We all had a great time! Beautiful home! We highly recommend this rental if you’re looking to stay in the area. Easy check in/out. It was a short walk to the pool and beach. Great communication throughout the whole process with our host. This was our first time staying at an Vrbo! What a positive experience! The photos don’t do justice. Great well decorated home.

The house was perfect for our family of six. There were extra fans, blankets, towels and even a baby gate. We were spoiled and won’t want to go anywhere else. Everyone had their own space and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Fall Break

Everything from the communication before arriving to helpful tips for the stay was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this convenient location. It's close enough to "the action" of Pier Park without being in the middle of it all. This was our third stay in this beautiful home and we greatly appreciated the beach service this trip!

GREAT PLACE!! Matt is a great host!

We stayed here for a week in July, I cannot say enough great things about this place. First off Matt went above and beyond communicating with me and making sure everything was great and any questions I had he was very quick to respond and help. There were two families that stayed here, a total of 8 of us and this place was more than spacey for us. Very comforting home feel, with lots of amenities. We never for a second felt over crowded or anything. It is a very short, maybe 3 minute walk to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrellas being included with the price was more than worth it!! It was so great to have a pool right by the beach, the kids loved swimming in that at times instead of the beach. We will recommend this place to anybody we know going anywhere close to PCB or Destin. We will for sure stay here again. Thank you Matt for the great hospitality.

Everything was wonderful, bed was soooo comfortable. Great location for beach. So nice to just walk and not have to drive. Grandchildren loved their space and adults loved all the outdoor spaces as well. You can’t go wrong staying here. 5 stars for every aspect.

One of the best!

My family and I stayed during the week of the 4th of July, so PCB was insanely busy but not here! This location is about 15 minutes west of the PCB pier and craziness, a very quiet neighborhood. The pictures of this townhome don't do it justice, its much bigger in person. Starters of everything, beds were super comfy, amazing water pressure and having the 4 chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach every day was icing on the cake. We stay in a lot of vacation rentals and can honestly say this is one of the best we've ever stayed in!

Spring Break 2024

This home is beautiful! The owners are very friendly & make you feel like they really care wether you are having a nice time or not. They checked in on us and even offered to let us use their personal beach items! They were always available & ready with any suggestions. Their home is fully equipped and feels like a home not just another place to stay. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Beach Paradise

We had an excellent stay at Matt & Stacey’s property. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and so close to private beach access. Little details including portable crib made for easy bedtime with a little one who is used to routine. We will definitely return next time we come to Florida. Host had great communication as well.

Perfect home away from home !

Loved our stay! Very close walk to the pool and beach. Wonderful neighborhood. So nice to hv beach chairs awaiting us at the beach daily. The condo was perfect for our family of 6!!

Excellent Property

Everything was absolutely perfect with our stay. I highly recommend this property! Communication wasn't necessarily during our stay as everything was perfect, but the owner checked in with us and responded promptly to our questions. The beach chair setup being included is a super bonus. Would definitely stay at this property again, the house is very up to date and plenty of room. This is our second time staying in La Valencia Circle and this is our favorite beach vacation spot.

Girls’ Week

Perfect location. We greatly appreciated the chairs and umbrellas on the beach! The house is beautiful with lots of attention to detail. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The soaps and shampoos were a pleasant touch. The outside yard was wonderful for after-beach relaxing. The beds were SO comfortable. No problems whatsoever this vacation! We definitely want to use this home again next summer!!

So Fun!

We had a wonderful time at Matt and Stacey's. A beautiful place with easy access to the beach. And Matt was very responsive to any questions that we had. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate my 70th birthday!! And the icing on the cake was walking onto the beach and seeing our chairs and umbrellas waiting for us! Awesome!!

Family Spring Break Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful spring break at the Sea Otter! We have three children - ages 15, 13, and 9 and this place was perfect! Beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of space, three full bathrooms, private neighborhood, and plenty of added amenities! The beach chair/umbrella service was great! My kids loved riding the bikes in the neighboorhood and playing tennis too. Really liked the private neighboorhood and easy walk to the beach and pool. Hosts are fantastic - great communication and easy check in/out. Highly recommend this property!

Family Fall Break

This is the second stay at this location for us. It is a great location with an easy walk to the beach. The house is well stocked, clean, and a beautiful place to rest and hang out. The check in and check out procedure are as easy at it gets. We are thankful for this find and have the best beach vacays while there!

Beautiful house

This house was the perfect size and location from the beach. It was a short 3 minute walk. The house had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The bikes were great, just wish there were two more but it’s nothing that we couldn’t bring. The owners were great, easily accessible, and easy to work with. Definitely a great place and the beach is beautiful!!

Nice and Private

We enjoyed our stay as we were looking for a place that had the space we needed and able to drive up to the front door for the grandparents. I wish the bunk room was upstairs so the grandparents didn't have to go up the stairs but it wasn't that bad.

Excellent time at La Valencia & Sea Otter

Great 3 bedroom house in La Valencia, good communication from owner Matt, love that this place had necessaries like garbage bags, toilet paper, coffee & filters, etc., and had some unexpected perks like 2 bicycles, beach chairs, tennis rackets, beach toys, etc. All in all, it was a great experience!

We bought this home in 2018 after much debate on where to buy. This is one of the best neighborhoods in PCB. We love this neighborhood since it is very quiet with a lot of privacy. It is close to 30A but without the crowds. We both work full time and live in Winchester, TN. So this is our home away from home that we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. We try to provide everything you would need in a vacation home while you are there (except for food and drinks!). Text us 937-570-7021

It is private, family place, clean, up scale neighborhood, no crazy busy beach area, and has great neighbors. Beaches are the best too!
Quiet neighborhood, you can walk the circle at night with no worries!

Private Beach Access - Beach Chairs Included - Pull up to the front door, no parking garages and no elevators fight. Did I tell you it has a Private Beach Access - Never too crowded - 4 Beach Chairs set up daily with two large umbrellas.
