Wonderful stay! Very clean & comfy! Stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. Excellent communication with the owners. Gorgeous property on Burt Lake & we even saw lots of bald eagles.

Our family loved our time at this home on Burt Lake! The home is super clean and comfortable, and it’s filled with everything you could ever need for a week at the lake. Highly recommend!

This cabin was nothing but perfection. We enjoyed our stay from start to finish. The host were responsive and welcoming. The cabin felt cozy and like you were right at home. From the cleanliness, to the beautiful appliances and dock, we were extremely impressed. The view is breathtaking, and the hot tub was wonderful. I can’t say enough. We will definitely book sometime again!

Ideal spot, ideal cottage

Great stay! As a long time Burt Lake visitor and renter of many cottages here and elsewhere, this was one of our favorites! Very well stocked, clean and fresh accommodations. Beautiful lake site, great communication by hosts.

Everything was perfect. Very clean and such a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the lake, hot tub, having a fire and watching the ducks.

Perfect Location

Loved our stay here. Perfect size for us…3 adults. Easy check in, very clean, lots of amenities and the owner very accessible and friendly. Great location overlooking the lake. Highly recommend. Definitely would book again.

loving Burt Lake

Very close to the water and this added to the lake experience:) User friendly everything....firepit, soloburner, hot tub, water equipment etc... Lots of details were done to make our stay easy and comfortable. Great taste as well in linens, towels, and blankets. I would highly recommend this vacation rental to everyone.

Best holiday home on the lake

We had an amazing 2 weeks on the lake. The house is fantastic with everything you need. We had fabulous days/evenings sitting outside and just taking in the views. Greg and Melissa are with out a doubt the best hosts we have ever had. Very responsive, proactive and going the extra mile to ensure our stay was the best it could be. When we go back to northern Michigan this place will for sure be on the short list.

Awesome home!

We loved our stay at Burt Lake. The home was beautiful, in a great location. We rode bikes, hiked, drove ATVs at Big Bear, went to Mackinac Island, and shopping in both Harbor Springs and Mackinaw City. The beds were very comfortable. The outdoor seating area was perfect. My teens especially enjoyed the hot tub. My only negative is that I’m used to sun blocking curtains at home, so I woke up really early everyday! The owners were quick to answer if we had any questions. We would love to visit this home again someday.

Perfect summer get away!

This was a perfect summer get away! The house was perfect for our family of five plus one more. The house has everything you need for cooking any and all meals. We ate outside at the picnic table for every meal. The hot tub was a huge bonus and the fire pit too. Our kids were never board! They have games, outdoor things and a nice yard to run around in. Beds were very comfortable. We can’t wait to come back next year! Melissa and Greg were great and very attentive when we has any questions. Thank you again:)

Perfect Up North Lake Cottage

Our large family of 6 typically has to compromise and either stay in a large house or little up north cottage depending on what we are prioritizing. This comes with a sacrifice, amenities and climate control or true cottage experience. No compromise here. We had sleeping space to spare. Each room had its own ac and heat. A good night's rest keeps the lake life going. Gregory had us provisioned beyond our expectation. Didn't matter what little comfort I forgot. He had me covered. Spacious living room and amazing out door living. Our one rained out evening we spent watching a moving while feeling we were on the lake. That is a beautiful way to relax and watch a storm. After logging long days on the lake the kids enjoyed the hot tube while my wife and I grilled, relaxed on the deck and burned a fire. Your family will love this little cottage!!!

I don’t know where to begin in rating this wonderful rental. The hosts were amazing in communicating. The cottage was spotless, well stocked and comfortable. The bedding was high end, as well as the towels. We were able to dock our boat in front of the cottage. The view was amazing. You won’t regret renting this property. Thanks again to hosts for hospitality.

WOW...from beginning to end...WOW!!! This property is beautiful and the views are nothing short of breathtaking with the entire east wall of the home being all windows! Watching the sun rise each morning was really something!!!Additional perks of this home/property:---the dock was so nice and allowed all 7 of us to sit out there throughout the day and it also has a staircase into the water---believe you me, if you happen to leave something behind...no worries, this house already has it (from toothbrushes/toothpaste & bandaids to baggies/tinfoil/saranwrap...I've never been in a VRBO house quite like this---although it's not stated anywhere on his page...it should be noted that there is a massage chair...and not like any I've ever seen! This chair was awesome!!!---outdoor firepit (for which he has a stockpile of logs to use) and hottub were such great ways to relax after a long day on the water---and if I could give Gregory more than 5/5 stars for Responsiveness, I WOULD!!! This home was everything and more than it was advertised to be!!!

Awesome Property

This was our second year staying in this cottage and it did not disappoint. Great location, clean, has everything you need and even things you may have forgotten. We like coming in late August…it’s quiet and not so crowded. Excellent communication with the Owner.

Relaxing Burt Lake

We had a wonderful time and loved watching the sunrise every morning. The property has so much to offer, from kayaking to lounging in the hot tub. Our kids found plenty to entertain. And Gregory was very responsive when we had questions.

Quiet and Relaxing

UP vacation

The property was a little more secluded than we expected, but it was so nice. It was cozy but with enough space for our family of 6. The view was spectacular & we enjoyed the patio/hot tub. Would definitely stay there again.
