This was the perfect place for us and our friends! Close to the slopes and enough room for meals in the townhome. Everything was great! We would stay here again.

Beautiful condo. Great location and great value. The place is actually nicer than the pictures. Would definitely stay there again. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all the needed accessories.

Very nice place for four adult men. Kitchen well stocked. Bus service excellent to Beaver and vail. Hot tub is nice after ski day.

Great stay in Avon!

The condo was exactly as advertised: Very well stocked, great views, close to the ski slopes, roomy, convenient to everything. In addition it was clean, comfy and quiet! Perfect for a stay with our adult children.

We had an amazing stay. Everything by was thought of…it had coffee supplies so when you wake up on the first morning and haven’t yet gotten to the grocery store, you had all you needed for a great cup of coffee. The place was amazing comfortable…nothing like an early morning coffee, curled up on the couch with amazing views of the beautiful mountains and slopes. It was just what my family needed to relax and have a great time skiing.

The house was perfect for 3 couples! The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed. The host was very responsive and helped us when we needed an additional parking space due to 3 cars (the property can only accomodate 2 cars).

What a great stay! Diane was so lovely. She called the first night to make sure we got in okay, and I don’t even know where to begin with the amenities! Plenty of towels and shampoo in the bathrooms, coffee/tea, pans and plates for cooking - it was seriously so amazing. Will definitely book their lovely home again!

Warm and inviting condo that was very clean & well organized. Diane had everything you would ever need available in the Condo. Location is great and easily accessible. Great trip!

Everyone in the group was really impressed with the quality of Diane’s place. The kitchen had everything you’d ever need. Would highly recommend staying here!

Couldn’t have had a better time. The condo far exceeded our expectations! The location and accommodations were great! The condo feels so much bigger than the pictures lead on. The view of the slopes is amazing! Diane was super helpful and very responsive. Thanks for having a place to share with other families.

Perfect location and perfect accommodations! House was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals after long days of skiing! It was a quick drive to ski. Host was very responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

New Years Ski Vacation

The property and owner were fabulous! We have stayed in many properties in Avon over the years and this was our favorite. Well stocked, beautifully decorated and the perfect space for a family of 5. Excellent location to an Avon shuttle stop and Riverfront gondola. We skied both BC and Vail. Highly recommend!!

Super Bowl ski weekend

We had a great weekend at this awesome property. It’s impeccably clean and the kitchen is as well stocked as any rental property I’ve stayed in. The property is located near a lake with a nice walking path and there is a great walking trail along the Eagle River that is very close. It is close to a drop off for Beaver Creek skiing. It has ample parking.

Great location and well stocked

Diane’s condo is located very close to Beaver Creek which is nice. It is well stocked with anything you need including a Sonos speaker! I can’t think of one thing to complain about. Just rent it.

Best VRBO we have ever stayed at, it feels like a home and not a short term rental. The hosts have thought of everything and their attention to detail comes through everywhere. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable the bathrooms are beautiful. Everything was clean and it didn’t have that short term rental feel where the ghosts of guests past can still be felt in the shadows. The shuttle stop is right at the end of the driveway so getting to Beaver Creek is easy and free. The hot tub was tricky to find, it’s through unit 108, and was nice after a ski day. I didn’t plan on making any meals while we’re were staying but the kitchen was so well appointed that I ended up cooking because it was so easy. I have never stayed at a short term rental twice but this one we would go back to again.

Ideal spot for a getaway to the mountains

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect vacation rental. The condo was impeccably clean and we appreciated the upgraded interior and decorations. The home is stocked with anything you might need during your stay. The kids loved the board games and hot tub. Diane was responsive and gave detailed instructions for check-in/check-out. On top of all that, the location is ideal. We skied at Vail and Beaver Creek and both were extremely easy to get to. There is a nearby lake and walking trails that would make this a great place to stay during the summer as well. Highly recommend!

Amazing Property

Have stayed in many VRBO units. This one surpassed all others. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Diane was amazing with communication from the get-go and the property had every accommodation available, things we didn’t even know we needed/wanted! All rules clearly explained and entire process went smoothly. 3 beds with 3 baths was perfect. Location is great. Would definitely book again! And property was extremely clean.

Great Place, Loved Our Stay!

We had a wonderful time at Diane's property. The place is comfortable, it's great to have a bathroom with a shower attached to each room (especially for a large group) and the kitchen is fully stocked and easy to cook meals in. The location is absolutely prime for skiing and it was convenient to be so close to the slopes in the morning. Parking for two vehicles was a great bonus, given how tricky parking can be in resort towns. It was also great to have a big table for everyone to gather around. Diane is easy to work with and very responsive. The only small drawbacks were a few snags--the parking pass wasn't in place when we arrived, and one of the amenities for kids (booster seat) wasn't there. However, Diane was really kind about everything and actually went out and bought a booster seat and brought it by for us, which was really above and beyond!

Beyond expectations

Beautiful home with amazing views. Beautifully decorated with high end finishes and spotlessly clean. A great space for family gathering and I have never seen such a well stocked kitchen. So many thoughtful touches throughout the unit. The owner was really great to work with. We will definitely be back.
