Stunning condo on beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 6th summer in this condo and we love it! The view of the bay and the ocean from the dining room table can’t be beat. We hope to be back for our 7th summer next year!

Perfect size condo for our family of 5. Very easy beach access and amenities were great. I loved the midtown location, making trips N/S very manageable. Lots of natural light in the common areas, comfortable beds and couches. Most of the condo was well maintained with the exception of the dishwasher which was covered in black biofilm so we hand washed our dishes and the glass top dining room table which was borderline dangerous because the rubber tips are missing and it slides around so easily. If I stayed again I would bring sheets since the ones provided were not very comfortable but towels were high quality.

We stayed at this condo for 5 nights recently. It was a beautiful condo and worked out very nice for my family! The amenities and the location were fantastic and we enjoyed ourselves so much in the pool and game room! It was clean for the most part just a few small notes. The dishwasher we didn't use or any of the dishes due to black mold or film covering the entire inside of the dishwasher. We just bought paper stuff and ate out mostly anyway. The dryer did not dry no matter how few items we put in and we ended up having to hang clothes on the chairs to dry. Lint was completely removed and our clothes were still wet. Eventually I just bagged them and washed them when I got home. Other then that we had a blast!

The unit itself was great. Clean, well stocked, nicely decorated. Check in and check out was challenging because one elevator was broken all week and 2 elevators is not enough to handle the amount of people. Plus the night before check out, everyone had taken one or more bins to their rooms (we didn’t know to do that) and so there were none available for our check out.

Had a Great Time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We took our 3 year old here in April. We had a great time, even though the weather was a little cold/rainy. Having the pool and the game room was nice on those days.

The house was dirty. We could not use the dishwasher. Terrible state. The carpets in the rooms were old and felt dirty. The bathtubs were not scrubbed properly. The drawers with utensils were poorly organized and had hair. Location was great, view as well. It could be a great property if they do a serious upgrade and cleaning.

We enjoyed the location with the beach. The condo needed a little updating, but was very comfortable on the furniture was also very comfortable. The view from the windows was really nice. You could see the main street and the beach. We would definitely go again.

Great spot for a family vacation.

Perfect location right on the beach and incredibly convenient to both OC and Delaware beaches. The accommodations were great for a week away with our kids, and we all loved the views! Highly recommend.

Awesome long weekend!

A great long weekend in OC for Mother’s Day weekend. Everything was clean and easily accessible. We had a great time and would book this condo again!

Perfect for a family

We came for Thanksgiving and it was the perfect spot for us. We’d definitely come back! We really loved the building amenities, especially the game room.
