Questa caratteristica casetta di Clam Lake di 900 metri quadrati con 2 camere da letto e una vista serena diventerà una destinazione di vacanza annuale per voi! Il cottage si trova su una strada tranquilla con un cottage da un lato e il piccolo Hiawatha Creek dall'altro lato. Tutto ciò che devi portare è cibo, vestiti e articoli da toeletta - tutto il necessario è qui! Un portico chiuso, lo spazio portuale per la vostra barca e un ponte renderanno il vostro soggiorno particolarmente piacevole.

Di notte godetevi un falò e la bellezza di un cielo pieno di stelle del Michigan settentrionale. All'interno goditi giochi, libri o visita nell'accogliente soggiorno completo di caminetto a gas. Questo cottage si trova a pochi chilometri dal centro di Bellaire, che offre molteplici esperienze divertenti tra cui Short's Brewery, Glacial Hills (30 miglia di trekking e mountain bike), accesso alla catena dei laghi Antrim County, noleggio bici / kayak, eventi annuali (Shanty Creek Golf e SkinResort, bowling, cinema e molto altro!

Il piccolo villaggio di Alden si trova a pochi chilometri di distanza e offre negozi esclusivi e un mercato agricolo (estivo) settimanale e un evento musicale all'aperto. Anche se le erbacce impediscono di nuotare direttamente di fronte al cottage, il LAGO DI TORCHIA E 'A SOLI POCHI MINUTI DALLA BARCA o 5 minuti in auto.

Torch Lake offre nuoto, pesca, divertimento in acqua, splendidi tramonti e un popolare banco di sabbia estivo. Giochi d'acqua e noleggio barche sono disponibili nelle vicinanze. La pesca invernale sul ghiaccio è proprio fuori dalla porta principale e in estate i pesci piccoli possono essere catturati direttamente dal molo.

C'è posto al molo per la tua barca * o una barca che noleggi. Un breve tragitto in battello vi porterà anche a Grass River, un tranquillo giro di mezz'ora di no-wake, fino al bellissimo Lago Bellaire. Non si vuole perdere questa opportunità - una posizione straordinaria!

Summer getaway

This was the 3rd year we have rented this property. The new owners did a great job updating the decor. The views over Clam Lake did not disappoint again this year. The location has easy access to everything we wanted to do. Hope to stay here again next year.

Nice Lake House

House provided us with everything we needed. Only thing we had to bring was food, toiletries, and clothes. Easy to find and property manager was easy to get into contact with. Nice time spending with friends and was a great place to just hang out at.

Perfect lakefront getaway

This was our second time staying at the property and, again, it did not disappoint. Adorable, clean and well stocked cottage. Clam like is a perfect calm lake to dock the boat while being a fast cruise into torch lake. Great communication with the property manager, very quick to respond. We have stayed before with our young kids and then came back for an adult trip, perfect for either occasion. Definitely plan to book again. HIGHLY recommend

Hiawatha Creek Camp

This property is located on Clam Lake, and located in great proximity to the local attractions. The management folks were very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and activities. The property itself is very comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. We even enjoyed a nightly visit from a beaver which we named “Buddy”. If you enjoy a quiet getaway, we highly recommend this property. Thank you to the owners for sharing it with us.

Perfect Getaway

The cottage was the perfect location. My family enjoyed having a dock to keep the boat and a fully stocked kitchen to make our meals daily. We had family in town with us down the road, so it was a beautiful time sharing meals out at the picnic table overlooking the water. The shed was fully stocked with wood to accommodate. We had morning bonfires with coffee and evening fires with s’mores. My family throughly enjoyed playing Clue on a cloudy day. The village market was a convenient store in town for all our needs. * only hiccup was the toilet is easily clogged. The property manager Kristi is top notch and assisted us fast and all was well. * We definitely would stay again and again !

Weather snafoos impacted stay

Due to inclement weather, the septics through the streets were going to have to be opened and drained 1/2 through our stay and we were told that those employees may be entering the cottage as well 1/2 way through our vacation. . Also, there was initially no papertowels, laundry soap, and toilet paper that was sooo thin it couldn't be used so we had to go purchase those items but the manager eventually stated she dropped them off, but we didn't get some of the items that she dropped off. The vacuum was entirely full and I had to empty it to ensure that I could properly keep the cottage clean. However, Cottage was very clean upon entry, bedding was comfortable. I hope we are reimbursed for the days that we weren't there due to septic issues. I am not entirely clear on that either. So there were some great things, and some ok things, and some things were unprepared.

We appreciate your feedback and would like to respond to your concerns. It was extremely unfortunate during your stay that we experienced an unprecedented amount of 5.5 inches of rain in less than 2 hours. The yard at the cottage and the yards at surrounding cottages were flooded as the ground couldn’t absorb the rain fast enough to keep up. It was important that the crawl space be pumped as soon as possible and the workers did need to come into the back entry of the cottage to access that area. We apologize that the cottage didn’t have laundry soap and paper towels as it should have. We will check our procedures to make sure that doesn’t happen again as we want to make sure the cottage is stocked with items that are needed. We refunded the money for the 2 nights you didn’t stay as we understand the water in the yard made it difficult to enjoy your vacation in northern Michigan. Once that refund is issued it takes 5-7 business days for VRBO to process it and 3-5 additional business days to return to your account. Please accept our apologies for the things that were within our control. We absolutely want everyone to enjoy their stay in beautiful Bellaire!

Wonderful weekend getaway

We had a wonderful time in Bellaire. We wanted to remain socially distant as best we could so we ended up making all of our meals at the house and we had everything we needed to do that. We hiked and did a ton of biking (check out the TART trail and Little Traverse Wheelway) and you can’t beat the view of Clam Lake at the house. We will definitely be back again!

Great stay near Torch Lake

We had a very nice weekend at this property. It is a very cozy cottage and has everything you could need. With Kristi's recommendation we rented a boat from a nearby marina and were able to dock it at the property. We were able to have a fire each night and look out onto Clam Lake. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to go to Northern Michigan.

This was a great experience.

Our experience staying there was very good the house is super cute and clean. The owners take great care in having everything at your fingertips if you want to cook in the kitchen, grill out or just chill. I definitely would stay there again.

This cottage is located on Clam Lake with a serene view across the lake where you can appreciate the nature of Northern Michigan without any houses in view. The quiet road where the cottage is located is perfect for taking a walk anytime of the day.

Clam lake is located between Torch Lake (5 min. Boat ride) and Lake Bellaire. Beautiful Grass River is protected by Grass River Natural Area and will take you from Clam Lake to Lake Bellaire. You can take a boat ride through Lake Bellaire and Intermediate River to the village of Bellaire to dine and shop.
