Ti invitiamo a provare la magia di Disney nella nostra bellissima villa con 5 camere da letto e 5 bagni! Situata a Windsor Hills, una delle comunità più famose di Orlandos ea pochi minuti da Disney World, la nostra villa è perfetta per più famiglie che viaggiano insieme. Sia che tu abbia intenzione di visitare i parchi tutto il giorno o di rilassarsi al resort, Find the Magic Villa è un posto perfetto per chiamare casa!

La nostra villa 5 camere da letto / 5 bagni è di 2.966 piedi quadrati e può ospitare fino a 12 ospiti in stile. La nostra villa attualmente comprende 2 camere da letto King, 1 camera da letto matrimoniale e 2 camere da letto a castello / doppia, quindi c'è spazio più che sufficiente per tutti di distendersi e rilassarsi dopo una lunga giornata nei parchi. La Villa ha la sua piscina privata, spa, sala giochi (con 5 macchine arcade) e un teatro privato (con quasi 150 DVD disponibili)! I kiddos dovrebbero sempre avere qualcosa da fare. Ogni camera include una tv a schermo piatto, per i momenti in cui vuoi stare da solo. La Villa ha una cucina completamente attrezzata, sala da pranzo aperta, molto spazio e comprende tutti i comfort di casa! *** La cucina è stata recentemente rinnovata e ora presenta nuovi elettrodomestici Whirlpool in acciaio inossidabile. *** Il nostro ponte e piscina ricevono la luce del sole tutto il giorno.

Windsor Hills è una comunità chiusa situata a circa 2 miglia da Disney World Resort. Offre una piscina in stile laguna da 140.000 litri, acquascivoli e paraspruzzi. Per coloro che desiderano rimanere attivi, il resort dispone di un centro fitness, campi da tennis, campi da basket, putting green e persino un campo da beach volley! Il resort offre anche un cinema privato, sala giochi, noleggio ATM e DVD!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this home. We enjoyed the pool at the house as well as the resort pool. The Disney decorations were fun for our 8 year old. We love the proximity to so many good restaurants and to Disney. Bathrooms for every bedroom are hard to find and definitely a plus. The owners are very responsive and wonderful to work with.

Fun family house

The property was exactly as described in the listing and pictures! We had lots of space to spread out with our family. The pool and game room were perfect for having fun together. The house is close to Disney parks and overall our experience with the owner and the home was excellent! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Home

My wife and I took our family (2 adult children, their spouses, and 5 grandkids-ages 4-12) to this home for 13 days and we had a wonderful time. Pool was wonderful, kitchen well equipped, game room was addicting, theatre was entertaining, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Washer and dryer were great. Wi-Fi worked great as we had 5 people working remotely. TV received many channels. Walmart is a 5 minute drive. We did not go to any Disney parks, but they are very close. Owner was great to work with.

Spacious home, that is well laid out!

Perfect family home. Our 4 Grandkids had a blast with the pool and Home Theatre. The communication with the Property Manager was excellent.

Wonderful Orlando stay

This house provided a great place to stay to enjoy all of what the Orlando area has to offer. It was clean, spacious, and fun. My kids enjoyed the game room and pool. The theater room was difficult to enjoy as it was very warm in there and has a separate portable AC that really needs to be turned on a few hours before trying to watch a movie. Nice gated community with several nice amenities.

Great House - Close to Disney - As Advertised!

Perfect for our group of 3 families. 4 adults and 4 kids total. Stayed 6 nights. Clean and as advertised. Great response from hosts. We loved the location and used this as a home base for a sports tournament and trips to Disney and Universal. Would recommend to others!

Excellent!

The hosts went above and beyond to respond to any questions I had. They were easy to work with and very friendly. They were accessible when we needed assistance and willing to quickly solve the (minor) problems we had so there was no disruption to our vacation. I would highly recommend this location if you are in the Orlando area!

Wonderful Family Property

We really enjoyed this home. We had my family of 5 and my parents with us. It was perfect for our littles ages 2-8 and for adults! Plenty of sleeping spaces. Pool area was wonderful. Game room and theater was really nice for winding down at night or a cool activity for our “home” days! Owner was really kind and easy to communicate with. The house is perfect walking distance to the park as well.

THE BEST OF THE BEST

This was our third year at this wonderful villa. We are a family of 12, 6 of which are ages newborn to 17. We had another magical year making memories. House is full loaded from game room,theater, pool hot tub, fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need and more. Our host Lana is so attentive and always checking on us to see if we need anything. She is amazing. You have to try this beautiful villa. So close to everything. Your family will absolutely love it!!!

