Great home for groups or families

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful home in a wonderful setting. Our four families had such a wonderful time staying here. It was the perfect size to enjoy our time together but also have our own space if needed. Being surrounded by trees made it very peaceful as well. Although very deep into Suncadia it did not feel far from everything. One of the only flaws we really saw was that there was no lock on the upstairs hallway bathroom door, this created a few awkward incidents. Other than that, it really is a great place to stay!

By far the best property any of us had ever stayed at! If you are craving sone outstanding wooded views, the peace and quiet of nature, and every imaginable kitchen itself you could require then this is your place. The kitchen was great place to chat and cook as a family, the outdoor fire pit and bbq are also a fantastic place fur socializing and relaxing. I didn’t want to leave and actually extended by an additional day. We had deer walk through the yard nightly. The grandkids loved the upstairs loft with games and bunks .

Overall our group had a wonderful time. We stayed for memorial weekend- there was a lot of pollen in the air so the outdoor furniture needed to be brushed off to enjoy the outdoors which we did- not a huge deal. A couple other items to note- you will need to bring your own toiletries, each bathroom only had a small bar of soap and small bottle of shampoo. The kitchen faucet also needs to be updated- it had to be in the perfect position to not leak water. Minor inconveniences which didn't ruin the trip, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the beds were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group to spread out. Thank you for hosting us!
