Peaceful Place in Sea Pines

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So many good things about this property. It was beautifully renovated while keeping the charm from its original form. Every thing you could think about needing or wanting at the house, from beach toys to kitchen utensils, was there. You can tell everything was very thought out when it came to the furniture and decor. The management company was incredibly helpful and couldn't have asked for a more accommodating one. Everything was either a short walk or bike ride away; three minute walk down a secluded path to the beach and a few minute bike ride down to South Beach. Highly recommend!

Perfect Property description, A+ in all categories

This is a perfectly described beach house in Sea Pines. House was spotless cleaned, every aspect of the house was fresh and inviting. Being a property owner in Palmetto Dunes I needed a place to stay during construction and this was a perfect choice. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Communication with the property management was effortless and everything was done to make sure you just check in and relax during your stay, the best experience you can ask for. Thanks again!

As described this home was stocked with all the kitchen and bathroom supplies along with all the beach toys and chairs!29 South Beach Lane is a beautiful, organized and clean home perfect for families and making memories.I am such a stickler about cleanliness and it was so nice to walk into this home and not feel like I had to clean something. Kudos to your cleaning staff...we will definitely use BESTNEST again! The location is great and having the path to the beach right next to the home is such a bonus. Having the bike paths so close and being able to get to Salty Dog, Harbour Town and the Beach club so easily was another bonus.This was definitely a special trip for us with our daughter getting married many memories were made and BESTNEST helped to make it easy...THANK YOU!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in great shape and had everything that we needed when we arrived and is a great location with proximity to the beach. The two issues we had were HVAC related. The main AC unit for the house also is for the upstairs bedrooms but the thermostat is downstairs. Heat rises and at night when the downstairs thermostat says it is at temp the two upstairs bedrooms get hot and stuffy. The garage had a good setup with a TV and ping pong table with an AC unit for the garage but there was not a remote for the AC so we had no way to turn it on so the garage was too hot to actually use the entertainment in it.

Colton and Dori- Thank you for the thoughtful review! Here is a lot of information that may or may not be too much. First, we had an extraordinary heat wave the week that you all were here. However, if you had called us to let us know that you were uncomfortable, we would have explored other options and remedies. The hvac in this house is stellar and has been installed and regularly maintained by the area's best service provider, so I am confident in the system. However, when we have temps over 100 for over a a week, there is only so much that any system can do. Please buzz us anytime on anything you need or questions you have. Regarding the mini split in the garage. Sadly, we had a number of guests who rant the system with the garage door open! Sigh. And so we disabled it. Again, on the hottest week of the year, a garage is not the best place to congregate. But! I think we will add fans to the garage and this might be of help. Thank you for being our guests! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our second stay at a BESTNEST by Beverly Serral didn't disappoint! We have very much enjoyed renting from this real estate/rental agent. The property was beautiful and well-equipped for our week stay. The decor and furniture were comfortable and welcoming. The home had easy beach access with a pedestrian walkway right next to the home. The home itself had a unique layout with three different levels and the bedrooms were separated from the main living area. There was only one negative about the property...We would love to return to this property next summer, however, the cost has tripled, and we will likely look at other properties that are more reasonably priced.

Beautiful Home Close to Beach

The house was well represented in the photos. The only surprise was the number of stairs that had to be maneuvered. This was a bit difficult for two of my elder family members with medical issues. The kitchen and dining room are on the second floor so there was no avoiding them. There are also quite a few stairs to ge into the house. The house was spacious and well decorated yet very user friendly and comfortable. The beds were comfy, except the upper bunk bed. Best suited for a child. The bathrooms were large and newly remodeled with lots of storage space. The closets were big and the two master bedrooms were huge. The pool and outdoor area were very nice. Not large, but plenty big. The only issue was construction next door did create noise and they played loud music while working. You couldn’t hear it when inside, just when swimming or laying out in the backyard. We cooked every night and the kitchen was well appointed. The stove and oven had a couple of issues that might not be apparent if you didn’t cook much, but I had two gourmet chefs in the house who noticed. I would recommend they add some larger pans/skillets and those with lids. We purchased a lobster pot and left it. Otherwise we had plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, serving trays and storage containers. We really appreciated a house full of everything you need like paper products, trash bags, towels, beach equipment, cleaning supplies, etc. Many times with a rental you get a bare minimum and then have to buy basic supplies. That definitely wasn’t the case here. The beach was lovely and not crowded at all. It was perfect for walking, swimming or just sitting. Overall we had a terrific experience minus a bit more rain than we would have liked, but we made the most of it. On a side note, on our last night a family member had a medical emergency. After calling 911, we had a full team of emergency workers at the house within 5 minutes. They were wonderful and took him to the hospital. The Hilton Head hospital provided good care. If you were to have an emergency, you can be assured competent help is nearby.

Celebration Vacation

Everyone had their own very private room and bathroom. The house was beautiful and very well equipped with everything we needed. The house has multiple places for people to congregate so the young adults had a place to go. It was a great location within Sea Pines. The pool was wonderful to have for just our family. The beach was so close and gorgeous. Whenever I came back to Hilton Head I would try to get this same house.

Perfect 4-BR / 4.5Bath w Pool in Sea Pines

Very open / light/airy open floor plan w 4 en-suite bedroom/baths. Kids loved the smallish pool and just enough shade for those not eating the sun. Brand new ping pong table in garage, plus basketball court. Driveway sufficient for our 4 vehicles. House either relatively new or fully renovated. Photos mirror what we saw. Property Mgt co (Beverly Serral) is excellent re checkin, checkout, instructions, etc 200-yd walk down path to beach. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas.

Beautiful beach getaway

We loved everything about this property and our visit to Hilton Head. The location is wonderful and so close to the beach. We have stayed in so many rental homes and I have to say that this one was the most well appointed one ever and very clean. They truly thought of everything which was wonderful because we were flying in from TX so couldn’t bring a lot with us. The home itself had the most well stocked and organized kitchen we have ever had and they supplied everything you could need - soap, detergent, garbage bags, sponges, wipes, etc. Each bathroom was well stocked too. They also provided numerous beach chairs, toys, towels, umbrellas, coolers and wagons that made beach going a breeze and so enjoyable. The home is so much bigger than it appears online and even more beautiful. We loved the decor and comfort of the home and you can really tell that their guests satisfaction is their priority. Highly recommend to anyone.

Sensational home in Sea Pines!

We had a lovely stay at this property and highly recommend. The property was well furnished with modern coastal design. The property, furniture, appliances were in great shape and very well kept. The property is a few rows from the beach with its own private path to get there. We used the beach chairs and wagon to help us carry what we needed to the beach. We cooked on property and the kitchen has everything you will need. We love sea pines! Sea Pines is so pretty and full of its own amenities. We highly recommend and we would love to be back soon!

Beautiful Home, Perfect location.

Would highly recommend this property. Newly updated, well stocked and the perfect location for a quick walk to the more private area of the beach. Was well suited for two families with four kids.