Great place with or without Disney

We planned this trip well in advance of COVID-19. We had great communication with David prior to FL reopening he was great to work with. The house was perfect for large family gathering we had 12 including a toddler we had plenty of space. Kids (of all ages) loved the game room and theater. They provide the movies you provide the popcorn. Great trip even if we never got to go to Disney. We will book it again for our future Disney trip

Great family trip

We were so pleased with this home! It was perfect for our family which included 6 adults and 4 kids! My grandsons loved the game room.. the home theater...and especially the pool! The commute to Disney is very short... we did hit some traffic on 192... but saw Disney shuttles in the traffic too... so don't see the point of choosing a budget Disney resort over a beautiful home! Lana was a very gracious host and communication was pleasant and prompt! She even allowed us to check in early as we were lucky enough to be checking in on a week where the home had not been previously occupied. Having my grandchildren occupied with the game room or pool while we cooked dinner made for relaxing and fun evenings after a long day at the park! Thank you Lana for allowing us to rent your beautiful property within an equally beautiful resort!

Kissimmee stay

We really enjoyed having a home to stay in as a group. The rooms were spacious and we liked that each room had its own bathroom. The pool was a nice option, and everyone enjoyed the spa on the chilly days. It did take a while to heat the pool and spa, so plan accordingly. There was plenty of space in the kitchen, but some items could be added to the kitchen for ease of cooking such as a cutting board and some basic spices (salt & pepper). We made due with paper plates to cut food and some tiny packs of salt & pepper from fast food restaurants, but it would be nice if they were in the home to start. On another note- the game room and theatre room were great! Everyone had a great time utilizing both spaces. Overall, we definitely would rent this space again and absolutely loved our stay! I 100% recommend this location to everyone.

Family vacation

A great place to stay! We took our family vacation here and had 3 separate families with kids ages 1-7. The pool was so nice to have right at the house. (We did pay extra for the pool heat and it was well worth it) The warerpark was a short walk away and also so convenient to have right there for extra activities. We even saw an alligator in the lake by the waterpark! The house was so spacious with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths. There was a bathroom everywhere we looked. My kids loved the arcade games, the movie theater room and many enjoyed the nostalgic Nintendo. Lana was EXTREMELY responsive throughout the process, checking in via message and also fast at replying if I had a question. She sent a welcome letter via email about a week before we came which explained how to get in, etc. to a tee. We pre-ordered our groceries through Walmart ahead of time which worked out very nice. We scheduled a pick up time, drove a mile down the road and done. (Heads up, the Walmart is VERY busy!) Tips to buy and bring: salt and pepper, coffee filters, cooking spray, garbage bags, tinfoil, toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap, dishwasher tabs) A great property to stay at!

Relaxing vacation

First …. 5 stars to Lana for communication…. She answered a lot of questions for me through email and text. Second- 4 Stars on the house…. Overall the house was great- just a few things that made me give the house a 4 star…. Living room set was showing its age with fabric/pleather peeling, the beds really need updating and you can see and feel when laying down the “body” sinks in the mattresses. The main master bed also creaked loudly (i’m thinking the boxspring has a break in it somewhere and when you move to roll over on it, it sounds like wood on wood creaking) tv remotes - 2 of the 7 of them had dead batteries- . Kitchen utensils were lacking. I had to go out to the dollar store and buy some to use while we were staying there cause we cooked in a lot.. Movie room was crazy hot as the A/C was broken/ Lana sent someone out to check it they clean the filters. The repairman told me in a few hours. If it’s not any cooler, please reach out to the owner and let them know. They need a new air conditioner and that I did do., but we never got a new one while we were on our 10 day stay. it was so hot in there. I think we only watched one movie the whole time we stayed there . Game room was ok- a bit tight as half of it was made into the movie theater.. it was very hard to play pool because the pool sticks would hit the wall, It was tight in there. The video games were OK. The pool was awesome! We paid for a pool heat and it was so worth it. The house was very clean ….

The property is lovely with great amenities. But the stand out for me was the attentiveness and responsiveness of our host. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had and went above and beyond to be accommodating of our requests. A experience, would definitely stay again!

Excellent for a Disney/Universal vacation

Nice and clean - lots of space for everyone and a great pool. Plenty of supplies to get us started. The game/pool room was a big hit! Owner was very responsive and communicative. Close to both Disney and Universal, as well as groceries and tons of restaurants.

Amazing 5 Star Experience

Everything was beautiful with the property, well maintained and the amenities really made the trip. Our family of 7 enjoyed having the resort slides/pool included in our stay along with our own private pool and theater. The kids also really enjoyed the game room. Lana made sure we were well taken csre of for our entire trip, I'm looking foward to booking next year!!

About 9 years ago, our family went on our first blended family vacation. We fell in love with this resort and this exact house so much that we said once we got our Ohio house paid off, we would buy a Florida house. Fast forward to about 6 years later we looked online in Windsor Hills for a house to buy. Just by chance this exact house we first vacationed at with our new blended family was for sale. Needless to say, we jumped on it and bought it. We have enjoy sharing our home with other families to create memories.

My family found Windsor Hills over 15 years ago by luck! We immediately fell in love with the homes and amenities. I don't think you will find a nicer resort anywhere in Orlando. Located 2 miles from Disney's Main Gate, Windsor Hills has so much to offer. From the beach access pool, new water slide area, movie theater, fitness center, tennis courts, basketball courts, etc., your family will want to skip the parks and spend the day at Windsor Hills!
