The beach view was obstructed but we knew thay was a possibility when we booked. Other then that everything was amazing.

Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The room was clean and furnished well, and the balcony was large with an excellant view of the gulf. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were amazing. I even ordered 2 from Amazon for my home.The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because one of the bedrooms 3 large windows was all fogged up, which kind of spoiled the view. This is definitely not a huge issue, but it would be nice if they would get it fixed.Would definitely stay here again and again!

The condo was really clean and was nice , I only had a few issues every time I cooked something the smoke detector would go off. and the toaster would smoke.also the chair in the bedroom is really bad I sat in it and sunk in it , I had trouble getting out of it . other than those few things and a knob on one of the kitchen drawers was missing the unit overall was very nice.

We were supposed to stay here but because of the construction the balcony was closed. We received a message the day of check in asking if we wanted to stay there at a reduced rate or move to a different place. We opted to move to the other place and it was fantastic! The customer service was amazing throughout this process! So while we didn’t actually stay at this condo we would rent from them over and over again!!

Great Location

The location is perfect and close to everything! Don’t really have any complaints but the furniture could be updated in the living room it’s pretty worn, and the front bedroom doesn’t seem to cool off very well!

Excellent vacation

Beautiful view of the Gulf. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, exercise room and the beach. Well equipped to eat in and several places nearby to enjoy a meal out. Prompt response from maintenance when minor issues arose with sink. Would highly recommend.

It was very good. Did have to drive 5 miles to get parking pass. Our friends were in their condo. Also wish it included beach chairs like theirs did.

Our Office is located 1.3 miles away and it is up to the owners to purchase the beach chairs for their units if they desire.

Condo was beautiful and spacious. When we arrived it was clean. Only problem is that there was construction. Certain condos have obstructed windows with all windows having cloudy clear wrap covering them and all of the balcony furniture was inside with no access to the balcony. This was unfortunate, but once the construction is finished this should all be resolved for future guests. They did work with us to get us compensation for our difficulties. It was unfortunate that the construction work was unknown when we booked in July, but we did enjoy our stay nonetheless. The pools looked beautiful even though we couldn’t get in two of them, and the beach access was amazing and not crowded despite being walking distance to pineapple willie’s, which we loved.
This was the one window we could see the beach out of. Beautiful view even despite the construction

Long Beach Is The Best!

The condo was nice. The master bedroom matress could use replacing but it wasn't the worst I have slept on! The master shower water pressure is AMAZING! No beach sand will make it past that! Overall the condo was nice and stocked well.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We loved Long Beach Resort and this condo for our family vacation. Great location near the heart of PCB, but beach never felt crowded and was kept clean. The condo was very true to the photos - clean, well stocked, very comfortable sleeping arrangements for the whole family. First time staying in Long Beach Resort and really enjoyed it. Multiple pools to choose from, had a pool bar/restaurant at the main lagoon pool, easy parking, and never waited more than a minute or 2 for an elevator. Our favorite part was having meals on the nice big balcony overlooking the gulf. Beautiful sunsets, beautiful memories. We look forward to returning!!!

5-stars for Hannah

The power/AC went out so that makes it hard to rate the resort. I will say that the view was amazing and we enjoyed the pool and bar and the staff was super friendly. I hate to say anything bad since Hannah took such good care of us but we would not stay at this resort again. We will use Emerald Beach Properties again though!!

Great location but outdated property

Furniture was filthy, tv was from the 90’s, had to wash everything. Windows were fogged up in between the panes. One elevator was broken down the entire week.

Great week at the beach!

Just like the picture. Condo was nice and was just like the pictures on the listing. My only complaint was Emerald Coast sending me an email to tell me they had canceled my room. When I called back to see what was going on, this was the reply “we sent that email just to get you to call us back, we didn’t cancel your condo”. It would have been easier for them to have called me.

Full disclosure, i rented this property last April (2025) and the construction wasn't listed or i wouldn't have rented the property. Or, once they knew construction was going to happen, they should have let me know so i could make other arrangements. When we arrived, there was plastic on all the windows and all the doors were chained shut. Not to mention they're was a foul smell in the condo (not sure if it could have been toxic). I could have lived with only one elevator, but not being able to go out on the patio was top much to overlook. When you pay a large sum of money, you expect to be able to enjoy it. We generally don't have an issue when staying at Long Beach. They shouldn't be able to rent the condos that have construction going on with the exterior. The management company made it right by moving us to another property.

Dated, Clean, but needs some Repairs

The balcony furniture / chair cushions need to be cleaned or replaced. Main bathroom ceiling is too low especially in the shower. The hot water in the bathroom/ shower didn’t last long, ironing board was broke, balcony door doesn’t lock, and front door step up is broke. Overall the property was clean.

Thank you for your review. Please know that the owner has replaced all balcony furniture and maintenance also replaced the ironing board. The lock has been addressed and we did not find a broken front door step. The hot water is working as it should and in the temp range it is allowed to be in. thanks.

Needs to be updated

The room was overall clean, but the living room furniture needs to be updated. The balcony door is very hard to open and close. There are two elevators in the building, but one was broken the entire time we were there, and this made it very frustrating at times trying to get back and forth to the room. Long Beach has always been our go to, but they really need to start trying to keep the place up better. Almost all of the luggage racks need to be replaced as well.

Great place but just a few things

I love staying at this resort I love that it is directly on the beach and the balcony looks straight out to the ocean I love that both rooms have access to the balcony and windows to look out at the beach! There is a few things that we was not fond of, in the master bedroom, one of the windows had some sort of film that obscured our view of the beach it was on the outside of the window so it's not something that could be easily fixed on the 10th floor, the blanket on the bed was way too big for the bed making it a little uncomfortable but we managed, and there was a huge desk thing, that I didn't find necessary to have in the room, i would have liked at least 2 more king size pillows in the master! I loved the little chair that sat by the window I was able to read my book and relax. In the main living area the glass tables made me nervous I was scared they would break having a 2 year old with us they were gorgeous and looked good in the room but we struggled with moving the table in the living room to get the sleeper out we thought it was going to break. In the kitchen we didn't have enough utensils and bakeware to cook with we did have enough pots and pans though. The washer and dryer was nice but the washer needed to be wiped down on the inside just comes with front loaders like that so it's understandable! And lastly the balcony needed more furniture it had the table for 6 but at least 2 more chairs to relax in would have been nice like a lounge chair!
