Splendide vedute dell'oceano, della barriera corallina, del suf e del tramonto oltre a numerosi servizi che piacciono a te e alla tua famiglia.
Situato in uno dei principali spot di surf della grande isola, le onde ondulate e i surfisti hanno intrattenuto ospiti da tutto il mondo.
Goditi la cucina completamente rinnovata di dimensioni standard per snack o pasti completi; prova a usare i nostri pesci e prodotti locali.
Lavatrice e asciugatrice all'interno dell'unità - ehi la biancheria avviene anche in vacanza.

Nice two bedroom

Condo was great, clean and updated, but public spaces were worn and dirty ( elevator and hallways ) Casago was a little slow on text questions i sent them.

Clean and beautiful property

Happy to have stayed here. The property manager was very communicative and accommodating. Sliding room divider is slightly difficult to open and closed. View was beautiful however the patio is in the smaller side so cannot lounge on the patio and there is no night lights and so cannot read on the patio at night. Overall we would book again.

Cant wait to go back!

First time in Hawaii and wow, this was such a great place to stay. Right above a popular surf spot, was really fun to sit on the porch and watch them.

Beautiful sunset ocean view

The sunset ocean view from the terrace was so beautiful. It was convenient to drive Kailua Kona downtown and walk to Banyan Mart.

Beautiful property with an amazing view!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The King size beds were perfect, the kitchen was well stocked and the ACs made the stay really comfortable. The view from the property is soo beautiful! We could see a variety of tropical fish swimming in the water and turtles right from our lanai. The location is great, close to beaches and a lot of nice eating places. We hope to be back at this place in the future!

Great location and view

Perfect Get-away and surf spot

We absolutely loved our stay. The place was roomy and had everything we needed. We especially loved that the Banyan Surf spot was right out side our deck. An easy walk down to surf (coral and lava rock a little tough on the feet) and easy to watch each other from the deck. Our four year old also loved exploring in the water and lava rocks. Beautiful white sand beaches were an easy drive away and all the shopping we needed was close by. Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay at Banyan Tree 403C

WE really love the condo and it's amenities.Everything was new and the shower in the master bath was great.The views from the lanai and the sound of the ocean was so relaxing.We slept with the lanai doors open every night to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean.We would definitely go back again.Great place.

Excellent location

The location is great, the condo has everything you need, but is need. The living room furniture is old and uncomfortable. The master bed is comfortable. All bedding and towels are old and need replacing. The unit is great, just needs some money put into it. I’d stay again, even if they didn’t spend a dime.

Great condo

Check-in was easy, condo just as described. Loved the location. Very quiet when we were there. Biggest drawback-the AC never got ‘cold’ but it was tolerable, and the patio was pretty warm in the PM with the AC unit blowing hot air. So we made good use of the 2nd floor lanai! Pool was great, grounds kept tidy. Would recommend this to anyone!

The Best

Don’t let the old elevator and entrance fool you, once you walk in to this condo you will be very happy. We skipped visiting restaurants all 3 nights and enjoyed takeout since we had the best ocean front seats on our balcony Thanks for sharing this beautiful place

Surfing and sunset from lanai was an unspeakable pleasure. In particular, I can still see the little boy who was good at surfing. There was no problem with the interior and it was comfortable.

Breathtaking views

We were thrilled when this condo the second we walked in the door and made it to the lanai. They truly are million dollar views. The condo is beautifully furnished and we loved having the bedroom located so close to the lanai. The property itself is older, but the condo has been remodeled. We oftentimes had the pool to ourselves which was also nice. Checkin and checkout was easy. The elevator was broken one day, but I called the property manager and it was fixed the following morning. We would highly recommend this condo and plan on a return visit within the next few years.

Unit worked out really

Unit worked out really well. Great location and view - very spacious for just the two of us. Master suite area incl remodeled master bath - excellent. Kitchen was good - appliance upgrades will be needed at some point but all worked well. Small point - supply a tea kettle.

Location was excellent. Overall very good. One of the sliding doors is difficult to move. And even though it is advertised as having air conditioning, the A/C is poor at best; and is nearly worthless in the large bedroom.

We loved staying in this unit. The view, and the remodel made our trip wonderful. It was high surf so we had a bonus view of the surfers. We love to walk and we would walk into downtown Kona every morning. We hope to be back soon. Loved the master bathroom with the beautiful shower and space. Truly felt like we were on vacation. They offer AC which is wonderful but we never had to use it.We love hearing the sound of the waves crashing. We also love working with Adeline, she is attentive and very sweet.

It’s all about the location!

This 2br 2ba has everything you could ever need in a condo ( washer/dryer, full kitchen, hot tub and pool downstairs) there are elements that need upgrading such as the beds (very hard and springy) and towels that are worn and stained. However you really can’t ask for a better view from the lanai. We heard the ocean waves crashing as we slept and the stay was quite comfortable. This condo was a bit bigger than what my husband and I needed but the view and location can’t be beat! You’ll see amazing sunsets every night!

Banyan Tree Condo

Our stay was nice. The view was fantastic. Glad to have A/C. We had six people so all beds were used for the first week of our stay and the beds including the pull out couch was comfortable. The second week was just the two of us. There were a few suggestions we made to the management company about minor things, like the ceiling fans and bathroom lights needed to be dusted. But overall, it was clean. Easy access using the elevator to the fourth floor. Pool was nice too. Overall it was a nice condo.

Beautiful ocean view!!

Property was comfortable, clean and well maintained. The only issues we had were...a/c was not cold enough for our liking and typically when we stay in an VRBO you do have spices, salt & pepper, coffee, sugar, etc. so that when you get there you don't have to buy everything. We had 2 trash bags left there, so when we dumped trash we had to keep recycling the bags...wish we had a few more., since we stayed there over a week. Thank you
