Questa piccola casa, costruita negli anni '40, è stata ristrutturata per ispirare romanticismo. A 15 minuti dal quartiere delle arti, a 7 minuti dal Bishop Arts, vicino al centro, ma situato alla fine di un vicolo cieco su Cedar Creek. Con giardini privati, veranda, è un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa ad esplorare le numerose attrazioni di Dallas o Ft. Di valore. The cottage is exactly as described and great value for the price. The home is very clean, the hosts are a delight, with great communication throughout our stay. This place is perfect for two needing a quiet place to get away while still being near popular spots and delicious food!We spent 5 days here and loved spending time in the garden,in the cooler evenings. The check in and check out process is smooth and simple.

The greenery outside the cottage was awesome to look at, so this was not just a place to stay, I was able to enjoy nature and peaceful surrounding. The hosts treated me to a heavenly bakery croissant one morning and couldn't have been more accommodating. If I come that way, I will come back!

We had a lovely stay at this charming cottage! Exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed and more. The host brought use the most delicious almond croissant for breakfast. The gardens were beautiful and provided a relaxing atmosphere. Loved it all!

Great little tucked away spot in a residential area, with near immediate access to the bishop arts district and close access to the downtown Dallas area. The main focal point of the property is the lovely garden Candice and Richard have cultivated. This provides a nice escape from the city and a sense of privacy and calm in the side of the cottage. Kitchen is well stocked, property is clean and quiet. The pastries are a lovely treat in the AM. They also provided a complimentary bottle of red and a personalized welcome letter which was very nice, and already had a doggie bowl filled with water ready for our dog. Communication was quick and clear, bed was comfortable and clean, access to Netflix and Prime was also nice. 10/10 stay, if you’re visiting for the bishop arts district this is a no brainer go ahead and book now!

My fiancée and I enjoyed our stay at the cottage! Candice and Richard were amazing hosts. Check in was very straight forward. The property was pet friendly, they had bowls for water and pick-up bags available for when our dogs needed to go. The garden and outdoor table areas were lovely and gave a peaceful vide to the property. Candice and Richard were attentive and were available if we needed any help. Inside the Cottage was lovely and was the perfect atmosphere for a lil getaway. Candice and Richard left a list of wonderful recommendations for restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Overall this was a wonderful experience and am look forward to booking again on the next trip to Dallas.

Wonderful Stay

The cottage and garden helped make the week's visit to Dallas wonderful. It was so quiet and the garden was very peaceful and made for a great place to sit in the morning. The location is close to shopping, restaurants and a park. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Dallas.

Cozy cottage in the perfect location

This is the perfect place to stay for 1-2 ppl looking to enjoy Dallas. Especially if you’re traveling with a dog. The dog run was extremely convenient. Will definitely be back.

Felt at home

The cozy cottage was ideal for our short stay in the Dallas area. While located next to the main house at the end of a cul-de-sac, it is still very private with beautiful landscaping and courtyard area. My wife was able to work remotely from the cottage while I was away and loved the nostalgic design of this old cottage. The owners were very nice and hospitable throughout our stay.

Self care love

Being here felt like a dream. The owners were absolutely hospitable and kind to me. The place was everything I needed for a staycation. It was peaceful, clean, cozy and away from the busy streets. I enjoyed my stay here and lookj forward to coming back.

My dog Whiskey and I had the pleasure of staying at Candice and Richard’s cottage for two months, and I honestly can’t recommend it highly enough.From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. The cottage is cozy, charming, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a short getaway or an extended stay. Every detail has been carefully considered, making it feel more like a home than a rental.One of my favorite parts was the beautiful garden and peaceful outdoor space. It was the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind after a long day. The location in historic Oak Cliff was ideal as well—quiet and relaxing while still being close to great restaurants, coffee shops, and everything Dallas has to offer.What truly sets this property apart, though, are Candice and Richard themselves. They are incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely care about their guests. The conversations we shared over the past two months became one of the highlights of my stay. Weekend away

Driving in on a dark rainy day we were a little unsure about the location, but the cottage was so cute and very private. It’s obvious the owners spent a lot of time planning the garden and outdoor areas were because every inch of it feels perfectly placed and incredibly private and secluded, even though you are in a neighborhood with houses nearby. It was very cozy on a cold November weekend and exactly what we hoped for!

Charming Vintage Cottage

The cottage is super comfy, private, clean and artistically decorated, inside and out. The front porch and back gardens were perfect for morning coffee and relaxing after busy days spent exploring the area. Location is great- close to restaurants, bars, unique shops and a DART station. Candice and Richard are friendly and thoughtful hosts. Thanks for the lovely stay, wine and box of goodies from the local bakery. We thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful cottage.

Private Little Gem

I was in town to visit family that I hadn’t seen since 1999 and so when I found this cute and convenient cottage. It was nicely furnished and had all the comfort’s of home that are a nice treat when traveling. I definitely enjoyed my stay here where it was nice and private compared to a hotel room. Candice was extremely gracious and always available for me whenever I had any questions. I would totally stay here again in the future whenever in the area.

Best Place Ever!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Kaseeta! It was beautifully staged we had everything we needed. The grounds around the property were exquisite with beautiful flowers and thoughtful sculptures. There were secret gardens and just a relaxing atmosphere. The hosts were kind and truly made us feel at home. They are the true example of Texas Hospitality. Would recommend a stay at their property anytime. Best stay ever!! Thank you for your attention to detail!!

We are creatives by nature. I am a photographer and Richard is a painter, sculptor as well as floral designer. We love to dance and are avid Argentine Tango Dancers. We created gardens around the Cottage to create a one of a kind private personal and romantic space for our guests. We treat each one of our guests individually, with different breakfast goodies. We are both Texans and grew up in Dallas, so if you need recommendations or a guided tour around town, we are available to help. The main house on the property was built in circa 1900 and has been through many metamorphoses. In the 1920's it was a well known "speakeasy" and gambling and dance hall. When we renovated the property in 1999, we found game table rivets in the floor. The back was originally the front of the property with a bridge over the creek. Rumor has it that lights would be shown up through the small cupola tower to let guests know if the club was open or not. This property comes alive at night with an ambience of frivolity and joy! We Iive right across the driveway in the main house.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We are at the end of a cul de sac on 3/4 or an acre, and although we are so close to the city, it is quiet and peaceful, and very private next to a creek with guest private gardens.
