Relaxing and Comfortable!

We spent 3 days here to unwind after our daughter’s wedding. Great location, easy beach access clean and comfortable.

Great Property and really great experience with the timeshare owner Bill. Communicated with us well. He was all over it and we would definitely rent from him again.

Villa Palmar was wonderful

The stay was just as we had hoped. A great break from the long winter. My family all enjoyed it. We doing the Majority of time lounging around the pool. The staff was attentive and helpful. Room was as described and the amenities at the resort, gym, pool, restaurants were all high quality.

Beautiful location, clean with amazing service

From the moment we arrived we have experienced nothing but 5 star service. The staff were accommodating and friendly. We felt very well cared for. The food is delicious. We opted to purchase the all inclusive meal plan prior to arrival and it was well worth it. I will definitely return . * note, we were placed in a garden room and was told that ocean view is an upgrade and that wasnt reflected in the listing. We attempted to move to ocean view but we were here during the week of Christmas. The New Years Eve Party and buffet was out of this world outside facing the ocean with entertainment for the whole family. Thank you for an amazing holiday experience!

Billmis a great host and the property is spectacular.

Booked with Bill for a stay at Cabo Villa Del Arco, but the property wasn't available so he pushed towards the corridor and the Via La Valencia. It's very, very nice. Everything is pristine. The rooms are very, very nice with great bedding, furniture, luxurious showers, etc. The pool area is basically the entire property that isn't the buildings and is the nicest pool I've seen in Los Cabos. Lazy eiversz 4 huge hot tubs, great service, etc.

Expectations exceeded!

This was our family’s first trip to Cabo and we could not have asked for a better stay! Bill was so helpful in helping our family and our friends we were traveling with secure suites at this incredible property and was quick to answer our questions. The 2 bedroom suite was both spacious and luxurious and was more than enough room for our family of 5. We loved the hammocks on the private deck and used the kitchen daily to make subs or snacks for the kids. The staff at the resort was courteous and attentive. We spent most of our time around the pools (all heated) and wandered out to the beach every evening for the sunset. We enjoyed being equidistant from downtown Cabo and San Jose del Cabo and spent time in both places. We look forward to coming back again!

The owner was great. He gave up advise and was very helpful. The resort was very nice. We will return and use the same owner.
