Un soggiorno qui potrebbe essere il vostro sogno. Questo complesso condominiale è a soli 10 piedi dalla spiaggia ea pochi passi alla piscina riscaldata. Il soggiorno e due camere da letto aperta a un patio chiuso. Qui potrete gustare i pasti durante la visualizzazione del Golfo e sentire le onde.

Nel piastrelle bianche soggiorno è una pelle letto queen-size, divanetto, poltrona in pelle, TV, VCR, stereo, e ventilatore a soffitto. La zona pranzo con tavolo in rattan a specchio con ripiano in vetro vi invita a una cena romantica. La camera matrimoniale dispone di un letto king-size, due comodini, comò tripla, alto comò, e poltrona. Per la vostra comodità si possiede un televisore, telefono, ventilatore a soffitto, cabina armadio e un bagno completo. La seconda camera ha due letti singoli, doppio armadio e bagno completo in Corian. Very nice condo, loved the long balcony & 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. Location was great, short walk to food & drinks. Beach was amazing! We enjoyed the beach chairs & umbrellas.

We loved our stay at Crescent Arms Condos. Our condo was very comfortable and the beach beach beautiful. I would stay there again.

Great place to stay!

This condo was wonderful! The floors are amazing and it was decorated beautifully! It has a great view and the owners are very nice and helpful! Would recommend to everyone!

Condo is in need of repairs. Obvious signs of damage and wear have literally been painted over. Pantry door broken and not able to close. Outdoor area shows wear and floor was dirty upon arrival. Difficult to close sliding glass doors. Kitchen supplies were dirty and some pans burned. I age stayed at this complex many times in the past. This particular condo looks good in photos, but needs better upkeep.

The perfect week away!

The property owner was very sweet and made our stay very personal. This property is in the perfect location. Walking distance to shops, Restaurants and a grocery store. Not to mention the free trolly that picks you up right in front. The beach is spectacular !!!! We’re already booking again for next year.

Wonderful time!

We had a wonderful experience staying at the condo. The unit was clean and had all the amenities you needed… most of all being the location directly on the beach! The sunrises and sunsets are magnificent. Owners Sue and Glenn were terrific to work with and were very involved in the process and were available when needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We had wonderful week at Siesta Key. The beach did have some debri and odor from hurricane Idalia, but the beach at Cresent Arms had been cleaned up.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit. The view was great and only steps from the beach. Everything that we needed, and then some, was supplied in the unit. The beach loungers that were included were an added bonus. So much easier not having to carry beach chairs down. Our host checked in with us sevetal times to make sure things were going well. Will definately re-book when we return to the area.

Definitely a GREAT STAY

What an awesome location on Siesta Key! The beach and pool were awesome as were other guests we met at Crescent Arms. Sue is delightful to work with! Even though the w/d we’re not in the unit, they are right next door. Very convenient (bring quarters!) You will not be disappointed!!!

Convenient Condo

Location is great. Love the fact it’s right on the beach and the lounge chairs make trips down to the beach so easy. Owner called to check on us, which was very nice. Beds are so comfy! Only negative is the parking spot can be a tad tricky with a larger vehicle (we brought a crew cab truck). Other than that little issue, the condo is fantastic. In walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Thanks so much!

great location

We loved the condo right on the beach. We had a partial view of the ocean which was great. The beach chairs are set up every morning and is included. Very comfortable beds. Very well stocked kitchen. Lovely living room and furniture. Every room had a TV even though we never turned them on. We were having too much fun on the beach and eating at great restaurants every night. Great condo building. Easy to communicate with owner.

Loved Our Stay

The property was exactly as listed. Well furnished, comfortable beds, and very clean. The beach is amazing and there are many quality eating places nearby. The only thing I would say negative is that the cable connection is analog channels. No HD channels. The TV is not a smart TV so not able to stream either. We used our computer and connected it with an HDMI cord so we were ok. Loved the layout of the condo. There were two couples and we had bedrooms on opposite sides of the living room and each had their own bathroom. The sunsets were amazing.

Cozy, clean and convenient

This condo was one of the cleanest condos I’ve ever stayed in and I’m not just talking about the condo itself. The property was well taken care of and even the stairwells were clean! (We had to use them once due to the elevator being down for a short period of time) Owner checked in on us with a phone call which I missed due to being on the beach. Imagine that. Lol. It’s not a huge condo but it’s cozy and has everything you need. But it does have a huge balcony. And a good view of the beach. Very short walk from the condo until you step your toes in the sand which I loved. I would definitely stay here again and probably will when I do return to my favorite beach!

Wonderful location and condo

This was our first trip to Siesta Key and had no idea where to stay. We were so happy with this condo and location. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything you could ever need. The pictures of the condo, view and beach are exactly true!! We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the gulf view. The owner, Susan, was great to work with and not only very responsive but also checked in on us and gave us lots of recommendations. She truly cares about your needs and vacation experience. The complex has plenty of beach and pool chairs but Susan also supplies beach umbrellas, towels, bags, coolers and sand/pool toys. You only need to bring your swim suits. The area has a variety of shops and restaurants. The free taxi services (tips only) was a great plus to add to a stress free vacation. We were definitely stay here again and would recommend this condo!!! Thank you Susan for all your help and being so nice to work with. We hope to rent this condo again!!!

It was voted #1beach in North America on ..Our condo is located on the 5th floor with a great view Each bedroom suite is off opposite sides of the living room wit its own full baths and sliding doors off the bedrooms and living room. the The sound of waves will make for a great nights sleep

You may sit on the couch and watch the sunset, ALL rooms open onto a 31 foot screened in lanai. You may lay in bed and listen to the waves. The set=up is great with a living room separating the two bedroom suits.One king bed and two full/queen beds. They each have a full bath in their suites,
