Belle Vernon è il cottage sulla spiaggia perfetto per una grande famiglia e si trova in posizione centrale a tutto ciò che è Seaside. Situato sulla tranquilla "dog-leg" di E. Ruskin Street e vicino a Ruskin Park, puoi essere certo di rumore e traffico minimi, ma solo una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia e il centro città. L'ampio e comodo portico schermato è pronto per ampliare la zona living all'aperto e accogliervi per perfezionare la semplice arte del portico seduto. Per gli amanti del sole, il ponte aperto al secondo livello offre l'opportunità di lavorare su quell'abbronzatura evitando la sabbia che arriva con il prendere il sole. Al primo piano troverete due camere da letto matrimoniali, entrambe con bagno privato con combo doccia / vasca. Great location, beautiful house

The house was great for our family get away. The living room was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the property managers were very responsive to questions. I would highly recommend this house!

The house is laid out beautifully and allows everyone to have their own space. The kitchen is well stocked so you can enjoy some meals at the house, along with a nice glass grill out back. We truly enjoyed our week there!

Perfect Spring Break!

It is a charming house with plenty of space to spread out and relax for 6 adults (with room to spare). Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the location of this home. It was REALLY close to Seaside's "square" and within an easy walk/bike ride to the beach AND it was an easy walk to the tennis courts and the adult pool and indoor family pool. The kitchen was nice and usable and the living area had plenty of comfortable seating. There is no true master, but two downstairs bedrooms which is perfect if you're sharing the space with another family. There are also lots of nice upstairs porches.

Wonderful location. Beautiful home.

This home was really nice. Really nice location because we could walk/ride to the beach and also walk/ride to the tennis courts and pools. The square was closest of all. The only downside of this property is there is not true master. This makes it really good for families that are sharing the house b//c there are 2 matching downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms, just not a large room with a large bath. It had a bonus single bed, bedroom which worked well when one child wanted to go to sleep earlier than the others. The kitchen was very nice, as were the many outside porches. Most importantly, the manager was very accessible and helpful.

This house was not comfortable or cozy

The renting process was easy. The house was not good! The mini blinds are in terrible condition. The porch was uncomfortable, old and not inviting with slabs of wood on it as well. The bedrooms did not cool properly! The upstairs bathroom didn’t drain well.

3rd Year in Seaside

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Homeowners Collection always meets or exceeds expectations. I’ve been up and down 30-A for twenty-five years. I’ve stayed at friends’ homes, friends/family rentals in all seasons as well as rentals through more agencies that I can easily recall. Since kiddos came along, Seaside is the only place that checks all boxes and never disappoints. Worth it.

Brought in the new year!

We chose Seaside to ring in the new year and we definitely weren’t disappointed with this absolutely adorable house! The kids had their own rooms and the adult couples had their own bedrooms with bathrooms, it was perfect! We had a little problem with the washing machine, but they were quick to send someone and it was a quick fix! The house is a quick walk to the town square and the neighborhood is so cute. We used the rec center for pickle ball and swimming, which was just a short walk as well. We loved staying here, and will absolutely choose this house again!

Some minor disappointments were dirty, moldy dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived and a lack of baking pans and baking sheets (only one old one of each). Everything else was great - short walk to the beach, space for everyone.

October Fall Break at the Beach

We had to completely scrub clean all the bathroom floors but Homeowner’s graciously agreed to waive our $320 cleaning fee at departure when they saw the pictures of our check-in conditions. The house is nice but a bit pricey.

Great Vacation in Seaside

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience with the Homeowners Association. Booking was easy, received emailed updates. Got information for check-in and check-out by email and texts. House was ready when we got there and had door code so vacay began immediately. House was cool and spotless. Had almost all the necessities like TP, cleaners and detergents we needed for the week. Garbage disposal wasn't working because the people before us put a dime down the sink, but the maintenance guy came right away and fixed it asap. Wifi was great.. great walking distance to beach and shops. We were greatest by a associate right after we arrived for any questions. Was a good experience and will use them again!!!!

Terrific Ten Days

We have stayed at many rentals over the years. And this is by far one of the best. The kitchen was outfitted very nicely… Good knives, lots of pots and pans, utensils etc. I can’t tell you the number of times over the years that we have had to drive to Walmart to get a couple of knives or a frame pan or even potholders. Belle Vernon had it all. And having a gas grill was awesome. Our group has six adults so the bedroom and bathroom combinations were perfect. The living room was spacious and we had a lot of fun meals and game nights around the dining room table. The only negative would be that the bed pillows were wimpy and the comforter in the bedroom off the kitchen was dirty. So I just washed it myself. All in all, it was a a house and we will stay there again!
