Absolutely beautiful property with amazing views! Best place to relax and actually enjoy the peace and quiet!! Carrabelle is also very nice and beautiful!

Fishing from dock is awesome!!!

Beautiful house just outside grounds is under construction it still manageable. If you love to fish book this house just for the dock. We caught reds, trout, cobia, had a bunch of tarpon on but they broke the line. And a bunch more…

Amazing!

This house was so much better than we had even anticipated. It is such a serene setting with every comfort inside the home. It was perfect in size for our family of 7. We were able to experience the company of jellyfish, dolphins, bears, sea turtles, shark, a plethora of fish, and manatees during our stay. The beach is wonderful and isolated. The entire property was comfortable and gorgeous. We absolutely would, and hope to, stay at this house again. The owner was wonderful and very helpful with great fishing tips. The locals (some of whom I chatted with on the beach every single day) had great recommendations on where to go, what to see and do, and where to eat. Five stars for sure!

Not Ready to VRBO

The house is beautiful, but the property was not ready for occupancy. Ongoing construction of the Sea Wall included Dump Trucks arriving first thing in the morning and Commercial Earth Moving equipment monopolizing the entire Ocean side of the property. I can recommend the property but make certain the construction is complete and full access to the beach is restored. We were forced to cut our vacation short. VRBO should review their policies with the Owner and the Agent.

The house was beautifully decorated and provided plenty of room for our family to enjoy our vacation. The direct oceanfront views from the deck are stunning and provided plenty of opportunities for sunrise viewing and dolphin watching.The guys enjoyed fishing from the dock! The littles enjoyed the sand and water but it is a little trek to get to there (it’s directly to the left of the home) since there isn’t really any beachfront directly in front of the property, but on the plus side it is your own private little beach.We also enjoyed touring the lighthouse museum directly across from the home and the Camp Jordon Johnson museum offered history relate to WWII.

A Great Beach Vacation

We loved the location, the closeness to the beach, the comfortable and well-equipped houses. From our bedroom, windows closed, we could hear the surf each morning.

Our new go to spot!!

We had a WONDERFUL time!!! So secluded and private which is just the way we like it. We had daily visits from dolphins, a lot of times more than once a day. There was plenty of SPACE too! They provided beach chairs, sand toys, floats, you name it. We went right after a tropical storm so the first few days the tide was high so we didn’t have much of a beach BUT we made it work. The water had a sulfur smell at times which was probably from the storm so we just bought water from the store to use. Overall I HIGHLY RECOMMEND especially for big families/parties. We will definitely be back!

This home is awesome. Sits on the bay with beautiful sunrises/sunsets. We try to make you feel at home with the amenities that come with this beautiful place. Close to downtown, shopping and all the restaurants Carrabelle has to offer. Book your stay now!!!!

Lighthouse Beach Rental Experience

Lighthouse Beach was everything we were looking for in a beach rental. Right on the beach, very comfortable and roomy, with all the conveniences of home, including a great garage. Additionally, the crow's-nest was great way to observe wildlife in the gulf! The month went by very quickly. Loved it!!

I love this house!

We could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay! Beautiful home, beautiful beach. Waking up to the sounds of the waves, was simply the best. Our kids enjoyed it as much as we did, plenty of space to move around. It felt like a home away from home. We will be back!
