Has everything you need but house needs a deep clean

The house was ok, had everything you would need and expect from the Eagle Crest chalets. Bedspread desperately needed to be washed. The whole needs to be deep cleaned. Felt it was too expensive for a house that wasn’t kept up. But it got the job done.

Great place to stay in Eagle Crest

We were over in Redmond for the Memorial Day baseball tournament and stayed here. The location is great, the back deck is nice and peaceful and looks out on a pond. The kids loved finding big bull frogs in the pond and swimming in the pools. We love Eagle Crest and this was a great location and house!

Fun place to stay with hot tub

Nice house with a great hot tub on the deck. Needs more blankets and a much larger garbage can in the kitchen. Trash was overflowing outside when we checked in. It’s very far away from amenities so bring your bike or rent one onsite. Amazing amenities at the resort in multiple locations!

Good home for what it is.

The house served our purpose but had some issues. The air conditioning isn’t effective in the upstairs bedroom, leaving it 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. The stove had two burners that didn’t work. Location is great and the creek/lake in the back was a highlight for our kids.

Not clean

The chairs on the deck were covered in bird poop. The grill had not been cleaned basically ever and caught on fire ruining our dinner the stove burner didn’t work the dish washer was disgusting and also didn’t work and was damaged. There were dead bugs everywhere including the hot tube and sinks. There was 1 dish towel. Over all this could be a great place to stay but it was actually horrible due to lack of maintenance on every single level!

Family House with Hot Tub

We stayed at this home to attend a family wedding and wanted a home with a hot tub. The hot tub and deck were fantastic and the location beautiful. There were a couple of issues that I notified Vacasa about to be remedied. We enjoyed our time there.

Eagle Crest Resort

Very Small garbage cans Poor tub drains and water pressure Dishwasher needs run 2 times before dishes get clean Dining chairs were pretty rickety and one was broken apon arrival but we assembled it back to using order for the rest of our stay There were items left under the beds and Tobacco products left in the cupboard, the living room furniture could use updating as it’s falling apart on pillows and cushions the hot tub on deck read a error code and we were unable to use jets or lights on it. Other than the things listed we had a great stay and the house is in a great location!

Convenient location and nice home!

We had a large group of students and adults attending a convention in the Redmond area. We booked 5 homes through VRBO and they were all within 8 houses of each other on the same street. It made it great for travel, food preparation, and sleeping arrangements. We truly appreciate the owners for allowing us to rent and have such a great experiences in this home.

Very disappointed

This house looked like it had never been cleaned. The dish washer was full of broken glass and the shower drain was full of hair, like it literally wasn’t clean. The hot tub was also entirely murky. The pillows smelled like mildew and the bedding was really unclean.

Small details

The overall stay was good. We had a full house. We only had three garbage bags so we had to buy more garbage bags and the upstairs shower head was like taking a shower under a garden hose. Upstairs shower head needs to be replaced. Minor little things but the overall stay was good.

So many issues…

Not clean, a pile of gold fish crackers under a bed, vacuum broken.Downstairs tub drain issues, showering in ankle deep water, stained linens, front of dishwasher falling off, hole in upstairs blind. We were there to prep and celebrate our daughters wedding in the area and didn’t have time to deal with these rental issues and felt we shouldn’t have had to. Very disappointed.

Not clean but great area

The house was not clean - one of the beds wasn’t made when we got there with the comforter on top in a pile, the dishes were still wet and had food stuck to them, one bedroom had piles of dust in the corner and dirt on the walls. The bunk bed was so creaky and loud we had to pull the mattresses out to the living room because any movement made a squeky noise. Definitely not clean! The sports center passes are really nice and the area is super cool! Wish we had more time to take advantage of those facilities and the put put course near by. We would love to come back but would stay at a different house next time!

Nice Retreat!

Everything was as expected with a couple of exceptions.The pool etc was several blocks away.....not very convenient for Seniors and the A/C could not be set below 70 which left the upstairs bedroom etc very warm.However,it was over 100 degrees during our stay. Very satisfied with our stay for the most part.

Truly Wonderful

Winter break 2022 at eagle crest

Pluses: Comfortable furniture and fireplace easy to use. New hot tub. Well stocked linen closet, washer and dryer. Well stocked kitchen with glassware and dishes. Great location. Minus (needs work): Very dusty. DVR/VCR player didn't work, and full of dust. Burned out light bulbs in ceilings. Kitchen skillets are health hazards, dirty and burned on rust, very gross. Shower heads very weak. Shower handle fell off, fortunately husband had tools to fix it. Needed snow shovel and ice melt for porch. steps and walkway due to snowfall. Overall, a good stay. Photos made it look polished and spotless but it was not.

Quaint and Enjoyable

Overall, the property was lovely, clean and had what we (mostly) needed. One of the house keys did not work, but that was easily managed with just having one key. The home is lacking a few things: DVD player (however, the home had good alternative streaming services), a griddle, bigger pans for cooking larger meals....we were able to figure it out, but those would be nice. The fireplace needs some maintenance and that was reported to the Vacasa managing team. We would return to this home!

Do not rent

We didn’t love anything about this vacation rental. The refrigerator (leaked and the ice maker doesn’t work) and dishwasher (it doesn’t clean) need replacing. Hot tub does not work on jet cycle so plan on a hot bath at best. Shower doors on main level came off tracks multiple times. Family room furniture is outdated, uncomfortable and needs replacing. Cookware needs replacing. Shower heads are bunk and don’t spray correctly. Had a cool pond in the backyard though which gave the littles plenty of frog catching time! Overall it’s subpar at best and honestly we are pretty bummed we didn’t get what we paid for. Don’t rent this one and find something else. Good luck!
