Wonderful place to stay

Stan was super nice and communication was great. Very nice and clean property. Close to the beach and comes with a golf cart. Wonderful community!

Had a great vacation

Enjoyed our time at Stan's home. Location is great! Using golf cart to go to and from beach was so convenient. Home was clean. Nice layout esp if you have a med size group 4-6.

Stan’s Beach House!

Enjoyed staying at Stan’s beach house...he was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The first part of week was very nice, but the last of week was raining...still enjoyed just being away for a while and relaxing...will plan to go again and stay. GO TIGERS!

Great Property!

This is a great property in OSV. I would certainly recommend. The owner is very responsive and kind. The listing is as described. The location is great to the outdoor pool.

OSV vacation

We had a great time catching up with family, two sons own in Surfside, the other rented a few homes down, not very often I can be in same area as my sons and grandchildren 😊. It was a pleasure to meet Stan, very accommodating home! Grandchildren loved that it was across from pool! Already booked next year!

Peaceful

House was beautiful!! lots of room. Very comfortable, very convenient for the pool, its nice to sit and here the people having so much fun. But yet peaceful when need be.

OSV 2019

We came to OSV for the second time this past week and we are in love!!We cannot thank Stan and Gail enough for letting us stay at their lovely home. It is the perfect location right across from the pool and it was extremely clean. The house has all the amenities we needed, including a golf cart for the beach. Stan made sure everything was OK and came over to check in on us. We will definitely be returning next year.

Great House close to everything in and out of OSV!!

Although the weather did not cooperate for the week we stayed, we were still able to get to the beach most days. We love staying in OSV, and thos house makes it very convenient. We love how close it is to the outdoor pool and hot tub. The golfcart makes the day trips to the beach a breeze. Comfortable home with plenty of space for everone, nice size stocked kitcken and nice size dining table. Plenty of closet space for those who have an extended stay and love that there is a washer and dryer. Nice front porch seating area, just wish it was covered, only because of the weather.... All in all a good place to stay.

Nice location.. can walk to pool. House is very spacious but in need of some serious cleaning. The air conditioner in main area not working and some mold from water damage to the ceiling in add on bedroom which was not good for kids with allergies

Great Location!

This rental is at a great location with the pool and splash pad right across the street! The house is spacious and comes with everything you could need. The golf cart to take to the beach is a great addition, my son absolutely loved riding it everyday! Had a blast and can't wait to return!

We had a great stay at Stan's home. The house was comfortable and had everthing we needed. Stan was so welcoming and kind. We will definitely stay here again.

Stan is great!

We loved the location as it was right by the pool. Stan was more than helpful. Great golf cart! We have stayed in places where they barely ran. We had a wonderful time. There were directions left on how to use everything.

Stan the Man Has a Great House!

Stan showed us some amazing Southern hospitality! Sam was super responsive. The house is in amazing shape, very recently renovated. The spot near the pool and the kiddie water park is great. Sam went the extra mile in every way possible!

Great beach place!

This property is a great place to stay...convenient to the outdoor pool and roomy....it’s location is also nice in that there is a grocery store is just 2-3minutes away and a convenient store across the street...there is a golf cart which is fun for just riding around and getting down to the beach...Stan was easily available when we had questions and made the check in / check out smooth...we are looking forward to going back very soon!

Nice Stay

An attractive price for a nice place. Enjoyed the the queen beds in each bedroom. Stan the owner was very attractive to every request we made. Would return if given the chance in the future.

Beautiful Stay...Wonderful Owners

My Husband, My college daughter and I stayed for a week. What a comfortable House. It has everything you could need. Stan was absolutely wonderful and checked on us to make sure we were ok. We cant wait to go back! Thank you again for sharing your home with us!

This is our fourth year at OSV, but first time at Stan and Gail's home. We have found our "forever" weekly vacation oasis! Love the location, the golf cart and the owners are the BEST!!

Great Home!!

My wife and our two Grandchildren, just completed a week at Stan & Gail's beachhouse, rental #160228. It was our 2nd summer staying with them.These two are the most pleasant and Christian folks, that I have ever met. They will go out of there way to make sure your stay with them is most Enjoyable. Stan leaves his cell phone #, and if you need him for anything, he will always answer or call you right back.And the house is just like Home!! Everything you need is right there. Our Grandchildren Loves the Pool, can hardly get them out at the end of the day.Look Forward of Many Years, being Friends with Stan & Gail. God Bless Both of You.
