Questa residenza cittadina su Inlet Beach offre una destinazione balneare straordinariamente rilassante e bella in una posizione appartata per i mesi invernali. La spiaggia dell'ingresso è adiacente a Rosemary Beach ma tranquilla e poco affollata. Un grande ponte con sedie a sdraio, un tavolo e sedie e altalena si affaccia sulla spiaggia di sabbia bianca e sulla costa del Golfo Smeraldo. Una cucina completamente attrezzata e rinnovata si apre su una zona soggiorno con tavolo da pranzo al coperto in modo da poter cenare durante il vostro soggiorno in spiaggia. Camera da letto principale al piano superiore con letto matrimoniale, bagno privato e balcone con sedie e splendida vista sulla spiaggia, sul golfo e sulle stelle. La camera da letto secondaria al piano superiore ha due letti singoli, bagno privato e balcone. La terza camera da letto al piano principale ha due letti singoli e bagno privato.

A ovest puoi andare in bicicletta per le strade del quartiere e / o camminare fino alla spiaggia di Rosemary Beach per fare shopping, mangiare, concerti e festival. Puoi andare in bicicletta o guidare per 30-A fino alla vicina Alys, Seaside, Watercolor e Grayton Beach.

Ad est si può camminare lungo la spiaggia fino a Phillips Inlet nel Camp Helen State Park che offre percorsi naturalistici, birdwatching e osservazione della fauna selvatica.

L'aeroporto internazionale Northwest Florida Beaches (ECP) rende la nostra casa al mare accessibile al mondo tramite Southwest Airlines et al.

3rd time is a charm. My family absolutely loves staying here. Great location, and close proximity to the beach. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and an awesome deck with views. We will be back.

Location location location!!! We had a wonderful family vacation at this condo. The beach was beautiful!!! We were so close to so many shops and restaurants, yet it felt secluded since it's located on a private stretch of beach. The house we stocked with all the essentials. We can't wait to come back!

Great family getaway

Perry’s place is ideally located on a less busy stretch of beach, but it is very convenient to 30A and PCB. We enjoyed an easy walk across the dunes to the beach as well as eating meals on the deck overlooking the ocean. Having chairs and beach toys available for us to use was a nice plus as well. Our kids loved being able to have their own bedroom and bathroom. This was a great beach vacation, and we would love to do it again sometime!

Perfect location with all the amenities!

Our family of four enjoyed this beachfront home so much! The owners have thought of everything…from beach gear to kitchen amenities to everything you need for a pleasant night’s sleep! This condo is in a quiet area on a portion of the beach that isn’t overrun with guests. We definitely plan to return when we get a chance!

Home with Spectacular Views and everything you need!

This home was immaculate. The views from the master bedroom and the living area were spectacular. The kitchen had everything you would need to make you feel like you were home. Pots, pans, utensils, salt, pepper and some various spices and oils. Beach equipment is also available. Chairs, umbrellas, beach toys for children, paddle boards and private beach access is very convenient. It also offers serenity if you’re looking for that! Overall a GREAT property! We hope to return for another vacation.

Great Ocean View! Don't have to leave the deck! Private Beach. Updated Decor and well stocked kitchen. 5 min drive to shops & restaurants in Rosemary Beach.

Perfect Spot on the Beach

The townhouse was perfect for our family of four. It was a peaceful spot not too close or too far from action in either direction along the coast. The beach access was amazing and when not on the beach, we enjoyed lounging on the deck. The home was clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Perry was very responsive and a great host. We hope to go back soon.

Toes in the Sand

This property is well stocked, has an incredible large deck and gorgeous view of the white sand and emerald water. The owner provides beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys and is very quick to respond. It’s very comfortable for a family of 4. Publix and Aldi are about a 3 minute drive from the house. The townhouse is right on the beach. No complaints here!

Loved our stay!

It’s our second year to stay at this property. We love this location. It’s close enough to all the restaurants and other beaches, but is out of the hustle and bustle. We love the proximity to the beach and the private beach!

Perfect family stay at Inlet!

The home was exactly what we needed. Perfect location and a great layout for our family of 5. What's more, the hosts were flexible, accommodating and warm. This one is absolutely at the top of our list for our next trip to Inlet!

Best place on the beach!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and the ac was on point every day. Perry, the owner, responded very quickly if needed. Highly recommend if you're planning a visit to Inlet Beach, Florida!

Perfect family beach getaway

Perfect week

This place has everything needed for a perfect, relaxing week at the beach. The location on the beach was ideal- not crowded and beautiful! The back porch of the townhouse provided a place to tan, enjoy meals on the beach, and enjoy a morning coffee. One of the best places I have stayed! I plan to book here again next year!

Location, location, location

The perfect spot right on the Gulf for a smaller family. Literally on the beach - amazing views and sunset. Well equipped and very comfortable. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Would recommend.

Right on the Beach!!

My mom, sister and I enjoyed being right on the beach and seeing the beautiful ocean and white sand every morning with our coffee! It was perfection! Also, Perry was a wonderful host and was available for any concern. It was an amazing time with beach views, sunsets and easy access to walking to Rosemary Beach😊

One of our favorite beach vacations ever!

You can’t beat the proximity to the beach! The townhouse is older, but has been beautifully updated and decorated so cute. It was perfect for our family of 4, with room to spare. The private beach signs were a huge bonus. We really enjoyed the loungers and the swing on the porch. It was so convenient to come back up to the house for lunch and then go back out. The garage was super helpful to keep our beach gear! It’s far enough to have a relaxing beach experience but close enough to restaurants in Rosemary, Alys etc. Perry was so helpful and the communication was amazing. We can’t wait to come back!

Best VRBO we have stayed at!

My family and I typically go on two to three vacations per year and most of the time we stay in VRBO's. This condo was by far our best yet. The location and beach were as good as it gets. Just far enough away from the Rosemary Beach traffic, but still close enough to walk or take a short ride to enjoy the shopping and Rosemary Beach scene. We typically don't go back to the same place twice, because we like to explore, but we will go back to this condo. Perry, the Host, was exceptional. So much was provided at the house for use inside the house and at the beach. Perry, thank you very much for everything. Your condo helped this be one of our top family vacations ever. We will be back and will tell all of our friends about our experience and your hospitality.

Nice Stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this nice beachfront townhouse. There is public access to the beach about 3 down, but it was never crowded in front of the townhouse. The beach was lovely with beautiful, white sand. There is a garage for parking your car, then you have to climb stairs to access the main level of the house. The master is up another flight of stairs. On the main level, there is a nice. large deck with two lounges, a swing, and a table and chairs. We loved the deck! The kitchen is nicely stocked with all the things you will need. There were plenty of beach chairs and beach towels. The beach was easily accessed from the 4-unit property by going up & over the dunes. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Wonderful getaway

Host was prompt and responsive and he was very helpful in providing us with tips for our first visit to the area. The property was adorable and very clean. Check-in was a breeze. Private beach signs were very useful.We will be back!
