Questo condominio con due camere da letto è stato completamente rinnovato, con ripiani in granito, nuovi elettrodomestici, pavimenti e mobili. Ogni stanza è una TV a schermo piatto da 42 ", con uno schermo piatto da 55" nella stanza principale. Ogni camera ha il proprio bagno e un letto matrimoniale. La zona giorno ha un divano letto matrimoniale. Ha una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice nuovissime. La cucina è completamente fornita di provviste per poter cucinare un pasto favoloso, ma se vuoi uscire, i tuoi minuti in molti ristoranti e negozi.

Sul retro ha un mazzo privato, non esitare a portare il tuo animale domestico. Nella parte anteriore ha due posti auto privati in modo da poter lasciare la macchina e raggiungere a piedi l'Augusta National.

Vivo vicino e posso soddisfare tutto ciò di cui potresti aver bisogno per rendere la tua vacanza fantastica. Ho anche un altro condominio 3 porte in fondo hai bisogno di più spazio.

Great place to stay

Nice place near restaurants and retail places. Owner was very responsive. Cozy and comfortable place to stay. We plan on staying here again later this year if it's available.

Great place to stay at Augusta

Property was located very close to the north Gate entrance and had everything we needed. Was a perfect location and great place to stay. Hosts are very communicative. Overall a great experience and would recommend!

Clean and comfortable

Normally we come to Augusta for my son’s swim meets twice a year and stay in a hotel but this year we decided to try a VRBO for more room. We are so glad we did. The property is very clean and spacious and the owner was easy to communicate with before the stay. We will book again next year.

Wonderful Stay

We needed somewhere to stay for the weekend in Georgia and this was the perfect place! Very quiet and nice neighborhood, and plenty of room for my family of four!

Weekend wedding

We had a great two day stay here. The property was on a very quiet and safe street in a nice area that had easy access to the main highway. The check-in process was smooth. Clean and comfortable and everything you need. Had great communication with the host. Highly recommend condo and would definitely stay here again. I would suggest a little TLC for the back deck though. It could use a small table and chair for morning coffee. I know Augusta was hit hard by Helene but the fallen tree and debris need to be removed for safety issues.

Meet me in the water

We arrived on Friday afternoon and stayed until Monday morning. Our host, Alicia was EXCELLENT !!! She is very accessible and quick to respond and easy to contact. The unit is very nice and stocked with just about anything you will need to make your stay comfortable. The rear deck and yard were not useable during our stay due to damage and boards that were rotten and tree limbs that are down all over the lower deck and yard.The inside of the unit is very nice and beds were very comfortable. The shower heads and water pressure were awesome. All in all, it was enjoyable and we would stay again.Alicia, Thanks again for bery very easy to contact and helpful

The location was good. It was not cleaned well, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and something sticky on the living room floor. It was nice that the owner provided a self-cook meal there if it was needed (we didn't need). We had internet connection issues also.

Perfect Place!

We are incredibly pleased with this location and Alicia! She never failed to answer all of my questions and offered to come by if needed! We were looking for a place to stay for our son’s surgery and this fit our needs! It was peaceful and quiet little area & never heard a sound from anyone outside! We were very pleased to find it as the listed stated. The kitchen has all the cleaning supplies,laundry needs, & even body wash/shampoo if you forget yours!!! We will definitely stay again if we are in the area!!!

It was all great! The house was just what I needed. The host was promptly responsive to all my questions. She worked with me patiently with the adjustments to my stay. She was awesome. Highly recommend it and will plan on going again.

Perfect place to stay in Augusta

This was exactly what we were looking for. Comfortable accommodations, clean, attentive host, and walking distance to the Masters. We’re so lucky that we found this spot, and would eagerly stay here again if we’re able to. Every detail was attended to, making this a vacation we’ll never forget.

This property is a perfect place to stay in Augusta for 3 main reasons! 1. It is in a super safe quiet community. 2. It's close to EVERYTHING. Whether you golf and want to walk to the Augusta Nationals, walk to the grocery store or restaurants, or a short drive to Ft. Gordon or downtown. This home has a fully stocked kitchen and is extremely comfortable with 3 large televisions. Oh and we love your fur babies, bring them too!!
