Our unit was clean and polished! Breathtaking views! Our host was amazing! She is was so helpful and responsive to every question we had!! My teenagers enjoyed seeing all the boats; they enjoyed fishing, golfcart rides, pool and lagoon swimming and kayaking! My husband and I mostly rested in the peacefulness of this community! We've had a great week!

Property was convenient for our fishing trip out of Key Largo. Beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a provided pack-n-play along with a high chair for our granddaughter. The stairs are a bit steep but it appeared that would be the case for all the units in the complex. We really enjoyed the view of the water and the porches were great! Host was quick to respond with our questions also.

September was a great time to enjoy this resort. The days were warm and sunny and in this off-season time, the resort was quiet and not crowded. We enjoyed the sunset on the jetty, the lagoon for snorkeling, and the pool for fun. Melanie, the host was very quick to answer questions and accommodated our family well. The 3-bedroom Villa was a good size for family of 6 adults. The Villa was clean and well stocked with kitchen wear. The Villa is showing some wear around the edges with some peeling paint and dishwasher racks that tilt forward. The fisheries restaurant is a short walk and offered good seafood and drinks. The nearby Walgreens was a huge convenience for picking up the essentials. Other highlights were Pennekamp state park’s snorkel tour of the reef. I felt like I was in was in an IMAX movie exploring a reef. Maybe next September I will hear the Keys calling again!

The property was very clean, located in a great location and the communication with the owner was great. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the TVs, but luckily we didn’t watch a lot of tv. Thanks for a great trip!

Excellent stay! Property was clean, well stocked with all of the necessities, lots of amenities and in a great location. Very good communication with the owner. Would definitely stay on this property again.

Our stay at the Sunrise Escape was amazing! The villa was beautifully decorated, super clean and very accommodating for our party of 9. Melanie was a great host who communicated and was a great help. We'll be back for another visit!

Family Reunion

This was a great plave to stay during our family reunion weekend. Easy access and close to many wonderful locations to visit. The villa has a great location within Kawama Yacht club. It is nicely decorated and has all you will need for your stay.

Very beautiful setting overlooking the marina and the ocean. Centrally located, Lots of great restaurants and stuff to do in Key Largo. The Villa is very comfortable and has all the comforts of home. Owner was very attentive if we had any needs or concerns. The Fish House and Snooks Bayside are definitely recommended- fabulous food. Highly recommend this villa!
