The condo was nice and clean with plenty of room for our family of six. The view from our balcony was beautiful. We really enjoyed the lazy river and the oceanfront pool. The margaritas from the onsite bar and grill were delicious. We look forward to our next trip

Overall, we really liked the unit. Couple things that we noticed was, The king bed was very uncomfortable. It had a mattress topper on it that was very thick and you sunk in it. A couple nights I didn’t get any sleep because I felt like I was sleeping in a hole. My granddaughter slept in the bedroom with the bunkbed. She said there was dirt under the bed. She said there was a granola bar and some other trash under the bed. Some of the things we liked was the lock. It was convenient because everyone could come and go and not have to worry about taking a key. The view was very nice. They had plenty of sheets if we wanted to change sheets, which we did change our sheets one time and there was plenty of towels.

Great place

It was a really nice place to stay in. We had a issue with the bathroom and it was fixed right away. The only other issues were that the refrigerator light didn’t work, vacuum really didn’t work and that they had no dust pan and a very little broom. We like to keep it clean. No biggie on that but we will definitely be back next year!

Summer 2021

Disappointed overall with this stay. This was our 2nd year staying at MBR but the first stay, we rented thru private owner vs condo this year that was managed by the resort. The building and room is very outdated. Beds were terrible! Not enough linens for an entire week. But this year, I saw roaches in the room and the kitchen had an awful smell. I opened the dishwasher to find water sitting in bottom that did not drain? They did come fix the dishwasher but the smell from sink remained the entire week. Needs some updates to room and better housekeeping.

Dirty

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice and had plenty of space. However the condo was not clean! A piece of glass was found in one of the bunk beds and what looked like dried blood on one of the bunk bed sheets. The shower still had dried soap from the previous tenants. The top glass shelf of the fridge kept falling down and when we opened the fridge all our food would fall out. The entire place needs a deep cleaning. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness.

We enjoyed our stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was filthy and had a strong chemical smell. I’d consider staying here again but I’d have to find a new room which sucks because room 525A had an amazing view. That room needs a new kitchen table with chairs and new mattress throughout. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and loud. The only “good” thing about our room was the view. We rented thru Air bnb and Justin was our contact person. Honestly, he was amazing. He did what he could to make us happy and I appreciate that.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our vacation. The condo was great and the location perfect for the beach. Everything was very clean. It just lacked a few kitchen accessories but we managed. They came to disinfect the condo like they do every month but we still had 2 palmetos in the condo but that's Myrtle Beach. We will return to this condo without hesitation. Thanks

Amazing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a much needed, relaxing vacation. Even though it rained almost every day, it was great to sit back and watch the weather unfold with an amazing view of the ocean. I have rented from this firm for many years, and they always make me feel that they remember me and welcome me back. Extremely grateful for them and knowing that when I rent a unit from them, I will not be disappointed.
