Benvenuti all'Unità 121 al Beach Club di St. Simons Island che offre agli ospiti e ai proprietari un notevole elenco di servizi e offre tutto il necessario per una vacanza all'insegna del divertimento o del relax. Beach Club ha il suo lungomare privato per la spiaggia, dove è possibile scavare le dita dei piedi nella sabbia o fare una semplice passeggiata lungo la spiaggia. La comunità offre campo da tennis e piscina privati. Dal tuo balcone, osserva le navi mentre passano. Non perdere i nostri frutti di mare freschi locali e approfitta delle grigliate situate intorno alla piscina. Il resort offre il noleggio di biciclette in modo da poter godere di piste ciclabili intorno all'isola e dirigersi verso il villaggio per fare shopping e mangiare.

L'unità 121 è un'unità angolare con 3 camere da letto di dimensioni generose e 3 bagni completi. Tutto è a un livello di vita con ascensore per ogni piano.

La master suite ha un letto matrimoniale, accesso al balcone, TV e un bagno padronale con doppio lavabo e doccia separata e vasca da giardino.

La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato.

La terza camera ha due gemelli e un bagno privato.

Il soggiorno ha anche un divano letto.

Bello e pulito, ma non aggiornato. Valutato di conseguenza in base agli aggiornamenti e alla comodità della spiaggia.

Amazing!!

Perfect family beach trip!

My family had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this condo! The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had all the gadgets we needed. This was the perfect space for my family to stay, especially our young children (ages 1.5 and 4). The location of Beach Club is unmatched--the walk to the pool and the beach can't be beat. My husband and I also enjoyed an easy walk to dinner at Fiddlers while the grandparents babysat our two girls one night. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location, great amenities. This was the second year in a row we stayed here. This year was better than last because they added new living room furniture and new beds in two rooms. We’ll look to book again in the future.

EXCELLENT PROPERTY

This property was excellent. Everything that you could possibly need was there. Beautiful view. All beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were great size. Kitchen had everything you could need. PLENTY of room for our family. Recommending to friends and look forward to going back soon. great stay

Nina and family had a great time

We had a problem with the AC when we got there but they had it fixed within about and 1 1/2 hrs. There was plenty of room for us all. Our daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren (3) came in on Thursday night and left Sunday. We appreciate the owners for sharing their place with us.

We loved our stay at your property. It was exactly what we needed for my family of 5. Our only complaint/ suggestion is to get black out curtains for the twin bedroom and the queen bedroom. The lights from the hallway are very bright during the night.

lovely condo, great location

My family and I have stayed at the Beach Club many times and in many different units over the years. This condo - 121 - was very cleaned, nicely decorated, and well-furnished. The kitchen was super - I can't think of any dish or utensil that it didn't have! Obviously furnished as the owner's home...not just a rental. Hope to return to this same condo again - would choose it over others I have stayed in!

Great family vacation-Year 2

This was our 2nd year in this condo and even better than the Ist! Love having 3 bathrooms with showers/tubs, so that each bedroom has their own. Love having smart TVs in each room for down time. Love being able to walk to the pool and beach. Love having an elevator so close and buggies to help bring up luggage. The only issue is the parking-beware the parking garage, and get a spot in the open if at all possible! Overall another fantastic family vacay!

Nice and convenient.

Thank you. The twin beds have some sort of plastic that makes a lot of noise. The floors were a little sticky and could use a little cleaning. We knew it needed a face lift so found that as expected. Enjoyed our stay.

Beach Club

We had a great time. The property was very clean, but it really needs to be updated. Tile was broken in the bathroom, and it is apparent that work has not been done in a long time. There is no real view, but the pool is nice and the access to the beach is awesome.

Wonderful time in a 3 bedroom.

Unit 121 was very clean and loved the way it was decorated. They had new furniture and the mattresses seemed new. We've stayed in many units and the mattresses in this unit were wonderful. It's so hard to get a mattress that feels like yours at home. We would highly recommend this unit for a great trip. The lights in the kitchen were not working but they were going to be installing new lighting in there after we left. They did prvide lamps for us.
