Awesome stay!

I haven't been on vacation with my family in almost 5 years and this condo just made for a wonderful vacation. It was very nice and homey and the views from the balcony just made it all the more impressive.

Perfect Place on the beach

This was a beautifully updated corner condo that had a TON of space and a perfect view. We would definitely stay there again!!

As advertised! This property was absolutely gorgeous! It was very spacious and comfortable for my family of six! We enjoyed being so close to the beach and sitting out on the balcony watching and hearing the waves. If we're ever in Panama City again, we will definitely love to stay here again!

Gorgeous condo on the beach!

This condo was amazing! So clean and beautiful with amazing views! The beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was excellent. Right on the beach! Would definitely stay here again.

We were so impressed with the entire stay! Condo was gorgeous and views were amazing! Perfect part of town, close to everything! Simple walk downstairs to the beach or pool!

This condo was beautifully renovated and the views of the ocean were perfect! It provided the perfect place for our family to have a much needed vacation, we absolutely loved it!! Real Joy vacation rentals was so simple to rent from!

This condo was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Beautifully decorated and furnished. I definitely recommend this condo. Great price for the week, beachfront. My family and I loved it. I love that each bedroom had its own bathroom and very spacious. I would definitely stay here again

The condo itself was beautiful and well equipped The pool was down all week due to a bad pump. I feel like we should get some sort of reimbursement for that. We always use the pool and were very disappointed with that.

Very easy process. Just follow everything in your rental agreement, emails and texts. I will definitely book again!

Girls Trip

We had a great stay at Grandview East. The only issue was waiting for the elevator going down from the 16th floor, with only one set it was very slow and hot waiting for it. Condo was very clean and spacious and just as described and pictured. Beds were very comfortable. We will be booking again when in the area.

Beautiful condo

Absolutely beautiful condo with lots of room. Love that all the rooms have their own bathrooms and how spacious every room is. The parking across the street wasn’t as bad as we thought it was going to be. We unloaded by the door, then moved the vehicle across the street so it worked out well. We will definitely be staying here again!!!

First Time in PCB

Absolutely no complaints about the rental. Everything was exactly as advertised. The condo was clean and up to date. View was amazing. Corner unit made it that much better. Favorite part was the additional balcony on the street side. We were able to open both patio doors for an amazing breeze. We will be staying there again.

Great Condo on the beach

The condo was extremely clean and spacious. Easy beach access and very secure needing a code for all doors and gates. The only complaint is the parking description. Both spots are across the street. Based on the description we were expecting one spot to be under the building.
