L'università è la tua sede divertente con oltre 4000 piedi quadrati di spazio vitale e parcheggio per auto illimitate! Questa casa unica si trova su un acro di terra proprio in città ed è da 5 a 10 minuti da qualsiasi punto dell'area di Des Moines (a meno di un miglio dal luogo dell'evento di Noah). Il piano principale è open concept e presenta una cucina executive con elettrodomestici di livello professionale, un'isola di grandi dimensioni, un'ampia area salotto, un camino a gas e l'accesso all'enorme piattaforma per intrattenere l'intero equipaggio!
Il livello inferiore è completamente abbellito per giorni di divertimento e ti farà divertire con il sistema Sonos. Ping pong, biliardo, NFL Blitz, NBA Jams, Golden Tee e persino un putting strip. Per non parlare di una cucina completa e zona bar! Amerai l'ampio spazio esterno perfetto per borse, badminton o anche pallavolo. Le piste ciclabili che collegano al vasto sistema di sentieri di Des Moines sono a pochi minuti con le biciclette disponibili per l'uso.

We were impressed with the home immediately when we walked in. It was comfortable, well stocked, decorated neatly, and the deck was fantastic. We were all hoping it wasn’t so hot, because the fire pit looked extremely inviting. We would stay again.

Clean home, comfortable and practical furnishings for large family. 3 bathrooms was so nice. Lots of towels for us to use. Basement was so nice for teens and young adults to hang out. Hot tub was enjoyed as was the large deck. Communication with host was easy and got quick responses to questions.

Our overall experience with this property was favorable. It was well stocked in the kitchen and the bathrooms. The basement bathroom was a bit damp, and the exhaust fan was very noisy and didn't seem to be working very well. We didn't use it, which was unfortunate given the dampness of the room. The towels in the basement never felt dry either - a combination of the dampness and the low quality of the towels. And the only other criticism we would have is that there were no Kleenex provided anywhere in the house. Otherwise, we enjoyed playing ping pong and hanging out when we were at the house. I would recommend this property to others, especially if you have a large group and would utilize the games and activities in the basement, which also includes a large wet bar with a stove and refrigerator.

This home was perfect for our group. The hot tub was very nice and clean. We utilized the grill and outside seating area. The downstairs bar area was a great hang out for our group. The kids had fun playing pool and ping pong. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect for my bachelorette party!!We were unaware that the pools would be so far away, a bummer on an 85 degree day in March, but the girls loved the hot tub.The downstairs was PERFECT for late night socializing and fun. It's a beautiful home with comfortable beds. Top that off with a full kitchen with a HUGE stove and cooktop. We felt safe and had so much fun. Thank you!

Less than 5 minutes from Jordan creek mall, West Glen which features tons of restaurants and bars, 15 min to Drake University, 15 minutes to downtown and 20 minutes to the Iowa State Fair! Downtown farmers market that has received national notoriety for being one of the greatest in the US runs April through October every Saturday 7 am to 12pm. It's a blast and highly recommend if you are here over a weekend!
