Everything was great with our stay except operation of TVs. There were multiple remotes with no instructions on how to use. We experienced many problems with connections, interuptions of programs, sound going off, etc. Very confusing operation of TVs and streaming service. Other than TVs, excellent property and accommodations.

Thank you for your review! We're glad you otherwise enjoyed the property and accommodations. We do want to clarify that the mobile guidebook sent with your check-in information includes a full page of TV troubleshooting guidelines and instructions. We also wish you had reached out during your stay, as our team would have been happy to help troubleshoot the TVs or clarify how to use the remotes and streaming services. We appreciate the feedback and will take a look at the setup to see if anything can be made easier for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us!

Perfect location and host. Everything was well-organized and easy! My only suggestion is to clean/replace the master bath showerhead as it was clogged. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect for us

This was the perfect home for me & my family. First, we absolutely loved the location which is very easy walking distance to the lifts/gondola and everything within River Run Village. We also had beautiful, unobstructed views of the mountains and ski trails. It had everything we needed and more for our family of 5 for our 4-night stay.

Beautiful townhome

My family and I camme for our annual ski trip and loved this property. The 2 garage was heated, which is excellent for ski equipment. The bedrooms were a good size and we all had plenty of room. The upstairs has a huge kitchen with plenty of countertop space and the family room was perfect for evening movie nights. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent property

Beautiful townhome with very comfortable beds and the fluffiest towels! Literally a 7 min walk to the lift or the Green line stop is out your back door. Huge common room and bathrooms for each room plus a powder room made it so comfortable for everyone. Gas fire pit on the balcony was so nice. The 2 car garage was a great perk too. Very easy check in and out. Loved our stay and hope to book it again soon.
