Ocean View condominio con mobili e decorazioni di fascia alta. Il condominio è decorato con un tema da spiaggia in modo da poter immergerti completamente nello stile di vita da spiaggia per le tue vacanze. Sedersi sul patio e guardare il sole sorgere sull'oceano o sentire la brezza dell'oceano nel pomeriggio. Nina's Beach Cottage è al 2 ° livello ed è un'unità finale. Il nostro complesso è dotato di ascensore ed è a pochi passi dal condominio. C'è un piccolo carrello per aiutarti a portare le tue cose in meno viaggi, così puoi divertirti !!
Il condominio è dotato di una cucina completamente attrezzata, tra cui un Keurig e una macchina per il caffè normale, lavatrice e asciugatrice, lenzuola, asciugamani da bagno e tutto il necessario per il vostro soggiorno. Porta i tuoi effetti personali e lascia a casa le preoccupazioni.
Il complesso si trova dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla spiaggia, con facile accesso all'oceano. Ha anche una zona comune con tavoli da picnic e una bella piscina con belle sedie a sdraio per prendere il sole. L'area della piscina ha anche una doccia esterna per sciacquare la sabbia dall'oceano dai piedi.

Garden City Beach è adatto alle famiglie con un sacco di cose da fare. Il Garden City Pier si anima di notte con musica e balli per tutta la famiglia ed è a soli 8/10 miglia di distanza. Sarai anche vicino a negozi di alimentari, campi da golf, negozi, parchi acquatici e la capitale del pesce, Murrells Inlet. Murrells Inlet ha anche la passeggiata nella palude con ottimi ristoranti e divertimenti.
Fai un salto indietro nel tempo con una visita al castello di Atalaya nel parco statale di Hunnington Beach, a breve distanza in auto da Brookgreen Gardens e Pawley's Island, famosi per le loro rilassanti amache e le fantastiche storie di fantasmi. The place was well kept, had limited beach view but was nice and close to the beach. Parking is tight with an SUV, so a car is better, however it does have dedicated parking which is a plus. Overall very good stay.

Great location directly across the street from the beach and the beach access. This condo is perfect for small families like ours! Clean, well-kept, and feels like a home at the beach with all the coastal decor. We would love to stay here again!

Carols place was just a short walk across the road to the beach! There was even an ocean view from her balcony! Carol thought about everything from extra towels to beach toys to a spare birthday candle to celebrate our daughter’s birthday breakfast with. We enjoyed our time and hope to be back again!

Another awesome vacation!

We absolutely love the location with the beach access right across the road. Easy back and forth between the condo and the beach! The condo is great and you get the beach feeling as soon as you walk in. Great parking and there is an elevator. Thanks, Carol, for sharing your place with us

Great week!

The condo was just as shown. And the living room tv was updated to a larger tv. Location was perfect, quick walk to the beach. Carol’s condo was greatly stocked and saved us with a few things we forgot. When the Internet went out, Carol had it fixed the day we reported. 2 of the 3 TVs are standard cable so we could still watch tv even though the Internet was down. Parking is tight if you have to park under the condo. We saw a full size truck and Tahoe parked but felt our explorer was tough.

Wonderful Condo and Location

The condo was beautiful. Fully stocked with everything a family would need. The location was great being across the street from the beach and a short drive to the pier, miniature golf and restaurants. Carol was a wonderful host.

Close to the beach

Great place but quite tight for our family of six. It would be ideal for four people. Owner was lovely to deal with and it had everything we needed.

Great Beach get away

Great place to stay for a beach trip. This condo is a short walk to the beach. Condo was very clean except the tubs. The tubs had sand in them upon arrival and one tub had some head hair in it. Nothing super gross just looked liked it may have been missed in the cleaning process from the previous person's stay. Other than that, everything else was nice and very clean. Plenty of kitchen appliances! Owner is very friendly and answers questions quickly.

Comfortable condo in a great location

The location of the condo can’t be beat - right across the street from the beach access. Pool was nice to have as well. The condo space met the needs of our family of 4. It’s decorated nicely with a beach theme. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were a little outdated. Kitchen and supplies were sufficient to cook meals. The balcony was relaxing to sit on in the evenings. The host was very welcoming and communicative. We loved our stay, especially with the convenience of the location!

TV and Coastal Carolina

We were I town to watch my daughter play softball at Coastal Carolina. It was great to be able to walk to beach. This may sound silly but loved that the unit didn’t have internet tv, but regular cable. We have had a hard time at other rentals where we couldn’t watch live tv and just streaming services. Thanks!

Really enjoyed ourselves.

Handicap access was ok, bathroom was a bit hard to work with my husband in but we made it work. But for a normal stay the condo was really nice. Had everything we needed except for a luggage transport rack . I will recommend this place to everyone. Thank you

Great location, condo needs a few updates

We really enjoyed the location of this property and its close proximity to the beach. Overall, we had a good stay there. There were a few issues with the property, however. When we got there, the lock wasn’t functioning properly- we struggled with locking and unlocking the door until the owner sent a locksmith and had it fixed, after which it was very easy. When we got inside, we saw a note from the owner asking us not to use the sink in one of the bathrooms for 24 hours because it had just been fixed by the plumber. It wasn’t a big deal, until it turned out the plumber didn’t do a great job and the water was leaking. We ended up having the owner, the condo rep, and the plumber at the place at 11pm on our arrival night as the leak was being handled. Not ideal, again, but we understood. However, as much as the leak itself was fixed promptly, we were still asked not to use the sink so that the faucet could be replaced. Since the plumber didn’t come back, we basically couldn’t use that bathroom sink during our stay. On the day before we were heading home, the AC unit stopped working for whatever reason- temps climbed up to 84 degrees despite the fact that the unit was set to 73. Our family packed and we left that same evening because the apartment was unbearably hot (for the record, we stuck around for over an hr hoping the AC would kick in. It didn’t.) I contacted the owner to let her know that we needed to leave early due to the AC problem and asking her to refund us for one night (since we had to book a hotel room - we had an 11 hr drive back and left her condo at 7pm, which left us no choice but to stop en route). I haven’t received the refund yet, but the owner promised that she would mail the check so I am hopeful. Overall, Carol is a very nice person, as is her brother whom we had the opportunity to meet when the lock broke and he came over to check on it. You can’t really beat this condo’s location, and the kids enjoyed the pool. We made the best of our stay, and did everything we could do overlook the inconveniences. But the apartment needs work, as all properties do at some point.

Everything you need

Our stay here was perfect. Great location right across the street from a walkway to the beach. Right in between Surfside and Garden City pier. Our host was a 10 out of 10 that got back to us right away with questions or concerns. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Location was perfect, we enjoyed being so close to the beach and having a pool available. The condo was stocked with a lot more amenities than other properties we’ve stayed at and I was glad we didn't need to purchase beach towels. We appreciated the personal touches and recommendations from the owner.

Tempra pedic mattress in master. Some new renovations. New dishwasher and inside window shutters and sliding glass door with blinds inside the glass. Across street from ocean. Must see to appreciate.
