Nice property. Really like the layout of 3 bed 3 full bath. Very close to the section of beach that I like. House was clean but very strong perfume/cleaning scent the 1st half day. Either dissipated or I just got used to it. Carpet and furniture etc was not perfect but as expected because this is a rental and not a luxury house. I would rent this place again.

We loved this house! We had a nice view of the ocean. The neighborhood was lovely. The living space downstairs was perfect for the other couple in our group. For us the house was spacious yet cozy. I loved that we all had our "own" bathrooms. Kelly is a very gracious and responsive host.

Family Trip

Great property for what we were looking for, a quiet, beach getaway. Close to the beach, downtown Cayucos and less than 10 minutes from Moro Bay.

Fun beach house

Great location. We love Cayucos! Our family had a great time but only wish we could bring our smart and small springer spaniel!!! Thanks Kelly!! Great job!

Had a wonderful time on our vacation… really enjoyed the beach house had a beautiful view of the ocean and great walking distance too the beach. Had everything we need at the house….

Spacious for family vacation

Very clean despite older style furnishings and fixtures. Kitchen was well stocked and very functional, including built in water filter. Access to the garage was a plus to store bikes, boogie boards, beach gear and paddle boards. Easy quarter mile walk to beach access with lighted intersection and crosswalk across Highway 1.

I'd Come Again

Very responsive property manager. A short walk to a beautiful, uncrowded beach. Plenty of room in the house and a driveway big enough for us to park our RV. You did get a fair amount of highway noise, but it was not an issue for us.

Memorial Weekend 2019

Great house, very spacious and only 5-10 min walk to the beach. Not walking distance to bars/restaurants but Uber worked well for that. Would prefer a smart-lock with a code rather than having to pick up the keys from under the mat 10 mins away.

Pleasant getaway

Comfortable property for up to 6 people. Some Hwy 101 road noise which can be a reason to close the windows preventing a breeze. Our contact with property manager was excellent! Quick response to all concerns. We would stay again but increase in price for next year will cause us to book a different location

Great Time at Central Coast Beaches

Overall, the stay was very good with lovely sunsets and cool temperatures. The kitchen had everything we needed and living room was very comfortable with great views of beach. The three car garage worked very well for us with multiple cars and kayaks. Location of property was ideal for trips to Morro Bay and Cambria. Our main issues were; the mattress in lower bedroom, as it was extremely uncomfortable. The other issue was the road noise from Highway 1. We like to keep windows open, but for other folks it might be okay to have windows closed. We really enjoyed our getaway.

Many nice aspects with some caveats

Overall we had a nice stay with spouse and two adult children in the three rooms. We were in Cayucos for a family reunion at another property, so location worked well. One issue is that the house had very limited beach amenities—only 2 actual beach towels, no chairs, and no other recreation gear—which seemed odd for an advertised beach getaway. You also cannot avoid the noise of highway 1 traffic; that’s just part of the reality of this location. Most concerning was that the rental management company has an additional legal contract that must be signed, but we did not receive it until after the VRBO refund window had passed, if indeed any of the terms were problematic. If you elect to stay here, I would request that contract immediately for review.

Great Views/Location with Caveats

Nice place to stay with a family of four adults for an extended stay. Great views of the ocean and sunsets. The beach is walking distance and made a morning surf session easy. The decor is dated, but clean and comfortable for an extended stay. Some words or caution. There is excessive road noise during the day/early evening from Hwy 1 that runs in front of the house, but it does get quiet after 10p. This made hanging out on the front deck during the day and talking not terribly enjoyable experience. We were unlucky to have the dishwasher stop working day two of our stay. The property manager responded immediately, but was unable to get anyone to repair during our two week stay because of the Thanksgiving holiday week. Handwashing dishes for two weeks was a definite bummer. HVAC temp control was also poor. Th lower floor was 10-15F colder than the main upper floor. This might have been fine for July/August, but makes using the first floor for anything other than sleep unappealing in Nov/Dec.

Great location to beach

We found the listing accurate and bigger in person. The location was good for accessing the beach by walking across US1 or a quick drive for getting to Cayucos or morro bay. The home had everything we needed for our stay and we enjoyed our weekend there.

Clean

The property was clean and has ample space for three single women. We all had our own bed and bathroom which was nice. The decor is dated, so not luxurious, but everything that you might need was there. With the exception of coffee.

Great beach house for families!

This rental was everything we wanted- close proximity to great beaches, plenty of room for the family, equipped with everything you might need and a short drive to restaurants and other activities. The check-in and check-out process was effortless. The large garage was a bonus for all of our beach stuff. We would definitely stay here again!

family stay in Cayucos..........

The property suited us to a T. The family was delighted upon entering the house, and it had every amenity that we needed. It was vary comfortable and convenient to everything in the very nice community of Cayucos. We even had great weather. Thanks from all of the Giacoletti's. We hope to return around this time next year, and will recommend it to our friends. Sam
