Amazing weekend spent at this tranquil house. We were in the area for Penn State’s family weekend and the house is less than 30 minutes away from campus. Very clean, beautiful, quiet escape. We slept so well! The freshly made cookies and bread were the ultimate touch.

Wonderful Stay – Perfect Location for a Penn State Weekend!We truly enjoyed our stay! The property was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and peaceful, providing the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location in Huntingdon County was ideal, close enough to Beaver Stadium to conveniently enjoy the Penn State game, yet far enough away to escape the crowds and noise.Communication with the host was easy, responsive, and effective throughout our stay, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Beautiful Secluded Mountain House

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, tucked away on the mountain with beautiful surroundings. It’s in a great location—just a short and easy ride to Penn State and the stadium. The thoughtful muffin gift basket was such a nice touch and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay near campus!

The house and property are amazing! So peaceful and beautiful outside and in! Perfect place to relax with family and enjoy the fire pit and some smores the night before the Penn State football game. The open floor plan allowed all of us to gather inside and the porches and deck were fabulous for enjoying nature and just hanging out!

Weekend getaway

Love visiting PA. We always look for those stays that are secluded. Check in was easy, house was clean. Did see quite a few lady bugs. Games were available which we took advantage of for a family game night. We enjoyed our stay!

Apologies for the lady bugs... they are vacuumed up the day of guest arrival, however in this season they get in around the windows and doors on the south side of the house quickly! Something that comes with having a home in the woods!

Family retreat

Amazing location tucked away and surrounded by beatiful views and wildlife. Met up with family for the weekend and this was the ideal setup for 6 of us to unplug for the weekend. Would highly recommend, Jeff & Amy are great hosts!

Beautiful property

This is a great home in a beautiful area outside of State College. The owners were great and responsive, provided all of the necessities and was very clean. It is a little bit away from Penn State but close enough if you were going to a game and also want to get away from the chaos of a football weekend.

Peaceful stay!

This house was perfect! We were visiting our kids at Penn State on a football weekend. Loved the location and the amenities, house was very clean, and such a peaaceful place to come back to at the end of the day. Loved gathering around the firepit at night. Would love to come back again!

Perfect spot for a PSU football weekend!

Located just about 30 minutes from State College, this was a perfect spot for getting in and out of PSU for a football game! Would have loved to have more time to explore the property and relax at the house. Great communication from the owners and will definitely be bookmarking this for future trips! :-)

Secluded stay on the farm

We stayed the weekend of a Penn State home football game, and it worked out great. 30 minutes from PSU, plenty of space to hang out, grill some dinner, and enjoy the big family room. A great place to get away from the busy town during a game weekend, yet close enough to drive back and forth. We'd definitely stay again. At first we thought it was a bit pricey but it was easily in line with everything else the weekend of the big game with Ohio State.
