A Miami, Hamilton House è una casa davvero bella, situata in un'oasi tropicale con piscina e patio, enorme tiki con TV e frigorifero, sala giochi esterna e area di intrattenimento esterna, il tutto in un ambiente molto privato.

Siamo a soli 20-25 minuti dalla maggior parte dei punti caldi di Miami, South Beach, Coral Gables, Little Havana, Downtown Brickell e Florida Keys. Siamo anche a 25 minuti dall'aeroporto di Miami e dal porto di crociera. Il tempo di viaggio verso la destinazione varia in base al traffico.

La casa è un concetto aperto con la cucina, il soggiorno e la sala da pranzo tutti integrati in vista della piscina. Ci sono 6 camere da letto e 3. 5 bagni. La grande cucina ha armadi su misura, 2 frigoriferi, lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffè, forno e piano cottura e un'isola a più livelli con posti a sedere. È completamente fornito di tutti gli utensili da cucina, posate, piatti e pentole.

La sala da pranzo può ospitare 10 persone tra il tavolo da pranzo e l'isola cucina.

Il soggiorno ha librerie dal pavimento al soffitto, un enorme televisore a schermo piatto HDTV, un divano componibile con poltrone reclinabili, un camino e un divano che si estrae in un letto full size.

Questa è una casa meravigliosa con un'imponente piscina e patio, una sala giochi con biliardo e domino, una buca per il fuoco e un enorme Tiki con TV, frigorifero e fabbricatore di ghiaccio.

Goditi lo spazio fino a tarda sera, poiché la nostra illuminazione ambientale e il cambio delle luci della piscina creano un'atmosfera rilassante in tutta l'area posteriore. Il giardino è completamente recintato e sicuro per i bambini.

Il soggiorno ha anche un divano letto estraibile (Queen) con un materasso tempurpedic.

Family Wedding Weekend

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay @ the Hamilton House. We had a wonderful time together & had so much space. The pool area was a HUGE hit! All of the amenities & activities were such a plus for us. Eddy was fantastic with communicating in a timely manner. When we return to Miami, we will look to see if any of his 4 properties are available.

Big group comfortable

Enjoyed our trip to south Florida. Eddie & Sharon were great about answering questions and helping us prepare. Instructions were easy to follow for arrival & departure. I was mistaken that the pool area was completely enclosed & house could use some minor updates/cleaning/creature comforts. Overall 4.5 stars!

Family Friendly

Our family of 12 stayed here and had an amazing time. The house and property are very clean and well kept. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had one miner plumbing issue the 1st day, contacted Eddy and he had someone out within the hour and had it fixed. No other issues the entire stay. We stayed a total of 7 days. Our family really enjoyed the heated pool and big backyard with lots to do. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Eddy and Sharon for being amazing hosts and having such a beautiful place for our family to stay.

Family reunion!

My extended family, or cousin crew, had been planning this group gathering for 10 years and it did not disappoint! There was enough room for everyone to spread out and enough large places to share dinner or games! We Truely enjoyed our stay!

Outstanding Property / Great Family Vacation

If you wonder if the property could possibly be as beautiful as the pictures, don’t. This is an amazing house/property that meets all expectations. There were 13 family members that came to Miami for my son’s wedding that stayed at the house and there was more than enough room for all of us. I can only say great things about house and the hosts. It made for a memorable family vacation/event. 5 Stars all around !!

Great Property with Lots of FUN

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hamilton House! We had everything we needed including plenty of entertainment! The house is very accommodating for a large group with lots of room to spread out! My only suggestion would be that the pool area has more anti-slip mats because it is very slippery and the grandkids slipped and fell more than once. Overall a wonderful stay!

Just what we hoped for

Hamilton house was beautiful. It was even more spacious than I thought it would be from the pictures. It was a little worried about the heated pool working because I’ve had issues with that at other places, but the host assured me that the heat would be on, and sure enough it was. The weather took a bit of a dip and so having it heated was pretty key. Everybody loved the pool and we were in it quite a bit, especially the kids. on the day that it rained, the spacious and comfortable couch area by the TV was well used by everyone. Plenty of bedrooms and areas to sit, eat, and chat. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

The house was big but looked like it had been neglected. The TV's in 2 rooms did not work. In the morning I went to cook and on the counter I noticed the avocado that we had just bought at the store and sitting on the counter had been partially eaten (I believe it was eaten by a rodent). We also had hotdog buns and hamburger buns partially eaten. I have pictures of both. The owner was informed and we left that day. The owners never responded to our allegations except to say they never had that problem and would look into it. Never heard from them again. Not impressed with this place or lack of communication with the owner at all.

A gem tucked away

Our group was looking for a place to accommodate 20 of us before we took a cruise out of the Miami Cruise terminal, and the pricing and capacity of this location peaked our interest - so we locked it in! Being about 45 minutes for MIA and 30 minutes from the cruise terminal, a shuttle ride to the property brought us to the house tucked away in the corner of a residential neighborhood. To get out to get groceries, etc brought twists and turns but nothing the GPS couldn't handle. We we're provided the code to the property several days before check-in and had no problems getting inside. The home is very spacious with lots of bedrooms for many of the different couples / friends. The two refrigerators was a nice treat, and with plenty of garbage bags / cans along with dishwasher packets, the checkout process otherwise was a breeze. A few things that we did find: There is a pool table outside but the cues on the end were missing. Not a big deal since there was little down time. There is a MASSIVE ice maker out on the patio along with a keg tap. HUGE BONUS!!! If you want to cook outside, there is a charcoal pizza oven as well as a propane grill. But you will need to supply these yourselves. For 20 people there was just enough towels for each person to have one use. So plan accordingly. The WIFI coverage was great and while it's not fiber speeds, it was adequate for our needs. The temperature in the property was great and plenty of ceiling fans throughout. All and all, it was a great place to stay and our group were all very happy with the choice. Thank you again and for the prompt replies to our questions!

Great home with lots of amenities!

Home is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Amenities were wonderful and we had a great time. Home is beautiful but needs some minor repairs to the exterior. Overall great offering for the price!

Fabulous property

We had 11 adults and 2 children stay at this property. Everyone had a bed, privacy and with 4 bathrooms, served us well. The pool was a huge hit and used everyday. The home is in a lovely neighborhood and close to all of the adventures we had planned. Wonderful hosts!

FUN and RELAXING!

Our family had an amazing time at the Hamilton House! The space was perfect for our group of 11. The kids and adults we're extremely pleased with the space inside and out! The owners really are great with communication and have done a great job with making this property a great vacation spot!

I was born and raised in Miami and my wife was born in Ireland. To me, Miami is the perfect vacation city, with the beautiful weather, spectacular beaches, lots of sporting and cultural events, great nightlife and restaurants, gambling and cruises. We try to make the most of enjoying all Miami has to offer.

Hamilton house is a very large property suited to families and friends traveling together. It is nestled on a corner lot, with lush tropical gardens, offering a feeling of being away from it all, while being in the middle of everything. We have a privacy gate at the front of the property. The home is spacious, with a beautiful back garden paradise and is minutes away from shops and all the Miami hot spots.
