Hosts were attentive! Communication was open throughout the visit, they answered all our questions and provided everything we needed. Beds were soft and clean, had our coffee from the coffee pods provided every morning. The massage chair was so awesome as well! Quiet and peaceful time. We especially liked hanging out with Hugo and Bruno when we spent time outside. Should we ever come through again, we will be staying here and saying hi to the doggies! Thank you!

Lovely little house up in the hills. Nice views, lots of deer. A nice upstairs living space that would be great for older kids.

Truly a Home Away From Home

The home is cozy, comfortable, clean, and quiet. The number of deer is amazing and the hosts’ dogs brought a touch of home we would have missed. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. You will enjoy your stay if you are looking for a quiet retreat offering plenty of outdoor space to enjoy what nature has to offer.

Quiet and Secluded

Place was very clean. Owners provided everything needed for our short stay to go to a family wedding. The guest house is in a quiet secluded area with lots of deer. We were greeted every day by two friendly dogs. Loved that the place had a full kitchen and 2 baths. We will stay again in future trips to the San Antonio area.

Couldn't ask for a better situation

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The property is at the end of a quiet and secluded hilltop, but also very close to all the amenities of San Antonio and the hill country. Our host was fantastic - friendly, attentive and rightfully proud of his property. It was well appointed and comfortable and we didn’t lack for anything. We are very conservative in our reviews but will unreservedly give this 5 stars in every category. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Nice place

Nice location. Large deck. Nice neighborhood, and felt secluded. Comfy beds. It is small and the spiral staircase is very narrow, but it fit our needs perfectly. Owners are friendly as are their dogs. Definitely recommend it to others.

It was clean and very nicely furnished. All the beds were very comfortable. The host was also very friendly. What a great place to stay. I highly recommend it.
