Casualmente elegante composto familiare su un enorme doppio lotto (circa 15.000 piedi quadrati), vanta 3775 piedi quadrati di vita luminosa, ampia, aperta, spaziosa e libera. Questa è una proprietà unica che ha una suite per suocere che può essere affittata separatamente se disponibile. Quindi puoi affittare la casa principale (3 camere da letto, 2. 5 bagni) che può ospitare 8 o la suocera che può ospitare almeno 2 o ENTRAMBI.

Very spacious and roomy home, very well kept and accommodating had beach chairs, umbrella cooler and even a stroller if needed available for use. Came in handy since we forgot to bring our chairs and umbrella on the trip

Beautiful property! Very close to the beach and even had nice bikes for us to ride! We loved the sand toys provided as well!

Fantastic, spacious house minutes to beach

Very clean and spacious house minutes to the beach!! Owners were quick to respond and brought extra bikes which was greatly appreciated! Great location to beach, great food and church. Definitely would stay here again!

Amazing stay

Staying at this property made our trip so much better. It was an ideal location being just a bike ride away from the beach. I stayed with 4 of my friends and we had plenty of enough space. The hosts made sure we had a smooth check in and an easy to understand check out process. I highly recommend and would stay again.

Stayed for 32 days. Quiet, safe, and accessible neighborhood. Property is large, clean, and well equipped. David was friendly and responsive to any problems or concerns. He also let us use the garage, which was not included in the contract. Overall stay was pleasant!

Family Trip to Sarasota / Siesta Key

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! It was extremely clean, well organized and updated. I'll be honest the main reason I booked is because it is family owned and that gave me comfort in knowing that we would be taken care of. And we were. This home is bigger than the pictures show! It was a treat to use the awesome walk in closet! There was plenty of space to lounge and relax! Only 1 TV for those who need separate viewing areas. Loved the large island in the kitchen and it had everything we needed (minus a rolling pin for making pizza dough :)) It was in the perfect location in a quiet neighborhood; just a few miles from Siesta Key beach. I was able to take long morning walks to the beach. Truly a perfect vacation spot for my family. Thank you, owners!

We loved our time at Dave and Molly’s. The house was super spacious and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was a nice quiet getaway and super close to Siesta Key beaches. We’d definitely come back!

Excellent hosts

The property was clean, spacious, and welcoming. Close enough to siesta key/ lido key beaches if you have a rental car. Right off main road so easy access to every store you can imagine. Would stay with them again when I come back!

Wonderful experience renting this house. It was a lot bigger than we expected, which allowed us to host guests very comfortably. We highly recommend this house to large families.

Great place and wonderful hosts.

We stayed in this house for our vacation for one of my best friends bachelor get away. The hosts are great and very helpful. The hosts have thought of just about everything! When I visit Sarasota in the future. I won't hesitate to stay here.

Fabulous home!

We were attending a wedding in Siesta Key and were so pleased we booked this gem. The location was perfect. The house was extremely spacious and worked well for our family. The owners checked in with us throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. We had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend renting this house for your stay in the Sarasota area.

Very nice home and neighborhood and wonderful owner!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. It is a beautiful home with lots of space and everything provided. The owner was so helpful and accommodating! The owner even offered to go to the grocery store for us and allowed us to check out at 5 p.m.! Wonderful experience! We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful neighborhood....great hosts!

Molly and David are great hosts....can't say enough about their communication with us both before and during our stay. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and it's just about 3 miles to public parking at Siesta key beach. The house is very clean and attractive....the kitchen just beautifully remodeled. We will definitely be back to this house again!

Bike to Siesta Key

The house was in great condition and the owners were great to work with, answered questions promptly. We rented bikes for the week, which was great! We could bike the neighborhood, found a farmer's market in the local park and easily bike to Siesta Key and the beach. We had a great time.

Perfect location..fabulous house and tremendous welcoming host.

What a great experience from start to finish. David went above and beyond to meet our every need with a disabled husband needing special attention to cleanliness. Wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood with use of bicycles to get us to the park with kids and to the gorgeous beach nearby. When you choose this house every need is met for a terrific stay. Special memories made all because of these superhosts.

Wonderful experience

We feel so lucky we decided on this rental house for our trip to Siesta Key. David was incredibly easy to communicate with, responding quickly and kindly with any of our questions. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Excellent value especially for a popular destination. We loved being a 10 minute drive from Siesta Key beach and the many restaurants and shops on Siesta Key. Would highly recommend especially to a family with young kids who could use some space for the little ones.

Siesta Key Getaway

We absolutely loved our experience at Molly & Dave’s house on Meadowood. As a family of 5, we could easily spread out and take advantage of all that Siesta Key has to offer. We enjoyed seeing geckos in the backyard and having breakfast in the courtyard. The home is centrally located to many conveniences (groceries, shopping) as well as to the beaches. We rode the bikes provided and used the various beach toys. Donna and Milo next door are so welcoming and friendly too!

David and Molly Jackson have owned the property for 25 years and prior to that, it was owned by Molly's mother and grandmother. They are local business owners and adore living in Sarasota with their 4 children. 1747 Meadowood is the home Molly was raised in during her high school and college years.

We are REALLY flexible with how much of the house you occupy too. Rent the main house, or the guest house or both. We are local and own 5 retail stores, so we LOVE to cater to customers for the best experience possible.
