I got this property for wedding guest coming in to town for the wedding. The room above the garage was very cold so the next day they brought over space heaters. It helped a little but I was told the room had so many windows and an outer connecting door that it was still cold and drafty. The kitchen sink spout was broken. We did notice the cement stairs and landing going into the house was not level and I think a little dangerous especially it will be in winter. This place was in no way fancy but it did the job.

The property was perfect for what we needed. We weren’t there very much. It slept a ton of people and had plenty of bathrooms, which was important. There’s definitely some repairs that could easily be done that haven’t been attended to. Like the kitchen sink. The faucet is super loose, light bulbs, one of the irons doesn’t work, there’s no body wash in the bathrooms. Mattresses are definitely not great if you’re used to sleeping on a Mattresses are definitely not great if you’re used to sleeping on a nice bed. Overall though it was a pleasant experience.

We rented this property for a work retreat. We were discouraged that the pictures were not what it actually is in actuality. The home needs some serious maintenance. It's also very dated with furniture in horrible condition. We had group presentations all day. Everyone left with horrible back aches due to the terrible worn out couch that has to be 30 years old. Almost everyone complained about the beds and how uncomfortable they were. The stairs leading up to the front door are a huge liability, so be careful! It would be a great place after some serious TLC.

The air conditioning was not working properly and we were hot (82) in the evenings. There was a park right behind the property with no fence and we were not allowed to use it and it was hard to keep the young children out. The balcony off the kitchen was broken and we could not use it. We ran out of garbage bags.

The house is very comfortable for large families, we loved the many bathrooms it has and the kitchen is fully stoked. It was a great experience and Jenny was very kind and attentive. We would stay here again without a blink.

Great location. Plenty of bathrooms and sleeping spaces for our group of 15 teens and 5 adults. The home is very worn and could use some updates, especially the downstairs bathrooms. Bedding and furniture needs updating. Fenced yard would be nice for a space for kids to run around. Not an upscale home but was the best price we could find for a home accommodating 20 people.

Excellent host with great communication. The house is located in a very nice area. A lot of the furnishings are a bit rough and need replaced, but the house was very clean. We enjoyed our stay here.

This home was nice and big and had plenty of room for our large group. There was space and bathrooms for everyone. Several kitchens were available which was nice. The shopping was close and the location was convenient to where we needed to be. When we were there the host was very good at responding to anything we needed. However, prior to that it would take significant time for a response. It would have been nice to have a layout of the rooms so we could have planned ahead where everyone would sleep. The house was a little run down as well.
