Perfect location! Direct access to beach; just walk down the stairs! Walking distance to restaurants. Easy, convenient parking. Highly recommend.

Absolutely incredible stay. The cleaning guy delayed us checking in but Ed was super helpful and accommodating. Can't wait to come back!

This place had all the amenities we needed. The cozy vibe of the condo and beach views lent to a week of relaxation and escape from the hustle and bustle of reality. The owner answered question quickly and gave excellent recommendations. My favorite activity outside of wildlife viewing was the sea shell scavenger hunt that Ed and Kiki provided in their information/activity binder. 10/10 for sure!

Beautiful spot

We completely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful little condo. Sitting on the porch in the morning with our coffee was perfect. The condo had everything we needed and was walking distance to many restaurants.

Most incredible beachfront condo we have ever experienced. Rocking chairs on our deck watching the sunset and listening to the ocean…a dream. Beautiful condo and such a friendly host. We will be back!

Everything was perfect for 2 people. The kitchen was adequately stocked with supplies. The bed was firm but comfortable and the temperature control worked perfectly.

Amazing Views

This property has the best view of the gulf! Just steps away from the beach! It was perfect for us! The owner, Ed, was super!! The place was clean and everything we expected!

The house was awesome - very clean and perfectly stocked! I would only suggest that when there are guests coming, the ice bucket is full and the ice trays are full.The location is the BEST! An ocean right in the back yard!!

Beach heaven

We were in Englewood Beach for a family reunion. The place was just right. Had everything you need for the beach. Having flown there, it was much appreciated. The owner answered all our question and was responsive to our needs. We'd definitely stay there again.

Perfect, as always

This is the 2nd year in a row that my husband and i stayed here and again, it was perfect. We love the location and there are many things to do around there. The only negative thing i could say was the WiFi was spotty at times, but we can overlook that for the spectacular sunset views. We would recommend this place 100%!

The beach view was unobstructed. The condo shares a porch area with the neighbors. The tiny kitchen is usable and is stocked with most of the needed items to cook however we made toast and ate out most of the time.The washer and dryer behind the unit in the accessory building was very handy.This place is fine for 2 people.

Love love this property!

We truly love this area and home! We've stayed here before and brought family and friends to rent the lower unit and next store unit also. We had a problem and it was fixed right away. Owner is very nice and easy to deal with. Plenty of chairs and toys for the beach. We plan on coming back again next year!

Awesome time at the beach

We had a little miscommunication on the first day of our stay, but after that, it was fantastic. The location is perfect, had everything we needed and Ed was great to work with. We would absolutely stay here again. The only thing we didn't like was no TV in the bedroom, and the Wi-Fi was spotty, but that can be overlooked at the beach.
