Everything was clean and well stocked inside the house. We only had one issue with something and it was promptly resolved. Doug was awesome to work with and we’d definitely stay at one of his rentals again.

What a wonderful house. Too look out at Lake Erie in the morning waking up in the upstairs bedroom. It was wonderful. Fabulous.

The house was perfect for us. The downstairs had a fully equipped kitchen and living area, while the upstairs was perfect for the older teen children with two bedrooms, a full bathroom and sitting area. The view from the balcony was heavenly, I could have set there all day! Doug was a wonderful host, very responsive with great communication. We hope to visit again!

We thoroughly enjoyed this lake house. Great views and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. You pretty much have everything you need except the groceries. The location is perfect for Cedar Point or heading into Sandusky. And our host was very accommodating and responsive.

The house was very clean and in an incredible location. The amenities in the house needed some work…old,dirty-looking chairs, uneven floors, water damaged ceilings and leaking front door and windows. Communication was great but we felt like it was a lot of money for some things being patched together.
