Michael was fantastic! We’re new to vacationing and he helped make a semi-stressful endeavor run smoothly! He was quick to respond to any message I sent his way and the space we stayed in was very nice- perfect for our family!

This was the easiest and best vacation! The property was exactly as shown and the host was very responsive when I had any questions. My kids enjoyed all the amenities from the pools to the smoothies at the tiki bar. We will definitely be back and will choose to work with the same host and property.

Rented this condo for our honeymoon and boy were we rewarded. Perfect views, private beach was wonderful, all the pools were great. Super clean and nice staff. The host responded to my messages quickly and was very kind and helpful. Wish we could've stayed here for another week! Love this place and will hopefully be back!! Thank you so much!!!

View was beautiful. We did have an issue with water heater, but it was very quickly addressed and fixed. Love that a broom and dustpan were on the property (some places forget to have them)

Great stay!

We loved the location and condo. Our 2 kids loved the pools, beach, views and so did we. The location is great and close to many attractions and restaurants. We are already hoping to come back!

Everything was great EXCEPT you won’t be able to sit beside the beach! They have chairs that you can rent , but they are not close to the water. You can use your own chairs, but they have to be behind all of theirs(so you’ll not even be able to see the water that far back) Other than the beach issue, everything was great!

Great place!

Michael was fantastic. Check in was easy. Property is gorgeous! Right on the beach and great pools. Close to anything you want. Will definitely rent here again! It was our first time in Destin and we will be back.

Great location, friendly staff

Never been to Destin. Got lucky with this listing I found randomly on VRBO. Great location. Beautiful beach. Spent 3 wks and loved every minute. Would definitely return.

We absolutely loved our stay

We had a absolute great time on our visit, the condo 1616 was very clean, updated.. also there is 4 extra beach chairs and a few body boards they leave for guest to use.. the view from our room was perfect! Thank you so much Michael for being a great host!! We will def be back and recommend!!

Great place for all ages!

Beautiful view of ocean and of sunsets. Easy access to many tourist attractions and stores. Great to be able to cook and grill (propane grills provided) and not eat out so much. Very clean. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything you need for the perfect beach vacation!

This condo is perfect for a beach vacation! 2 bedroom, 2 bath and balcony view of the ocean! Easy access to the beach, 2 heated pools and a tiki bar for great food and drinks! The condo is clean and even has a washer and dryer. This unit has it all!

Mike was a great communicator. The place was in a great location and was exactly as described in the post. The place was clean with beautiful view. The grounds of the complex was well taken care of and had great beach access. The pools and hot tubs were clean and well maintainwd as well. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again next time we are in town.

A Great stay at Pelican Beach Resort!

We were very pleased with the accomodations. The one thing that was aggravating was when we went to get in a hot tub the hot tub rules were not being followed no one enforced them so kids were splashing around that makes it hard to enjoy. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Great location with beautiful view

Condo was comfortable and had a great view of the beach. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. The host, Micheal, was very responsive to email communication. A few minor things needed repair, but nothing that interfered with our wonderful stay. We would definitely book here again.

Very nice unit that worked well for our family of 5. Excellent beach access. The building itself is getting a face lift but the unit was up to date and well cared for. Pools, hot tubs, and grills available for use.

Destin in march

The view is spectacular- not only can you see the ocean, the city lights are amazing. The condo is clean, spacious and well equipped. My only complaint were the pillows on the beds. They all need replacing as they were flat and hard.
