Best trip ever

The hotel was so beautiful and we had an Oceanside view. The service was amazing and the entire stay was so memorable. Definitely recommend!

The family pool was heated and it was too warm. The condo doesn’t have any shades to pull during the day so it got super warm in the main family area at times making it uncomfortable. The view is great! Balcony is really nice. Beds were comfortable.

Great!

Beautiful view. Property looks exactly as listed. Had an issue with the air and it was handled the same day we reached out to the property manager/owner. The only issue we had was with the valet parking service. We paid to have it parked all week but the valets seemed unable to handle parking a large truck. Their solution? Park it on a curb and scratch up the rims.

Peculiar stay

So what a weird situation and overall stay at a property. All I can say the view is amazing and seems like they just recently updated the unit. All of that is great and amazing. Yet we still had a few complaints. 1. The water circulation issue. For it to be hot you have to have the water on for 10 minutes! What a waste! Literally per what the host said to me in text and email is for us to have hot water you have to keep it running for 10 minutes. Seems super wasteful to me. Also, the host was not the most kind in helping me with the issue. He told me very direct and sternly that there are zero issues with the unit, that I just need to let it run for 10 minutes. And talked to me as though I am a bit stupid.. lol 2. There was this obnoxious noise of some fan in the ceiling that turned on at the middle of night, it wasn't the a/c as it was the few days in Miami that were cold and so we had all AC off but still was this obnoxious noise that turned on in the middle of the night and we tried every switch in the unit to no prevail. 3. Last thing is they come into the unit everyday to get the trash, which I just found a bit weird. It just seemed weird that they come take my trash everyday and enter without me knowing... The overall experience of the unit wasn't the best with cold water showers(unless you wanted to waste 10 minutes of water to get it hot), the obnoxious noise we had(resulted in using ear cancellation pods), and the encounters with the host(not the kindest). Yet the view made up for it...

Incredible views that will leave us with lifetime memories.

The apartment was huge and just beautifully decorated throughout. Both the bedroom and bath were comfortable, fully functional for all our needs and exquisite in design. The views from the huge patio/balcony were incredible, and we will certainly look forward to returning in the future.

Amazing

We loved the beach, pool, walks, nearby restaurants, but most of all the condo and the amazing views from it. Will visit again in the future.

I wouldn't stay here

The unit was beat up on the interior, the view was great but Hora Management, The Alexander and Magnum Parking let me down. The valets damaged my car and the valet company would not respond. Hora Management and The Alexander who hired this valet company would not help file a damage claim. Imagine if you actually needed help. I will never stay here again. Complete lack of customer service

Obviously an exception to every review we received from other guests. We don’t hire valet so your information is completely wrong. That is an independent service licensed and insured. The challenge they are having is that you failed to report this very obvious damage allegedly caused by valet and could not have been missed at the valet area until after you left the property and were at the car rental return. The review is all based in the car issue and NOT ON THE EXPERIENCE.

Hora rental was a life safer for the Best Spring!

This unit was absolutely Beautiful and flawless.Perfect view and balcony for a tan if needed The Host Hora rentals especially Evan helped us from the start to end.We would highly recommend Hora to anyone and everyone!
