our 2 yr. old granddaughter. We loved John's home, so comfortable and clean. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Thank you John , we loved it! We will back!

When my group and I walked in it was very clean, we enjoyed it so so much.

Great family vacation home!
We loved this house! It was clean and we loved the location! John was very responsive to any requests via text and email. The house provided boogie boards, which our kids enjoyed at the beach! The location was perfect for walking to the beach, pier, and park across the street. We would highly recommend!
