A beautiful property with a fantastic location for any need. Whether it was walking to Zilker Park or being able to be on the highway to elsewhere in Austin in under 10 turns, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or a host to have!

This was the perfect place for our visit for the MotoGP races at Circuit of the Americas. 25 minute ride to the racetrack. Six of us stayed very comfortably and we would certainly stay here again. Short ride to Sixth Street and other tourist attractions. Love the sunken bath!

This house was in a fantastic location. There was plenty of room for our crew. The host, Kirk, was very responsive and had great communication from start to finish. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a place in Austin.

The host was very communicative and easy to work with, and the checkout process was smooth and hassle-free. The property is a bit dated, but that was expected given the price range and did not detract from the overall comfort of the stay.

Fantastic Getaway!

The location and accommodations were PERFECT, and the owner Kirk was so helpful with the checkin process and with any issues we had. Was a great place to stay for our group of friends on a reunion trip to Austin. 10/10 would stay again!

Fun house in great location.

Buried in a bamboo forest, cute house in a great location for walking in to Austin or other fun things south of the river. We had a great time.

Amazing location

Hard to beat this location. Beautiful, safe neighborhood. House as described and owner was extremely responsive and accommodating.

James Street House

The house worked great for us. It’s a bit funky but clean, comfortable and fantastic location. Owner very friendly and helpful. Would easily stay there again! Lots of places are walking distance and fun neighborhoods to explore

Thank you for the great review. I figure Austin, especially near downtown, is rather funky as well, so I have a sunken bathtub and I have a Wild West bathroom w wooden walls and clawfoot tub. Lots of bamboo and an oak tree growing thru the 2nd story deck. Enjoy your next adventure & thanks for picking my spot! Kirk
