We thought we got access to the pontoon boat shown in the picture below the cabin. There was no boat. Sat in a chair on the upper deck and a leg broke through the flooring. There can be seen mold growing under the caulking around the tub shower. The lower level lake landing bench was broken so we couldn’t sit down there and the stairs were scary.

I apologize you we unhappy. If you follow the instructions in the listing you get a boat. It even states not everyone wants the boat so if you do please let me know so I can get you the info. Of my 4 houses and hundreds of guests this year you are the only one that didn't request a boat that wanted one. Thanks for letting me know about thebl decking, we will address it. Did you happen to notice you were under a canopy of trees? The wood decking will mold and mildew in about 30 days time. My number is plastered all over the confirmation email and the home. I do not chase down my renters, I allow them to enjoy their stay how they choose. Good luck on future endeavors.

Had a great family vacation. The A Frame had everything we needed. The included pontoon boat was a great feature and it was docked with in walking distsnce from the property, it was a great time for exploring the lake, fishing, and swimming. The property itself also had a nice fishing spot in the back. It also had an arcade game with lots of retro games which I thought was cool. The host was very responsive and helpful. The property was extremely close to Lake Barkley State Park as well as Land Between the Lakes. Also had one of the best meals of my life at The Harper Hose which is just a short drive from the property. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be back for another fishing adventure!

The cabin was really cute! The fact that dogs were allowed was a plus too! The cabin was cleaner than any rental I've ever stayed in.All sounds great, you may wonder why the 3 star rating.It was the host. I had questions but couldn't get answers. In fact, I was told "I run 6 other businesses & have a 3 year old" when I waited over 24 hours for an answer. We stayed at this particular cabin because of the boat. We ended up not using the boat because it is NOT with the cabin. You have to go to another location and you have to be there at 9am. I had questions, but go no answers from our host. So if you rent this property, maybe you'll have more luck with the host. We were very disappointed with this host. He sent these auto texts that caused questions but there was no one to answer them. But again the cabin was nice, the environment very nice, the water peaceful.

First off reading the instructions would have helped you out tremendously! Secondly, ya will get alot more flies with honey then you will with vinegar. Your dates did not include a pontoon HOWEVER I was nice enough to allow you to use it. You text me about 10 days prior to your arrival asking for the waiver and safety videos I told you I'd text when I sent it. 1 day later you responded asking if there was a problem... Yep sure is, I'm giving you an amenity that isn't include and you are being pushy. I told you I would have to change the season dates in the booking program to make your waiver go thru. This requires alot of changes. AFTER I DID EVERYTHING YOU ASKED YOU DECIDED YOU WOULD PASS ON THE BOAT!!! As far as the boat being at a different location... Yep again... The description told you that. It's litterally across the street. You can see them from the front porch! I was working at the house next door about 10am one day and got a contact buzz so strong it would have choked up snoop dogg. I hope that eased up your nerves! I'm not one to judge that activity. I'm serious, you need a chill pill! You litterally docked my house 2 stars for an amenity that was not even included with your stay. Incredible!! Have the day you deserve

Family Getaway

Location is close to everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The host is extremely responsive and knowledgeable of the area. We enjoyed everything about our stay and would absolutely stay there again!

Perfect family fun spot to stay. Lucas was very helpful and gave us great advice on where to take the boat. The children loved the little smimmimg spot by our house. The night sky was great for star gazing. Overall great for family fun.

Lake life

We loved the lake access, sunset, grilling nightly! Clean white fluffy towels. Owner was super friendly and responsive - Kids loved fishing off the docks We can’t wait to go back

Excellent Property & Great Location

We came down to ride 4 wheelers at OHV Turkey Bay and the house was great distance to park and the safety of being able to leave our trailer to go into town was nice! Amazing views from house of the lake beautiful deck wigh grill and seating. Washer & dryer access is a BONUS!

Beautiful location, nice house and plenty of room for family. The pontoon was a great bonus we had a blast on the boat and did a lot of fishing. The host was fast at responding with questions and was very nice! The only suggestions I had was the bed needed more pillows and make sure your legs are strong for the spiral staircase lol.

Beautiful views of the lake

We enjoyed being so close to the lake. Enjoyed fishing, the overly friendly raccoon, and the huge groundhog that ran around. I don’t think those beds are queen size though. Probably more like fulls.. as I think stayed.

I happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. We have over 40 beds on the street and they are all queen size beds. This makes housekeeping alot easier. The only other option we offer is twins ans they are only in the over flow rooms of other properties. Thanks for choosing to stay with us.
