Venite a godervi la nostra unità al terzo piano splendidamente decorata nel Beach Resort, con vista sul golfo dal nostro balcone privato. Il Beach Resort è stato costruito nel 2006, una piccola proprietà di 64 unità, con una favolosa piscina a sfioro a più livelli di 5.000 m² e una pavimentazione di 9.000 piedi quadrati per il vostro divertimento. Il complesso è dall'altra parte della strada dalla bellissima spiaggia di Miramar. Il Beach Resort dispone di 300 piedi di spiaggia privata attrezzata a pochi passi di distanza. Forniamo un servizio spiaggia GRATUITO (dal 1 marzo al 31 ottobre) che include la sistemazione giornaliera di un ombrellone e 2 sedie a sdraio.

Camera matrimoniale e bagno: letto king size e TV a schermo piatto da 50 "con bagno privato.

Kid's Bunkroom & Bathroom: camera a castello per bambini con due letti singoli e una TV da 37 ". Una porta del granaio suddivisa offre privacy.

Area soggiorno: questa unità per non fumatori decorata professionalmente comprende un posto auto riservato, wifi gratuito ad alta velocità, TV a schermo piatto da 50 ", divano letto queen-size estraibile, lavatrice e asciugatrice e cucina completamente attrezzata che crea una deliziosa vacanza sofisticata destinazione.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect — short walk to the beach — and the pool was absolutely beautiful and well-maintained. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. You can tell the owners take pride in keeping the property clean and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful piece of property.

Room was spotless, very clean. Balcony overlooking pool area. Pool area was gorgeous. Plenty of chairs, bbq's, areas to eat. Also had clean bathrooms on deck area.

Awesome vacation spot.

Awesome overall. Finding the parking lot was a bit tricky but we did get there at night. Great pool and BBQ area. Great beach. Guest room was a bit small - ideally the condo is for a family of four only. Patio lovely. There was hair clogging the bath in the master. Overall, we loved our stay. Close to many restaurants. Thank you.

Great place to stay. Loved the condo. The only thing that can make it better is if it had a view of the ocean, not just the pool.

Perfect place to stay

We love coming to Destin and staying at the Beach Resorts condos. This condo was super clean and had everything we needed. Easy to get to from the elevator and we loved the garage parking space.

Comfortable & well equipped unit. Our kids are a little older, so the full sized bottom bunk bed was nice. Owners were very responsive. Best pool around!!

Family friendly

We stayed here for a week and it was a very enjoyable week! We have a 7 and 4 year old and the pool was perfect for them. The walk to the beach isn’t bad. We had our wagon and it made it much easier and a must. We’ll definitely come back and rent this condo again.

Softball nationals stay

Great place! Felt safe and in a convenient neighborhood. Just a little walk and you're at the beach. The owners were great at communicating with us during our stay. We will be back when we have another tourney in this part of Florida!

Good choice

The room comfortably sleeps four. The pool is gorgeous and the owners were extremely responsive to issues/inquiries. I would rent that unit again.

Resort Paradise

Condo was very homey and clean. Everything that we needed was provided during our stay. Short walking distance to the beach. Loved the fact we had our own chairs and umbrella at the beach as well. Pool very nice and private. Will definitely try to stay at the location again in the future.

Love the location

We have stayed at The Beach Resort for many years. This was the first time that we have stayed in this unit. We really enjoyed it. It was nice having the full size bed on the bottom bunk. The decor was very nice and the balcony chairs! We plan to stay there again in the future.

Perfect week and perfect condo

This 2-bd/2-ba condo was perfect for our family of four this week! We loved the views of the beach and pool and all the sunshine that poured in each morning. The condo is very clean, well maintained and decorated and stocked with quality furniture and dishes. The pool, balcony, beach access, and living space had everything we needed for the week.

The best pool in town

We love staying at the beach resort! Our favorite thing about this condo is the pool and location. The beach is a quick walk and the pool and hot tub are amazing! We stayed in various units and we enjoy the layout and comfort. It works well for our family and having 2 bathrooms is perfect. We appreciated the comfortable furniture and having a well stocked kitchen. Love the decor too, very beachy and upscale. Looking forward to next year!

Great location and resort!

My boyfriend and I stayed for a week and loved it. It's close to all the best shopping and restaurants. The condo was clean and in great condition. The beach was gorgeous and just a short walk away. We especially loved the heated pool. With such a large pool, it never felt crowded. The only complaint we had is that the king bed was pretty uncomfortable so we didn't get the best sleep. Other than that we loved it and would definitely return.

Very nice condo in an older development with great pool area

The condo was exactly as pictured in the listing and was a great layout with the separate bunk area and full bathroom attached. Super quiet (and quick) washer and dryer, rolling trolly cart was great for getting grocery's up to the condo. We appreciated the responsiveness/speed of the elevators when called, especially travelling with babies, IYKYN lol. Overall the condo was great and the owners were very responsive with any questions we had.

Beach Resort at Miramar

Overall this was a great stay for our family of 5. The condo could not have been cleaner and the decor was beautiful. Stocked with everything we needed and more. Only word of advice would be to know that beach access is not across from this resort. It’s a little walk down the road and is shared with 3 other resorts. The pool was amazing and very well kept. Once at the condo the owner was in contact making sure everything was ok. We had a wonderful time.

Great place to take your family

This was our 1st time at this particular condo but our 8th time at this complex. The pools and grounds of the facility are beautiful and very clean. It’s family friendly and quiet. The walk to the beach isn’t bad and we enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella the owner provided for the week. This rental provides covered parking and that was a huge booking perk for us so that our vehicle didn’t have to sit out all week in the heat and sun. One little issue with the bathroom floors not being cleaned upon arrival but host was apologetic and we also understand the cleaning crews are swamped this time of year. We can’t wait to come back to Miramar!

One week stay

Very nicely decorated. Comfortable furniture. Master bed mattress not as comfortable. Pool area wonderful. Kitchen well supplied. Couldn’t stream on LR TV. Not sure if it’s a Smart TV? Didn’t need extra sleeping room but would be great for kids. Had issues with Master sink not draining well. Owner tried a few attempts to resolve. Very responsive to our emails. We have friends at Gulf Winds East so very close. Will for sure recommend to friends & family!
