Great location, comfortable, clean house

We loved the walking trail that we could access from the back yard. The pool table in the common area was great for our family and kept all of the kids and grown ups hanging out together.

Family trip

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home offered peace and relaxation while being in great proximity to Kings Beach which was the focus of our trip. We would definitely stay here again. The host was informative and checked in with me throughout our stay. Overall a great experience.

Wonderful getaway in Tahoe

The house was perfect for our families. Three years old to 77 and we all had a blast. Plenty of room, close to everything and easy in/out.

Ski trip 2025

The cabin feels like home. Nice and cozy. Plenty of beds for everyone, and in a great location. No issues checking in or during the stay.

Great Group Home

Many beds so everyone slept comfortably. The hot tub, pool table, and nature walk were great perks to this cabin. It was easy to work with the hosts which I really appreciated.

Highly recommend!

Clean and spacious. Lots of sleeping area. Our group of 10 plus 1 dog had a great stay here! Perfect location near dining, shopping and mountains. Owner was extremely responsive to any/all of our questions. Would 100% stay again and recommend to anyone.

Spacious house in mountain setting.

We loved the number of beds in the house since we had 20 adults and 2 children with us. The pool table was a big treat for all of us and the comfortable deck overlooking the forested land behind the house. Our fog especially enjoyed her walks on the trail behind the house. We will definitely be staying here next time we come to Tahoe with a large group!

Great Palce

My friends and I get together each year for a ski trip. This is the second year in a row we have stayed at this property and we look forward to coming back again next year. The house works well for larger groups with plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, etc. Very close to Northstar and an easy 1/2 hour from Mt. Rose.

North Lake Tahoe

Beautiful home with multiple bedrooms that easily accommodated our family of 13 adults and children. Pool table and hot tub were big hits. Close to North Shore Lake Tahoe and Truckee. Everyone had a very enjoyable time.

Very Nice Area

Beautiful area, house is very roomy and was perfect for 9 Adults and 5 kids. Close to Kings Beach. One of the neighbors will call in a noise complaint, no matter if you follow the rules. Other than that, it was a great vacation.

Everything was great woth the property as advertised! The photo make it look slightlly larger, but given we had 9 adults and 3 teens is still across four families, it perfectly suited our needs! The location is a beautiful and conveient to access kings beach with a few minute drive, and a wonderful summer beach on the lake with easy access to rental shops and boating gear. We also enjoyed srveral hikes straight from the property followed by a nice hottub to relax after an active day! And the kitchen was spacious and equipped to handle brakfast and dinner for 12 most everyday. Everyone aged 12-86 enjoyed it!

Great property

Perfect for multiple family getaway, so much room, great upstairs area with two of the bedrooms connected was great to put all of the kids. Only complaint, needs a working coffee maker :-) other than that it was great. We stayed during a blizzard and the property manager was so great with communication. Highly recommend.

A lot left to be desired

Property was marketed as top notch. However, don't look too closely. House is old and needs a ton of TLC- examples- many blinds cant open or close due to missing parts. Doors cannot be closed all the way in places- bathrooms. Also we were tightening door knobs while there. Missing window screens not enabling you to open windows in a house without AC. Upon arrival, found mouse droppings all over the kitchen and bathroom on main floor. And woke up to fresh droppings there every morning as well. They did respond well to our plea for help with traps but that did nothing to fix the rodent infestation issue. Large spiders also, which I understand you're in the woods. Other than that big house. But some spaces not usable due to these issues.
