Questa bellissima casa con 3 camere da letto e 4 bagni è stata costruita nel 2007 e può ospitare un massimo di 10 persone. Le decorazioni raffinate e i mobili antichi conferiscono una sensazione "a casa". Situato a breve distanza dalla zona di base o dalla città di Crested Butte, questa proprietà è in una posizione perfetta per le vostre vacanze!

Il livello principale è dove troverete l'ampio soggiorno con nuovi mobili in pelle, un caminetto a legna e una grande TV a schermo piatto. La cucina è ben attrezzata con moderni elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e zona pranzo separata, e c'è un grande ponte avvolgente con una griglia e una vista incredibile. Sempre al piano principale si trova la suite Master, che vanta un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato con vasca idromassaggio.

Al piano inferiore c'è una spaziosa camera familiare con un grande schermo TV / lettore DVD, angolo bar, 2 letti estraibili, un bagno completo e lavanderia.

Al piano superiore ci sono due camere da letto matrimoniali, un bagno completo e un soppalco con TV / wifi. Questa casa ha tutti i comfort di una casa e una sauna svedese per rilassarsi alla fine della giornata. C'è anche un garage per 2 auto riscaldato e molto altro ancora !!

CB Getaway

We had a fantastic stay at the Mt Crested Butte home. The property manager was very helpful! The home was comfortable and roomy with great views. A great location for skiing. During our stay there was a big snow storm and the property manager kept the driveway cleared. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Retreat

Our family loved our time spent at the home. The location was perfect, so close to the slopes yet private. The cabin was well stocked and better than the description.

Crested Butte wedding vacation

I came to Mt Crested Butte for a fall wedding. I rented this house for my entire family to stay together. The house was located close to where the wedding was taking place. The house was in a great location for experiencing Crested Butte and its beauty. There were amazing views from the deck. The location was close to the free transit bus system for going into town. I would stay in this location again if I came back to the area.

Perfect Two Family Ski Vacation House

We had two families with teenage kids stay here for a Christmas break ski trip. The location is perfect, especially with the free shuttle network offered in the area. It’s app based and on demand, very similar to what we’re all used to using but designed for shuttling skiers to and from the mountain. We never waited longer than 15-20 minutes from the time we requested a ride. The best part…it’s FREE. No catch. We tipped the drivers generously as they were so helpful and nice. House was clean, spacious, and well stocked. 100% recommended.

Wedding

This property was perfect for our family to gather and prepare for our daughter’s wedding at the nearby park. Loved the nook in the kitchen for working on the wedding cake. Thank you.

All great, but please update the beds

Reviewer Comments: Everything was great except the beds. Liked the place, location and love Crested Butte. But, please update the beds. They were very hard and mattress toppers don’t really fix old beds with old box springs. I did not look at the mattress tags, but my guess is they are really old. Not sleeping well kind of messes with a vacation. Liked everything else about the rental!

Absolutely Incredible!

Reserved this property for the Thanksgiving holiday, and couldn't have asked for more! The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms/beds were all comfy, plenty of firewood for the fireplace, there was an excess of towels/wash cloths/hand towels/extra blankets/etc, and plenty of soap for all the bathrooms/sinks! Ample parking for the property was VERY nice as well (most condos in the area only allow two vehicles unless you jump through hoops or beg/plead with the property owner/manager). When it wasn't snowing/too cold, the wrap around deck was perfect to watch the mountains, and the same views from the living room we're just as great just with the added bonus of a fire keeping everyone cozy. The shuttle that picked us up in the driveway and took us to the resort was icing on the cake! Also, the property management team was VERY responsive to any questions/concerns we had. We loved our time here and would absolutely love to come back!

Great Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very pleased with the stay. The views are outstanding. There were a few quirks. The two top floor bedrooms share the smallest bathroom in the house. A number of towels in the bathroom were hung still very damp from the dryer and there were a few more cobwebs than we’d like to see . Minor issues. Definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We traveled to Crested Butte for a wedding and shared this home with 3 adults (5 total) and two children ages 10 and 7. The home was spacious and we loved the basement apartment where the kids and parent could spread out! We spent a lot of time taking in the fantastic views from the large deck. The house was spotlessly clean. My only disappointment was lack of kitchen staples like salt and pepper! It would be nice to have some basic kitchen seasonings/ staples and plastic wrap, aluminum foil, baggies etc. for guests to use. There was plenty of TP, Kleenex, and paper towels. Beds were firm but comfortable and there were plenty of towels in the multiple bathrooms. Great house! Thank you- we really enjoyed our stay.

Family ski vacation

Especially good layout with multiple kids who wanted to share a room downstairs. Beautiful location. 5 minute drive to the ski area. Helpful friendly management group. A couple of comments. The house is located above the ski area base at approximately 9500 feet and can be a tougher acclimitization if from sea level than staying in CB town in our experience. There are alternatives to driving to get to the ski area and town with walking and a bus that weren’t practical for us.

Spring Break Trip 2022

This property handled the six guys just fine, just wished one bed had been a king size, or that the small foldout would have been a little more comfortable. My 7yo grandson sleeps like an octopus, so I let him have the bed and moved to the couch each night. Still was fine. Everyone else slept fine in their own beds. WIsh the deck had a hot tub! Sauna worked, as did the jacuzzi in the master.

Great house and location. Sleeps and accommodates a crowd very well

We really loved everything about this house. A great area downstairs for the teens to hang out. Very comfortable living space upstairs. The only issue was the shower on the 3rd floor didn’t drain very quickly.

Beautiful Views

This property was very comfortable and clean. The group of my friends enjoyed the living room and fireplace so much that we rarely turned on the TV.. There was plenty of hot water for our group and the beds were comfortable. One just needs to be careful of the snow coming off the roof that lands on both the upper deck and the stairs leading to it.

Great place, great location!

The views were amazing and the house was very comfortable and perfect for our group! We really enjoyed the sauna after a day of skiing. While not technically ski in ski out, it’s pretty easy to get onto the mountain (a couple short stretches of skiing and a couple road walks) and you can get almost to the driveway on the way back to the place if you take the right trail from the Umbrella bar area. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a couple great meals! Highly recommend staying here!

Reviewer Comments: Very happy with the property overall but there were a few drawbacks... the deck was covered in snow and ice, and I could not shovelIt away bc it was frozen solid. The sauna wasn’t working. The chimney was clogged so we couldn’t use fireplace until prop mgt came to fix that (to their credit, I called in the morning and they sent someone to fix it later that day.) My biggest complaint: the beds in master bedroom and upstairs bedroom were marketed as Queen size , but they seemed smaller than queens. Maybe full size is more accurate. Other than that, this was an awesome property, and I would return and/or recommend it.
