Summer House è la casa vacanze ideale per riunire tutta la famiglia! Questa proprietà single story splendidamente rinnovata si trova a North Forest Beach, a pochi passi dall'oceano.

Mentre attraversate la porta principale, sarete accolti da un open space, decorazioni costiere, WiFi gratuito e molta luce naturale. La cucina ben attrezzata dispone di ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, una macchina da caffè Keurig e un bar avvolgente per conversare facilmente. La sala da pranzo offre posti a sedere per otto, con ulteriori sei sgabelli da bar al bancone della cucina.

Il soggiorno è confortevolmente arredato con persiane, due divani e una TV con lettore DVD. La terrazza della piscina è accessibile attraverso le porte scorrevoli, così come attraverso le porte della camera da letto principale e una delle camere da letto della regina.

La fantastica area piscina offrirà ore di divertimento! Sedie a sdraio e due set da pranzo circondano la piscina stessa, mentre un bar coperto con una griglia a gas, un lavandino e sgabelli da bar è sicuro di compiacere. Limited Parking. No beach towels for a pool/beach house.

We loved the pool. Enjoyed the wonderful beach access. Spacious home with plenty of dishes for everyone. Close to everything. We loved it!!!!

Perfect for a Family Trip

Our family of 15 fit perfectly with plenty of space. The set up was exactly what we needed - offering enough space for us to spread out and community areas for us to all be together. The kitchen and grill made it possible for us to cook family meals. The pool was warm, clean and spacious! The beach is a short walk through a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, and it is just a scenic mile walk into town to shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our time and would certainly return.

Pool issues

We had to pay additionally for a heated pool and hot tub but it did not get warm till the end of the trip. Was told it would be preheated but it was not. Other issues but did receive help till last day and a half of trip. Did not list that there is a highchair in the home and renters need to bring own beach towels. Nice layout of home with plenty of bathrooms and nedrooms

Modified stay

Although my husband and I, and one of our grandsons, wound up not making the trip due to an emergency medical issue, my daughter and son-in-law were able to make it and the other grandson and his wife made it for 3 days. Im told they were very satisfied with it.

Wonderful home.

We ended up bringing a few extra family members because we had to escape hurricane Helene‘s devastation in Asheville. The home was a wonderful respite for us. It was very spacious, clean and lovely. Thank you so much for easing our burden.

Cool house in and awesome location!

I loved the layout of this home. We used it for a golf trip with friends, but it would be great for families. The home was clean and well maintained.

Short retreat for 13 managers

The house was just as it was listed. Great space for large groups. The living room was large enough for us to have our meetings, and the short walk to the beach was a great relaxing escape for everyone. One suggestion would be to have directions posted next to the thermostat because we never could figure that out and the house stayed very cool I am always confident when staying at a Vacasa property because I know that their response to any issues will be prompt

Great house for a crowd!

Spacious, bright, well-appointed home that works great for a large family. Grandparents down to the littlest grands can be at home here! Comfy beds, comfy furniture, comfy spaces for all. Lovely outdoor spaces too! And an easy walk to a beautiful beach. Great house! Highly recommended!

Summer house

The house was very nice and clean, better than we expected. Vacasa was awesome to deal with we had a few questions when we got to the the house, and the were quick to respond to all questions and concerns. We will definitely be renting this house again in the future.

Wonderful beach house

3 blocks away from the beach. Nice and quiet neighborhood. TV’s everywhere!! This house had everything we needed for our mini vacation, everyone had a good time. Will be back again.

Family Reunion Home

Perfect place for spending a holiday weekend with extended family; cousins, siblings, nieces, nephews, grandparents. Plenty of sleeping space. The tiki bar was a hit. Note--call to heat the pool and hottub several days before arrival.

Disappointed

This home is beautiful and had plenty of room for our six family members. The area is very scenic with an abundance of vegetation, easy beach access, many restaurants, and shopping options. Our visit was somewhat disappointing as four of our family members developed a cough and felt ill. After trips to the local urgent care, it was suggested that the air filters needed changing or the possible presence of mold. Additionally, we found a cockroach in each master bedroom. It is doubtful that we will stay here again.

Property is definitely amazing! Very beautiful and spacious home. Really loved the neighborhood and everyone was very nice. The home was more than I expected. Home was very, very clean. Some of the reviews had me skeptical but everything was amazing! Thanks VASCA!

Rental company was very disappointing

The experience with Vacasa was very disappointing. We were sent the wrong code to enter the property. We were communicating via text with a call center that was not helpful. The local contact was kind and understanding, but it was almost impossible to get in touch with them based on the text messages we received. It’s sad how tainted our experience was with this home based on the overall rental experience with this home.

No WiFi, no hot water in "spa"

Loved the property, spacious and well decorated, beautiful rooms. The service is the problem. The manager is obviously not in the town, and kept saying he would tell the local staff, no one ever came. We rebooted the WiFi several times, and complained that it didn't work, they made no attempt to fix it. I contacted days before to make sure the water was heated in the "spa", just a round attachment to the pool. First said 72 hours notice needed, than after we got there said they need an entire week notice. It was never heated, and they refused to give us any money back for it not working.

Tight space

Things need fixed and had to spend vacation time waiting for repairs. Driveway too small for number of people who can stay. Arrived to full trash cans with 16 people arriving. Garbage was not removed til regular trash day even though we made requests for 3 days

Beautiful Home & Ideal Location!

We just finished our stay and were very impressed with this home! Spacious floor plan offering everyone the ability to collaborate for family fun/dinners or find their own lounge area to relax/read. Updated amenities & décor, TV's in each bedroom as well as the sitting areas, very clean and fresh upon arrival. The pool/hot tub/tiki bar (extra beverage fridge!) were a huge hit with our group and the private access to the beach right across the street was a highlight! Easy walk/bike to the beach for our group ages 6 to 70. Less then 5 minute bike ride down the path to many restaurants, grocery store and park. Property Manager was very responsive throughout our preparations and stay for any questions. We will definitely be back!

Great location and nice house for space with family, but several items broken including pool heat

Overall, we enjoyed the house and time with family. It’s a great location and very close to the beach. The bedrooms are nice with lots of space and comfy beds. However we had several issues with this rental. The pool was unable to be heated after a part of it broke and would not be fixed during our stay. Communication regarding this was difficult and frustrating. One of the bed frames had many nails sticking out, which scraped a family members leg. This was not fixed during our stay despite being mentioned. The fridge door was broken, but this was quickly replaced. Overal the living room was not very clean, including Doritos in the couch. The couches are very stained and need replacing. I hope the owners really take time to review these items and fix as needed.
