The apartment was cleaned, but we needed some more towels and trash bags. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

For each stay, we provide enough towels for the maximum number of guests the property accommodates. We also provide a starter supply of trash bags, with one bag placed in each trash can, and guests are responsible for any additional bags needed during their stay. Tops’l is a beautiful resort, well managed and maintained. It his is my second trip to beach manor on Miramar beach and both have been wonderful trips. The beaches were clean with plenty of access to the waves. The condo, 810, had everything I needed and more. He views of beach from living room and master bedroom were spectacular!! And the condo is high enough to have great views and maintain a high level of quiet. I plan to return next year and would recommend this property to anyone needing a relaxing getaway from the day to day. Have a blessed day - Lou

Condo was a spectacular oceanfront home with exceptional views all day long. Property Manager was highly responsive to numerous maintenance requests including replacing the entire oven/range unit, fixing the shower glass doors, and other maintenance work. This location is unmatched due to its beauty and proximity to the topsail preserve which means limited amounts of other visitors to the south. Separate pool for Beach Manor guests was also a great place to relax

The pics don’t do this location justice. Large 2-bedroom, very comfy. Terrific views of the ocean.

Pools were quiet and convenient. Staff is excellent. Beach is perfect.

We love the building and have stayed in several units. This was the only one we’d not book again. Everything is dated and seemed cheap, but the location can’t be beat.

Great Beach Vacation

Our Kids first trip to the beach was exceptional. The Condo is clean and has great views of the Ocean and pools. Quick elevator ride and you are at the beach. We found out space each day on the beach and enjoyed the sun and sand.

Great location, facilities

We loved the privacy and seclusion. I didn't realize until we got home there were 2 additional restaurants located within the confines. If we were returning to Florida next week it would be to the same place.

Great location. Gated entrance. Great view of beach. Nice pool area. Nice entry to beach. Property has chairs and boogie board to use.

Winter at the Beach

In the winter, the sun sets over the gulf. Amazingly beautiful sunsets can be seen right from the balcony!!

Great location

The condo was immaculate and clean. The decorations were tasteful and comfortable. The kitchen was more stocked than I am used to. We even had a beach umbrella!
